During our visit the wall climb was under maintenance, Pool slides are quite so so, you'll drop in shallow water which is intended for kids, because the slides for kids and adults were placed side by side with each other with the same drop zone. The amenities were good, though the beach and creek are not that very nice, and you can't swim either, though I will not dare to try, even if it will be allowed (coz' I've seen lots of beaches and even public beaches but the condition is incomparable). And one more thing I've been concerned about is the stray dogs behind the restaurant near the creeks back side, I'm not against dogs, just concerned about safety and it was just sad that while eating there are stray dogs around waiting for us to give them food, and some of the dogs skin condition doesn't look nice. Though overall we've enjoyed it coz' the good thing is there are lots of sun beds coz' we're quite a big group of 35pax and the sun beds are more than enough for us, though some of us did not swim because the water is quite shivering, so that's the most thing we did enjoyed was just lying down and enjoying the breeze and relaxing with drinks.

I came here for my honeymoon with my husband. We had a romantic dinner and it was delicious and nice service Special mention to Pooja who took care of us from our checking to the dinner and when checking out. The room decor was fabulous. We were very pampered.

My experience at Hotel Ocean Creek was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, the facilities were top-notch, and the service exceeded expectations. Very poor service overall No staff attending customers . To begin with , when we reached the hotel they said there was no parking inside the hotel and said to park outside ,however when we went in there was parking available. No staff came to welcome the guests and to explain about the package. For tea time ,we went to ask if this was included in our day package, the staff said yes ,but when we started eating they came to tell us this was not included and gave us a bill. Overall very poor service.i don't recommend this hotel at all to anyone. Concerning activities as well there was nothing interesting at all especially if a team is going for a team building. Concerning food quality ,it was fine but there wasn't enough variety to choose from. And for a hotel of 4 star i don't think only mauritians snacks should be served during tea time.this doesn't match the "standard" of a 4 star hotel.
