Very welcoming reception from all the staff who are friendly, polite and very helpful. Rooms are of a high standard with great views across the beach and free WiFi. Food is very tasty with a choice of buffet or themed A La Carte restaurant. Spending time relaxing around the private pools and many terraces. Weather in January is constant, and evening temperatures are pleasant. What a great way to spend my birthday around a dedicated team of staff and management who made every effort to make sure our stay is perfect. Thank you. Would highly recommend a visit, and we will definitely be returning.

This obviously was a beautiful hotel in the past. Unfortunately, it is looking unloved. The rooms are good but need a 'paint lift'. They were serviced regularly. Pool area's are really good plenty of sunbeds. Snack bar great little chillout area. The food on offer was good in the restaurant, but often a little cold. There doesn't seem to be many chef's keeping on top of serving so people then queue making it a bit of a stressful situation on occasion. The thing that stood out the most was the reception desk team. After a 2hour transfer you would like to think your going to get a helpful and friendly arrival team. Nope... you won't get that. Then as your checking out don't expect the team to say anything much and appear quite rude. I heard and observed through our week other people say the same. It takes a certain kind of person to work in hospitality and this hotel doesn't have that. Unless your a royal guest.

One of the best hotels on the island. Hotel is separated from main hotel and very quiet. Big hot tube was my favourite. Perfect service. Changing towels and sweets on the pillow late in the evening is great idea. Food was delicious. Great quality of alcohol and cocktails. Rooms are not new and sometimes there are some problems with shower, but everything is perfectly clean. Evening bar and entertainment are also very good. Definitely will return.

Fantastic hotel. Royal level was definitely worth it. We stayed in one of the terrace rooms which had its own decking area with sunbeds and was straight out onto the terrace with a bar and own pool with seats in so you could cool off in the heat. The Atlantico restaurant was amazing with great views. We also used the main restaurant which was also great and had its own seating area for royal level guest. Is a bit of a walk down to the beach and it's all back up hill coming back. The staff were all very friendly. They do a barbecue on a Wednesday night(meat) and a Saturday night(fish) for royal level guests which you have to book for. We did the meat night and it was amazing, the meat was cooked to order and you helped your self to the buffet section.

Our 2nd visit here what a difference this time it was truly awful. It started badly when we were told the a la carte nights were fully booked except the Greek menu. We went and it was nearly empty word must have got round about the food. On entering the room the electricity supply tripped when we plugging in a charger. The toilet had an intermittent fill problem. A bath towel was full of holes, the floor tiles on our terrace were dropping off. The pvc decking around the bar pool area was in a shocking state with dropped boards and screw heads sticking out all over the place The food was below par, the hot counter selections were luke warm, the bread choice was on most occasions a few stale rolls, there was slicing bread on a couple of times. We spoke to lots of people who were complaining about the poor food. The evening bar service was shocking there were limited staff which meant you had to sit around for atleast 20 minutes with empty glasses. If you went to the bar to get served you were sent back to your sit with a flea in your ear. Plus at times there was a Sewage type smell in the outside bar terrace and other areas in the hotel.
