We had a 7-night stay, we were a group of friends, the experience was wonderful, the beach in this area was spectacular, turquoise color and transparent water. The wonderful service, attentive to details, we want to highlight the attention of Kety and Susana in the buffet restaurant near the beach, for them 5 stars. The attention of the girl at the reception was wonderful, she met our expectations for her 5 stars. I evaluate this Hotel positively, its quality-price ratio is Very Good!!! I recommend maintaining the rooms, cleaning the bathroom, leaks in the ceilings. The rooms are large and very pleasant, so they are very comfortable.

Traveled here for a couple’s bachelor party. The company and the setting made it a fun trip. On paper, this should be an approaching luxury experience, but on the ground is average at best. Staff was generally nice and helpful. Seems like the distribution of staff isn’t ideal because it didn’t seem like a lack of staff. Check-in took a 20 minute wait in line, only to have our room not be ready. Had maintenance issues that took several requests to resolve.
Very few options for shade in the pool and beach areas. (And why do the pools close so early?) Towels/plates ran out early almost daily. Rooms need power outlets for guest items.
We had reserved dinner three of the four nights, and buffet on the last night - which ended up being the best option, when you consider quality and the effort to get reservations. Beach buffet was the go-to for breakfast and lunch time.
For the value, I’m not not recommending, but also must be better options for the value.

This place is amazing I love it!!! The staff was great very helpful, friendly and professional. The property itself is incredibly well maintained. There is some for everyone and tons to explore. Royal Level which is their VIP you can’t go wrong with it. 10 out of 10 I will back soon!

I greatly enjoyed the food from restaurants, the drinks from bars and the clear water from the beach. However, after a couple of days in, I got bitten by bed bug bites, and I would find worms in every sizes inside our room (deluxe room). One was found in my friend’s suitcase. I wondered maybe it is from the fact that our room was on the first floor, but I didn’t enjoy it.
The service was good except at the buffet. I understand that some days are busy, but throughout our stay, me and my friends had to sit at empty tables with no utensils, napkins, or cups. We had to wait for a great amount of time to get everything, especially for a cup of water (sometimes we wouldn’t get any cup). Though, the service elsewhere is perfect.
As i previously mentioned, the water was beautiful. I greatly enjoyed the view of palm trees and the beach. It has a great aesthetic! And I loved the activities given there.
Overall, I didn’t hate my stay, but there are some rooms for improvements. Would I still recommend the resort to a friend? Yes, the vibe was amazing. I know many people enjoyed their stay.

Overall a very good stay. We had issues with the room initially but they moved us to a much better room very quickly. The buffet has a very good selection of food and there’s also a good selection of different restaurants but book these when you arrive as they fill up quickly. The animation team have lots of activities and the evening entertainment is funny, but they could do more things for under 18s during the day. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very well kept by the gardening staff. We booked excursions with the consierge and these were also amazing so would recommend, even if just to do one on your holiday. Overall a lovely stay.
