This was our first at Ocean Coral and Turquesa and our experience has been nothing less than amazing! The attentiveness of the staff in the restaurants and the bars has been great! We took advantage of the privilege sections where both Claudia and Erika were so friendly and made sure our entire family was looked after including the kids. Alberto, our concierge was amazing from the moment we arrived, ensuring that check in was smooth and that our rooms were to our liking He booked all our dinner reservations for Our large group of 9 which took all the stress out for having to rush to book the restaurants. He checked in daily to see how we were enjoying our stay. I can’t say enough good things about this resort. Alberto arranged a final dinner for us at the privelege lounge. The entire experience was fantastic from the food, to the ambience and the staff. Angel Cen, Jaime Carul, Vitalino Bares, Yazmin Capitana and Cheff Socorro. Our stay is going fantastically well so far. The staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are really nice and spacious and the maids make up beautifully every day. The food is mostly buffet and is the finest of any H10 I’ve visited, compliments to the chef, wait staff excellent bar staff are so hard working and attentive, shout out to Jamie’s at the pool bar. The entertainment staff are proactive and have a wide variety of shows and activities, we really enjoy the in house entertainment, big respect to Elizabeth Loam for adding extra special touch to everything she does. We had an awesome time! Everyone was extremely accommodating, food was very good, and every need we had was met. Beautifully maintained locations and as well kept as everything can be with the heavy seaweed. The staff is truly phenomenal here, we’ve been here a lot of times and are always pleased with the service. Alberto was in charge of our butler service for the week and he made sure we were well attended to at every point. Jose kept everything well maintained at the pool and the as extremely nice. Ricardo is in charge of pool service and he is constantly checking in with everyone to make sure they are satisfied and attended to. Already excited for next year!

Amazing service from Freddy and Ivan Mayra at the Bistro at The El Bedouin! The staff are so friendly and kind. Attentive and so lovely. The food was so delicious! Truly made my mornings so perfect! I loved the Mexican eggs and dinner - the Grouper was delicious! I just ate it too fast Get a photo! I a 100 % would recommend this resort and choosing El Beso as the extra special attention is totally worth it!

From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home with their friendly smiles, positive energy, and genuine hospitality. Every single one of them went out of their way to make sure I was always taken care of, whether it was remembering my favorite drink, striking up a great conversation, or simply making sure I was enjoying myself. They’re not just bartenders — they’re the heart of the resort experience. They truly connect with guests, creating an atmosphere that’s fun, relaxed, and full of good vibes. Their service is top-tier, and their attention to detail and kindness didn’t go unnoticed. This resort is amazing on its own, but it’s the staff — especially this team — who made my stay exceptional.
