Absolutely awful hotel. We extended our holiday and picked those hotel to relocate to and what a mistake that was. From the minute we got to the hotel, checked in at the correct time and was left sitting in the lobby for 50 minutes to get our key. Service is extremely slow at reception and quite a few guests turned up there whilst we were waiting to make complaints about various things. We finally got into our room and it was very very outdated. We found cockroaches in the bathroom and bed area, asked for a room change and the reception laughed and said no can do. Called again and the receptionist said he was coming up to talk to us. They never turned up. They literally don’t care once they have your money and we had a baby in a cockroach infested room.
The room is abismal. Breakfast was just about OK. Again service in the restaurant was slow. They forgot our table and the one next to ours drinks on two occasions. Unfriendly staff. The only saving grace is that the swimming pools were decent. They also couldn’t provide us a travel cot but the cleaner left a travel cot full of dirty bedding and towels right next to the front of our room for nearly 2 days! Overall an absolutely dreadful stay. Would not go back there if we were paid. Just wish we read other reviews stating similar issues. Would strongly suggest avoiding this hotel.

As a person with dietary issues, I have been pleased so far with the support and food choices. Did yoga and aqua aerobics earlier. Room has double wardrobe with enough coat hangers for us plus four good sized drawers and four smaller ones. Bath in bathroom. Balcony with two chairs. Reception helpful.
Very close to the town. Shared access to other hotel's dining rooms.

We had a wonderful time at Odessa Beach Hotel. The breakfast and dinner was excellent and we had plenty of vegetarian options to choose from. At our last dinner we had a nice chat with Chef Andreas and he prepared a delicious vegetarian Moussaka especially for us.
The staff was really friendly and helpful so big thanks for all the staff for the warm welcome especially for Andreas, Janette and Kitti.
The room was tidy and clean and we had a nice balcony as well where we could sit and enjoy the sun.
The Gym was very basic but you can find everything you need for a workout. You can play table tennis for free by the pool and they usually have darts competition for hotel guests every day which was really fun.
I would definitely recommend to hire a quad bike and explore the neighbourhood.
The hotel has a big pool and the beach is literally a 2 minutes walk.

2 saving grace for this hotel. Reception service is great and location is along the main strip. However, the sheets are old and not so clean. No water is provided and you have to pay for using the safe deposit box. WiFi is also slow. Suggest you get your own esim. Tried to contact the hotel to provide rates as I was there to check out hotels for group tours. Didn't hear from them either. Maybe business to too good.

Brilliant holiday with the staff exceptional. The food was the best I have ever had on an all-inclusive holiday. I am vegetarian and the chef Andrea's was incredible, nothing too much trouble. I saw him every day making special meals for people with allergies with a smile on his face.
The rooms were comfortable and clean, the bar served good drinks, ice cream was available to help yourself during the day (mini Magnums )
The location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach, buses 5 mins walk for other areas. The main strip for night life 5 mins walk and recommended the Ghetto bar for evening entertainment.
Like most all-inclusive the evening entertainment is pretty basic so went to the strip most nights.
