I recently stayed here for 10 days with my family, the hotel was always very clean and well maintained. There was work going on throughout the hotel but there was minimal disruption to our stay. The staff were all so friendly and happy to assist where they saw fit too. The pool area was always maintained and very well kept. The bar staff were also so friendly always had a smile on their faces while serving drinks and always happy to have a chat with us. The food was good but did get repetitive towards the end of our stay. The entertainment team were incredible always happy to have a chat and a laugh with you and wanting to get you involved in every activity. They held multiple pool parties and foam parties throughout our stay and even did their own comedy show on our last night which was just hilarious. They really did make our holiday that bit better.

Had a great time. All staff was so professional. The Entertainment team was just the best....Engaged with you all the time and just made you feel so happy. Thanks Their show was just belly laughing funny!! As a adult hotel it was so close to the main strip but far enough out for some peace and quiet too! Was a selection of couples all ages. Some young groups and even some larger groups. All inclusive option was great. Thank you for a great holiday. Cant wait to return.

Absolutely amazing! Stayed here for 5 days for a hen do. All the staff are lovely & friendly, very welcoming and kind. We were all inclusive and the food and drink is amazing! Great location, not too far from the strip or beach (about a 10 minute walk) but a nice quiet location to get some sleep. Fabulous trip and would definitely visit again… would give more stars if possible. :)

I recently stayed here for the second time. This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a more social/nightlife style holiday. It is only a 5 minute walk to the veronicas strip. It was clearly a popular choice as there was quite a few groups aged 18-30 staying at the hotel. That being said there was no trouble and the noise was never an issue either at any point. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The key highlight on this hotel is the service from the staff is exceptional. All the staff are very friendly and helpful with any queries we had. The entertainment staff around the pool were up for a good laugh. On a couple of days the staff were going around the pool giving out free cocktails and Paella which was a very nice touch. On Saturday evening there was a pool party which involved an inflatable obstacle course on the pool, laser lights and smoke machines. This was a very good event. The only criticism I would give is to have more food options at the pool bar, as we were only bed and breakfast we were looking to buy food during the days round the pool. The only options were a choice of 4 of 5 pizza’s which having this every day to not need to us to leave the hotel for dinner became repetitive. I definitely recommend this hotel as an excellent all-rounder location to stay whilst on holiday in Tenerife.

Great stay, really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is top notch and plenty of choice. The staff are what really make this place. From the cleaners to the reception everyone is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble! Special mention to Diego and tamas who are brilliant! They are the entertainers and a great laugh. Will be returning in the future for sure.
