I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious, and the overall ambiance of the hotel made the entire experience feel truly relaxing and enjoyable. I’m genuinely impressed with the quality and care shown throughout my stay. Highly recommended — I would definitely love to come back again! 🌟

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The facilities were great, and what stood out the most was the hospitality and kindness of the staff. Everyone did their best to make us feel welcome and take care of our needs. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a private balcony that we really enjoyed. A special shoutout to Dinesh, who was amazing during lunches and dinners — such a great guy and always made sure everything was perfect. The food was tasty, with lots of variety, and it was fun to see what was on the menu each day. The chefs were clearly very skilled and also super friendly, and it was great having fresh meals prepared daily. There’s plenty to do as well — gym, squash, spa, and water sports (the guys there were very friendly too). We really had a great time here. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely come back again!

Occidental Eden Beruwala is located in a very beautiful and peaceful area. The surroundings are relaxing, and the hotel is well maintained and very clean, making the stay comfortable. The swimming pool area is nice and enjoyable, but the pool is not deep and does not have a proper deep area, which may not be suitable for guests who prefer deeper swimming. The buffet food is tasty and fresh; however, the variety is limited. The live cooking stations were not available during our stay, which was a bit disappointing and reduced the overall dining experience. Overall, it is a pleasant hotel with a nice atmosphere and good cleanliness. With more food variety and a deeper pool area, the experience could be even better

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive, Special mention to Shehana, she went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcome and well taken care of.👏🏼👏🏼 The location was very convenient, and the facilities were excellent. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall hospitality, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

We stayed in the occidental Eden for 14 nights all inclusive from arrival and all throughout our day the service is exemplary. Everyone is very attentive all staff and has a smile for every person they meet the food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious. Best all inclusive food we’ve had. Everything cooked freshly and lots to choose from. The pool area is immaculate lots of sunbirds fresh towels every day the pool guy Rohanan exceptionally helpful as to were the other guys who served in the area. Dulshi and Mr Gayan from main reception were very very helpful, kind and patient. The rooms are perfectly comfortable clean and kept clean by the amazing clean and stuff who work very hard. The beach at the front of the hotel is so clean and safe. Thank you to everyone for making this a perfect stay. Sthuthii 🥰🥰🫶
