We had an unforgettable stay at One&Only Mauritius for our 10th wedding anniversary. The property is stunning with serene sea views, and the team went above and beyond to make our celebration special. We were delighted with a room upgrade, exceptional concierge service, and our first experience with delicious Mauritian food. A heartfelt thanks to Karishma, Ma’in, Mihir, Anna, and Vishiyam for their warmth and effort. The hospitality felt genuine, thoughtful, and truly world-class. Specially Ma’in and Vishiyam went an extra mile by making the best possible arrangement for our anniversary day, which was beyond our expectations and was so beautiful. We left with beautiful memories and a strong desire to return soon. 🌺✨

A stay to remember. With beautiful beaches, luxury rooms, excellent food and friendly, helpful staff, your stay will be serene and joyful. Staff attend to your needs around the clock. The resort is peaceful and the surrounding beach and gardens add to the relaxed and one with nature feeling. The resort informs their guests of all events and has entertainment at evening buffet. The spa and fitness centre offers even more in relaxation and self-care. The rooms are spacious and have beautiful views of either the lagoon or beach.

Our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful team of the One & Only hotel for their kindness, comfort, and exceptional professionalism. From the warm welcome by manager Kashley to the attentive support from spa director Yulia and manager Anushka, every moment felt special. The spa facilities are immaculate, and the massages by Shafi, Nadia, and Estella were outstanding. We are especially grateful to manager Ishua, who accompanied us on the day of our departure. From arrival to airport check-in, we truly felt cared for. Wishing the entire team health and continued success. We will certainly return!

We visited One&Only Le Saint Géran with a group and were absolutely impressed. The hotel itself is very beautiful, exceptionally clean, and offers an atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable from the very first moment. The service is outstanding, and the wonderful, highly motivated staff went above and beyond to fulfill every wish. The food is exceptional and truly stands out in both quality and variety. We were also grateful for the flexibility and the excellent cooperation across all departments, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A hotel that convinces in every aspect – highly recommended. We’ll be back!

The lack of cleanliness and the fact that the room was infested with cockroaches is unacceptable. We informed the staff several times, yet they did not clean the cockroaches from the room, even though the room costs €1,300 per night. After many complaints, the team barely managed to find any solution and certainly did not have the decency to offer any gesture, compensation, or even invite us to one night out of the six nights we stayed at the hotel. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel every single day, and this is how loyalty is rewarded. We asked to speak with the hotel manager, and he didn’t even have the decency to talk to us personally. I am the owner of six hotels, and when I have an incident like this which of course can sometimes happen the very first thing I do is invite the entire stay. I never hesitate. This is basic hospitality. Honestly, it’s disgraceful. Finding other people’s hair in the shower and cockroaches every day is not what anyone expects especially at this price point. And on top of that, nothing was properly resolved. I think it’s very important that people know what they may face when paying €1,300 per night.
