I’d like to take a moment to recognize Ricardo, a waiter at Blue Moon, for his outstanding service during our recent visit. Ricardo truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. He was not only attentive and professional but also genuinely warm and pleasant throughout the evening. From anticipating our needs before we even had to ask, to making sure every detail of our meal was perfect, Ricardo showed a level of care and hospitality that really stood out. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and values each guest’s experience. Service like his deserves to be acknowledged,and we left feeling truly taken care of. Thank you, Ricardo!

Great service and the food is all very consistent. Good selection of food and restaurants. Make sure to find Gustavo at the swim up bar. He makes the best drinks and can keep up with the crowd when it gets crazy. The nighttime dj and pool foam parties we're lit too. Even if it's all inclusive, make sure to tip your bartenders and servicing staff. They will take good care of you the entire trip. The design theme in the rooms is lacking, but the beds are comfy and clean.

Every single one of them was incredibly friendly, polite, and truly professional. They always greeted us with a smile, remembered our favorite drinks, and went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt welcome and taken care of. Their service was fast, the cocktails were fantastic, and their positive energy made every evening at the bar a real pleasure. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. I have been 5 times now and never regretted being here. The staff are top notch - attentive, generous, hard-working. It really feels like they want you to enjoy your time here and relax. We are also Premium Travel Club members, which added another level of service and attention. Prior to becoming members, we came twice and enjoyed the resort very much. I would say don’t expect perfect, but do expect excellent. I see too many people griping about the smallest things, and I could see that that keeping them from enjoying everything else. At Coral & Turquesa there is also an extraordinary amount of sargasso seaweed, which makes the beach less desirable, but which they also cannot help. But poolside service is still great and many folks still enjoy sitting on the beach, even if they’re not swimming.

From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home with their friendly smiles, positive energy, and genuine hospitality. Every single one of them went out of their way to make sure I was always taken care of, whether it was remembering my favorite drink, striking up a great conversation, or simply making sure I was enjoying myself. They’re not just bartenders — they’re the heart of the resort experience. They truly connect with guests, creating an atmosphere that’s fun, relaxed, and full of good vibes. Their service is top-tier, and their attention to detail and kindness didn’t go unnoticed. This resort is amazing on its own, but it’s the staff — especially this team — who made my stay exceptional. If you’re considering coming here, don’t hesitate. You’ll have an unforgettable time, and you’ll leave feeling like part of a big, happy family. I’ll definitely be back!
