We came with 3 couples and absolutely pleasure to meet few servers there Hilda and Jazmin, very friendly ladies who socialize, talked to us and able to discuss the hotel and places in Mexico. Carlos (from marketing) the gentleman who assist us from day 1 we arrived. He helped us with all the questions, inquiry we had and he's knowledgeable of his job. He's an excellent communicator. The food is not bad, I think it's usual for the resort to have the repeats of food menu on daily basis. They could possibly make it better by making an alternate food from lunch to dinner. Every other service areas are excellent as well from the food servers, the staff from entertainment and people that taking care of the ground. Mosquito though is not a friendly ones (they should think of using spray to eliminate the breeding of the mosquitoes from some damp areas. It's a little disappointing that we couldn't swim in the beach due to seaweed. Granted that something they cant control of. They should also thought of that cleaning the beach. Management should always have a backup plan. It's part of the business planning. Overall, it's a very pleasure to stay in the resort. Thank you for a wonderful place for a vacation, no regrets picking this place. We will come back and hopefully to come at the upcoming other hotel they building.

What made this trip memorable to my family and I was the kindness, fun and positive energy from all the staff. From the moment of checking in, Daniel's customer service was outstanding. Secondly all the friendly staff in the resort are very welcoming and always had a smile on their face. Special mention to Raul, Saul and Miguel for great service every dinner time at the buffet. We stayed for 3 nights and the complimentary shuttle went smoothly both ways. Location was not too far from the airport. The racoons were all over the resort but theyre adorable and harmless! We couldn't swim at the beach as it was surrounded by a lot of seaweed(algae) :( The smell of it on the first night we arrived was a bit bothersome but it went away the next day. Id given 3 stars for the room, it was spacious but it has strong dusty smell & a portion of bed liners were dirty. We called front desk to request for another room late at night. They attended our request right away, and we managed to get a different room. They also provided air purifier to make sure we are comfortable in the new room. The food options were great, I wish there could be more meat options in the dinner buffet. Some restaurants need to make a reservation but we didnt get a chance to go as it was always full. Overall we had a pleasant stay and we are looking forward to returning with the rest of our family :D

Jose in guest services was absolutely wonderful. So was Carlos at the guest services area and Gustavo at the pool bar. The hardest worker and friendliest man ever is Juan at Route 66/ Ocean burger. You see that man EVERYWHERE! And he always has a smile on his face and wonderful attitude. The entire staff at this resort were wonderful to be honest. Please check out the foam party on Wednesdays! The beach had lots of seaweed, not in their control and you got used to the smell in 2 days tops. Will definitely be back!!! Most people we talked to had been coming there for years and said it’s only gotten better each time.

Wonderful resort. Service is friendly and top notch. Special shout out to our butler Sebastian. Also to Ricardo, our poolside drink server. Food is outstanding, especially Privilege Lounge and Blue Moon Restaurant. Even the piped-in music was great. Water aerobics and poolside classes were excellent. Resort is beautiful and very well maintained. We will definitely be back again!

Special thanks to Gustavo at the pool bar ! He is great!! Always attentive, great attitude, always smiling. It looks like he really enjoys his days. Discovered good drinks. Room was great, service in general as well. Food is great, pretty quiet because it's the low season but we really enjoyed our vacation. Rocio at guest services booked us two amazing trips. Special thanks to her as well!
