Just returned from a two week stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The staff and service are what makes this hotel. They work tirelessly to make sure your stay is everything you want and need in a holiday. Amazing food everyday, always something different to try. The bar and restaurant staff were fantastic and all so happy and always busy. The entertainment staff were fantastic and what a team. Always on the go, funny, crazy and brilliant. Rooms always kept spotless by the housekeeping staff. The reception staff are always on hand to help with any enquiries or problems which are dealt with straight away. I could not fault this hotel and would definitely return. It is however near a main road, the noise from this can be heard sometimes but only if your a light sleeper and near to it. So be aware but didn't effect our stay.

Set back from the main strip which makes for a quiet setting, although there is a road at the back of hotel but not noisy. The rooms are of a decent size and kept clean and tidy, we had a sea view which was an added bonus as we saw beautiful sunsets. There are two lifts which can be busy and breakfast, evening meal time so you may have to wait, I can't fault the food a really good selection for all taste. Added bonus heated pool plenty of space and sunbeds. Staff fabulous, entertainment staff amusing. We had no complaints and would definitely stay again .

Nice hotel staff nice and friendly . Rooms nice plenty of space clean towels every day . Restaurant staff good food is nice with different options to choose from. The only thing is the hotel is more for all-inclusive guests . We were on half-board and if you want a drink with your evening meal they did not bother to ask if you wanted a drink there was only one water who would come and ask us if we wanted a drink so some nights we didn't get a drink. And the other thing is you have to pay each night with your bank card for your drink because you can't pay with cash. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back to this hotel.

Our suite room needs improvement slightly on laminate flooring. The location, the entertainment and the food is good especially the ice cream machine. The gym is small but it is still good for purpose and equipment working. Friendly staff, I will recommend this hotel.

Overall hotel is nice and clean the rooms could be equipped a bit better at least to have a coffee machine. Rooms are spacious ans terrace is big with artificial grass quite secluded ( stayed ground floor). Lovely entertainment crew. Food is basic but there is a choice. Hotel is very close to the road so traffic can be heard but within 8mins walk to the lovely beach area Troya Beach.
