Absolutely wonderful location. The staff was incredibly friendly and genuine. We didn’t have to lift a finger due to the responsiveness and attentiveness of the team here. The food was very good. The location and view are unbelievable. The cocktails were delicious. The spa services were very enjoyable as well and the spa therapist was very nice and professional.

Unbeatable views and ideal location in Santorini close to Fira, right near the Fira to Oia path, but away from the crowds. Hotel staff were great and concierge was super helpful in making reservations. Breakfast is delicious. Nice treat is the large amount of take one / leave one books in the reception area if you finish yours or need something to read!

We arrived at the hotel to celebrate our honeymoon and we thought that it would be the prime honeymoon destination however we were not met with any special tokens or greetings upon arrival to congratulate us. Every other hotel on the trip has gone above and beyond to provide us with bottles of champagne or room upgrades. More importantly, the cleanliness of the rooms was completely unacceptable. The drainage problem made the stay uncomfortable and the room smelt like eggs. The bed was not made properly and when the quilts were lifted it had appeared as though someone had slept in it. The water in the bathroom is salt water which made it horrible to have a proper shower. This is all completely unacceptable for the price of the hotel albeit the location. The pool staff were very nice however their kindness was overshadowed by the horrible job done by the cleaning staff and the lack of service from the concierge.

The service and location were excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is situated in a prime spot with breathtaking views that truly enhance the stay.
However, my experience was dampered when I realized that a few of my favorite clothing items were stolen from my room. Clothes were also stolen from my family members as well. This significantly impacted my overall impression of the hotel as security is a crucial aspect that needs improvement.
After reading other reviews, it appears this isn’t the first time this has happened to guests. I hope the management addresses this issue to prevent future guests from facing similar problems.

On the Rocks hotel was AMAZING! Every single part of this stay was perfect. The staff went above and beyond helping us/serving our wants and needs. The two receptions were very kind and even had time to chat with us. Maria gave us very good recommendations on places to go to eat/visit/etc. The restaurant at the hotel was incredible too! The chef cooks amazing food. We ate there every night of our stay because the food was perfect every time! Sharif, Chara, Suham were so kind to us and took time to chat with us on our stay. They made us feel like family! We even met the manager, and he took time to chat with us as well! The location was perfect too, close to shops/markets etc. And the view from On the Rocks hotel is by far the BEST! The staff truly made our trip lovely and unforgettable. We didn't want to leave, and we love On the Rocks so much! 10/10 highly recommend this hotel is the best!
