We enjoyed our stay! Elizabeth at the El Beso pool was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful, and went out of her way to help us with Spanish lessons. She and Ricardo made spending time at the pool very enjoyable with their fun activities and excellent drink service! Jose and Claudia kept our towels and water fresh. David at check-in & Jesus and Eduardo in the Privilege lounge were friendly and efficient. Sebastian was helpful and friendly. Escobar at the Dive It shop checked on us before our arrival and throughout our stay! Even though we ultimately didn’t book an excursion, he still checked on us regularly without pressure to book!

We had an absolutely amazing trip!! There was 6 of us staying for a week to celebrate a birthday and the resort was beautiful!! The staff was so lovely and made us feel so welcome and cared for!! Everyone on the activities team was so sweet and fun and Eduardo took care of us on the bar almost every single day!! He is the best of the best and they truly made this trip one to remember! We were excited every morning when we saw him working!! Amazing service with a smile and a stunning place to stay with great food, drinks and always something to do!! Couldn’t have asked for a better time🩷 Thank you so much to Eduardo, Fernanda, Fabian, Gabriel, Jonathan, Yael, and everyone else!! Te amo!!

This resort was A1. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation which was made pleasant by the wonderful service starting with David at the reception for check in. Sebastian was our reliable, efficient and wonderful guide (butler) as he booked our dinners, answered all our questions, took care of our pool needs. He was simply spectacular. A great personality and beaming smile to welcome us always. Franky at the lobby bar was a gem. A great sense of humor and smile and exceptional service. Ricardo at the privilege pool offered amazing service. Always close by. Always moving quickly. Always bringing drinks in a timely manner with a smile and a joke. We would come back here in a heartbeat as we were treated great all week. The food, premium drinks and amenities were excellent.

Just back last night after a vacation with the hubby and 2 other couples. I have only positive things to say. Rooms, resort, restaurants extremely clean and well maintained. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Reservation only restaurants were the best meals we had and the system to book day of allowed us easy access. Edouardo at the pool bar was the best bartender. Always had a smile on his face, gave pleasant and quick service, had quite a few "special" drinks up his sleeve that our group enjoyed!!! I would absolutely return to this resort.

Gustavo, Alejandro, Eduardo, Henry and antonio are amazing! We love these guys! The drinks they make are unreal. The service is great! We will come back because of these guys. Thanks so much from Canada and our family! Our kid loved the non alcoholic drinks as well. Such good people.
