Infinity and Beyond
​Our stay at One&Only Reethi Rah was, without a doubt, the most magical experience we have ever had. The island is breathtaking, it is the people who truly make this place a paradise. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the team members who went above and beyond: ​Hameed made our stay unique every single day. His attention to detail is world-class, but what touched us most was his dedication even at night, he managed to find solutions to a health issue we encountered, ensuring we were safe and cared for. ​Hussain was the first face we saw at the airport and the last one to say goodbye. He ensured our experience was perfect from the very first minute we arrived, making sure we left with the same smile we started with. ​Shimaan. A huge thank you to Shimaan, who took the time to stop his buggy and show us a hidden path to the beach for a more beautiful view we would have otherwise missed. ​Arturo, picked us up with his buggy and with his surprising language skills and sense of humor kept us laughing. ​Moe from the Dive Center showed us the most magical parts of the ocean. He was always kind, calm and paid so much attention to the little details and made sure we felt completely taken care of underwater. ​Zyann stood out for his genuine kindness. Whether he was serving us in different restaurants or introducing us to the local culture, he made every meal feel special. ​This wasn't just a holiday, it was a collection of perfect moments! Where do we start, our stay at the One and Only was absolutely a slice of heaven. The staff were the most accommodating and friendly, they couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. The resort, the facilities, the restaurants were out of this world! A special mention to Eugene- our host- she couldn’t have made our stay any better, Abdul gadhir, Aduham, Faiz and Isha waiters and waitresses were the nicest people and couldn’t of done enough for us. Larissa the general manager and Hussain the Airport manager were the kindest and most accommodating. Nothing was a big ask of them. We truly felt if we had to define paradise it would be our Stay at this resort. The personal touch that each staff member provides is a credit to each and every one of you, we understand why guests returns time and time again. I’ve been fortunate to travel extensively and stay in some incredible places around the world. Even with high expectations, One&Only Reethi Rah stands out as the best hospitality experience ever. While every element was flawless, the true highlight was the exceptional team. Mahmoud, Bindu, Sri, Hafeez, Matheen, Shabin, Shippe, John, Shuaau, Ibrahim, Janine, Nyoman, Raheem, Anissa, the whole beach club team, the whole housekeeping team, and so many others, made the experience genuinely unforgettable.

We visited One&Only for the Halloween celebration, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. WE loved everything the people, the food, the atmosphere!!!! it was all wonderful. It was raining when we arrived, but the weather quickly changed and the sun came out, which made the day even more special. The Kidsclub team did an incredible job during the Halloween week. The activities were creative and fun, and my kids looked forward to going every day. The highlight for them was the Trick or Treat. They came back with lots of candies and BIIG smiles! They are still talking about the wonderful team: sorka , Gigi, Aeni, Glenda, and Manzel. Thank you all for making my children so happy and creating unforgettable memories for them. I’d also like to thank the Water Sports team for their amazing work and friendly service. Everything was truly PREFECT!!!!!
