The rooms were too small in the main hotel. There's no window for cross ventilation in my room so it felt humid. We had to keep the door open overnight. In addition, the walls are too thin. I was making a phone call one night, my neighbour came knocking on the door that she could hear all my conversation. But the service was great. There was 24 hours gym, swimming pool and reception. The location is also great about 5 minutes walk to the beach and Lidl. Bus stop is like 3 minutes away to take you to the city centre. The kitchen staff are very nice albeit non English speakers. The food is also superb.

It's a very clean and beautiful hotel. The staff are really friendly. I would recommend getting the all-inclusive as the food here is so fresh and tasty! The standard rooms are a decent size, especially for a shorter stay. The location is great in terms of being a 5 minute walk away from the beach and close to many bars. However, the views from the hotel rooms aren't great as there's other hotels and larger buildings blocking the view.

We were very pleased with the hotel. The location is great just 5 min walking distance from the beach. The staff was also very friendly and the entertainment was also a fun activity. The animator has a fun pleasant personality. We were happy with the experience. They even gave me free champagne, cake and a card for my birthday. We were even greeted with cakes and a card as well. Overall we were pleased with the experience. Thank you!

Came here out of season so it was relatively quiet. Hotel was great. Reception very friendly and helpful. All areas were very clean and tidy and our room seems to get cleaned each day! Not a lot of entertainment but what there was was really good and this was all down to "DJ Santana" as he liked to be called. Very friendly and funny man! Bar staff were also excellent - Vasil, Jose and Marcus knew within a day or so what I would be drinking. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. Food was of exceptional quality.

A bit disappointed from the place Quiet expensive for an appartement without wash machine and oven. Room wasn't cleaned every day and felt more like a number in stead of a client in the building.. not sure to go back there
