Clauda Tanios
One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had; the hotel staff contacted us beforehand, and arranged for us the transport to get there when we first arrived to the island, our room was clean, spacious and had a tiny interior pool. The small space outside was just perfect at night with the breathtaking cliffside views. It had a corner to lie down and another one with chairs and a table where we enjoyed perfect tasty breakfasts. The staff was very helpful and professional, and the location was perfect for us - kind of in the middle of the island - and we had the chance to explore all sides.

Seriously don't have enough amazing things to say about this hotel! The location had amazing caldera views and was surrounded by the picturesque white buildings on the mountain. The staff was over-the-top kind and accommodating. Nothing was too much for them ever! They were very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. The breakfast every morning was great, and the hotel facilities like the pool and spa were beautiful.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff were polite, friendly and very attentive. It has a fantastic view of the Caldera. It is very peaceful and we had a wonderful stay there. Would recommend

Good location. All staff were helpful and friendly. Room basic and ours was at the bottom of 125 steps. Not good if you have mobility issues. Also bed raised up on a stone ledge, easy to hit your head on the ceiling. You had to crawl in and crawl out of bed down steps. Our room also under the bar and during the day constant tinny disco beats from the bar above, even when no one was there, spoilt our use of the balcony and view. A few ants in the room but not intrusive. Wild cats roamed around all the balconies frequently. Excellent breakfasts.

This was an absolute great hotel. However, they did lose a star rating due to some clothes being stolen from our room. When questioned at reception, the blame was put back on me, and I was told to look harder as it is impossible that they have been stolen! We searched everywhere, went through our whole suitcases and looked under the bed and couches and they were nowhere to be found. Very disappointing end to our fantastic stay at this hotel.
