Stay Dates: 31 May 2025 - 5 June 2025 Room Type: Premier King Room (without breakfast) I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Orchard Hotel Singapore, and it offered a blend of comfort and convenience during my trip. The hotel's prime location near Orchard Metro Station makes it easy to explore the city, and it's surrounded by numerous shopping malls, which are just a short walk away — a perfect setup for those keen on shopping and dining. Upon entering my Premier King Room, I was pleased to find it spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The modern furniture contributed to a welcoming environment, which I appreciated. However, it's worth noting that the room was quite small. Given the higher price point of the hotel, I expected a little more space for relaxation. Another downside I encountered was the lack of complimentary water service; I found that water needed to be purchased. While there were complimentary coffee and tea-making facilities in the room, it would have been a nice touch to have bottled water available without an additional charge. This omission felt a bit unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. The service I experienced was satisfactory, but again, for the price, I anticipated a slightly elevated experience. While I enjoyed the cleanliness and the superb location, the limited space and the need to buy water might deter some travelers, especially those who prioritize budget-friendly amenities.

We had a lovely week-long stay at Orchard Hotel as a group. The hotel is beautifully designed with its quiet luxury, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the central location made everything so convenient. What truly stood out was the warm and attentive service from the entire staff—they made us feel right at home. Grateful for the hospitality, and Orchard Hotel will definitely be our go-to for future visits!

Front desk on 13 July morning are the least helpful hotel staff ever encountered. First time I’ve ever encountered a hotel front desk that won’t even help charge a phone so it can turn on to make a phone call. Come on guys, the tough guy act isn’t necessary at all.

Staff was lovely, Thamil accommodated to me and my requests and was excellent in service regardless of the situation. He was calm and collected, and I am extremely delighted to say that he has earned a customer in the future too, as this is my first experience at Orchard. Thank you!

We’re currently staying here at Orchard Hotel and I just have to say—we’re really enjoying it so far! Our room is so spacious, which I really appreciate. It doesn’t feel cramped at all—there’s room to move, relax, and just feel at home. And the bathtub? Total game changer. I’m loving every soak. 🛁 The staff are absolutely amazing—everyone’s been so friendly and accommodating. A special thank you to Mahendram, who’s been taking care of our room. He got us the slippers and coffee I asked for right away, which I was super grateful for. Such great service! One of my favorite features in the room is the voice assistant—I love love love it! It’s so cool being able to control things with just my voice. Also, the room has plenty of outlets, which is a huge plus when you’re charging multiple devices at once. No scrambling for plugs here! We also always come back to a clean and tidy room, which makes the stay even more relaxing. So far, it’s been a really wonderful experience—and we’re definitely enjoying every moment. 😊
