The hotel wildly exceeded our expectations. Beautiful hotel and grounds, comfortable and spacious rooms, spotless throughout, unbelievably good food and drinks. Really enjoyed the shows and our young family members loved the children's entertainment and activities - especially Bella the Elephant and friends.
We were part of a large family group attending our son's wedding, and the main buffet restaurant accommodated us all every day which was some feat. But our biggest thanks go to your exceptional staff who were all first class - friendly, helpful, patient and efficient. Elena M our room attendant went above and beyond with a cheerful smile, even when we had to ask for both our beds to be changed after our granddaughter had a little accident on them. All the waiters were good, but Matej needs special recognition for excellent service all week. And the two waiting staff who looked after us all at the evening Wedding Meal were fabulous. Thank you to all the wonderful staff, we don't know how you do it in that heat!!!

The hotel staff and facilities provided were excellent. The hotel lobby and pool area was well designed and grand. The pools were EXCELLENT. The children’s pool looked beautiful therefore the adults didn’t kind sitting alongside it during the day. The waiter service was professional, friendly and polite. Evenings were beautiful sitting on the outside veranda. I would recommend this hotel to others.
A couple of points I did want to mention, however:
My daughter’s foot (toe) got trapped under the sliding door when entering the main lobby. This had a sharp exposed metal edge with no protection at the bottom of the door and sliced her toe. Had her foot not been in the middle of the doors it could have serrated her toe entirely however we were fortunate this did not happen. Your hotel manager said there should be a protection strip which was not in place. Please replace this before it happens to someone else. The first aid staff were great and called us the next day to check our daughter and provide additional dressings for her foot.
Unfortunately the evening entertainment was very poor. Inside the auditorium was basic and poor entertainment therefore we sat outside which also had poor entertainment however at least we were outside with the beautiful views. The outdoor lobby was well designed and nice to be sat in.

Final day of a four day break at this amazing hotel, with my daughter and I can not find a single fault or be happier with this hotel. The food, service, entertainment, atmosphere has all been absolutely first class. This genuinely is a five star experience; the staff are all superb and can’t do enough for you. The food in all the restaurants has been amazing; some of the best burgers I’ve ever had at the diner. The Asian was better than most any I’ve ever had and the 7 course menu at the Italian restaurant was sublime. Even the buffet for breakfast and lunch was superb and definitely the best I’ve ever experienced. Cocktails were all superbly crafted and served in decent sizes. The hotel is very classy, but not at all pretentious; beautifully manicured gardens and well maintained throughout. I travel a lot for pleasure and don’t tend to do the same place twice…. We’re booking to come back in October, that’s how good the Olympic Lagoon resort is!

Fantastic, food awesome, good rooms, nice pool area, especially like the booked sunbeds. Staff great, continually keeping you fed and topped up with drink. Ion was a star in the bar area. Pool was a bit too warm, didn't really cool you down any. Not much of a beach.

This was our third visit to the Olympic Lagoon Paphos.
We never go back to the same place twice, so this is testament to how nice this hotel and its staff are.
Staff cannot do enough for you, the hotel is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and is very well maintained.
If you want a holiday that gives you that all inclusive experience then this is the place to visit.
Only a short walk in to the town with a wide selection of eateries.
The people are so friendly, we feel very safe in this area.
It is well worth a visit. To us it is beginning to feel like we are going home.
Staff recognise us now, and are always happy to chat with us.
