From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home with their friendly smiles, positive energy, and genuine hospitality. Every single one of them went out of their way to make sure I was always taken care of, whether it was remembering my favorite drink, striking up a great conversation, or simply making sure I was enjoying myself. They’re not just bartenders — they’re the heart of the resort experience. They truly connect with guests, creating an atmosphere that’s fun, relaxed, and full of good vibes. Their service is top-tier, and their attention to detail and kindness didn’t go unnoticed. This resort is amazing on its own, but it’s the staff — especially this team — who made my stay exceptional. If you’re considering coming here, don’t hesitate. You’ll have an unforgettable time, and you’ll leave feeling like part of a big, happy family. I’ll definitely be back!

Every single one of them was incredibly friendly, polite, and truly professional. Their service was fast, the cocktails were fantastic, and their positive energy made every evening at the bar a real pleasure. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. I have just finished my 10 day vacation at Ocean Coral & Turquesa. The rooms were clean and seemed renovated. The resort itself felt very clean, no littering, staff is quick to collect dirty cups outside, restaurant plates quickly collected etc. The service is a reason alone to return to this resort. Eduardo at the pool bar never failed to make my family feel welcomed and special. He always had a mojito already made without question as this was my drink of choice. Another honourable mention is Frankie at the Lobby bar. He is always friendly and social with myself and my family. Always open to chatting and providing wonderful service. In general, the staff seems like they want to be there and is always walking around with a smile on their faces and willingness to help. The food is excellent, they excel in all departments, however their sweet treats always stood out to me. They have all varieties of food to cater to various dietary needs. Pool is clean, ocean is beautiful, and I wouldn’t let the seaweed deter you from coming here, it is a beautiful resort. The whole place has a very positive dynamic and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing but fun vacation!!

We stayed here at the Ocean resort for about a week and had a wonderful experience! Hector and Benjamin were very helpful receiving us when we arrived and helping us order transportation services/information. The area was wonderful and felt safe! The food was great, our personal favorite was Mikes coffee shop and the Blue Moon Dinner! The service was so helpful and peasant. Definitely will come back in the future!

Overall this was a really good experience. There are a few hacks to make the best of your experience - restaurant reservations open at 8am so make sure you are ready to place your reservation at that time as spots fill up fast. In my opinion the lobby and lobby bar was a hidden gem. Here the servers Jose, Henry, and Reynaldo were exceptionally attentive and sweet. Overall the resort is very calm which is exactly what we were looking for on this vacation. One thing to be aware of are the copious amounts of sea weed on the beach and in the ocean. The resort does have a tractor to clear the beaches.
