I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very professional, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed. The bed was very cozy, and the hotel had a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The facilities were excellent, the location was convenient, and the food was tasty with plenty of choices. Special thanks to Roshan and Dilusha for their kind help in making our stay more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Food (we booked breakfast + dinners) was amazing, great variety of cuisines, everything delicious, lots of meat, fish and seafood, great sweets. Picturesque pool, everything was decorated and highlighted. Overall, great stay, that we did not like: 1) Ocean, it is dirty we did not manage to swim next to hotel not even once as it was smelly and brown. Even if you go right couple of kms - water is not clean, as 2 people from our group got ear infection from dirty water. 2) You can hear lots of noises in the room coming from outside - like music till 1 am. It was very upsetting because we could not sleep properly at night, even if I put earplugs in - music bass was bothering a lot. Half of 14 days stay music and basses were really problematic. 3) As we ordered taxi from Pickme app - guys at front door were very impolite. They screamed at a driver and tried to refuse getting them to reception to pick us up. They are kind of mafia, occupying territory and not getting anyone in. And charging 5-10 times more for the same vehicle and route. In total, it was a great stay, and we were happy to choose this hotel at that time, but especially due to 1 and 2 point we would not come back again.

Occidental Eden Beruwala is an absolutely beautiful place for a relaxing getaway. The hotel has a calm, elegant atmosphere with stunning ocean views and well-maintained surroundings. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. A special mention to Diyana and Lithara for the outstanding hospitality friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. She truly made our experience more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay in Beruwala. Will definitely visit again!

in general the hotel was good. we liked the beach, the rooms were clean, the location was perfect and romantic. we had a half board option, and I think it was right decision. there are plenty small restaurants with variety seafood options. in the hotel menu the fish dishes were spicy. the staff was friendly but service was little delayed. they promise us free upgrade of room as we were on honeymoon, but it never happened. but our room was totally fine. they offered us special trip to another hotel of their chain as a gift, but trip was planned after our departure date))) they don't have ATM and small things like this.
