Great location. The hotel is a bit old so Rooms have not quite modern, but the location compensated for it completely. The staff is very courteous and welcoming. Would love to visit again. The private beach is beautiful and easily accessible. The pool is also great. They had less vegetarian options when we arrived but staff ensured that we had a good number of choices for rest of our stay.

Occidental Eden is one of the best hotels to stay at and comes highly recommended. The location is excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful surroundings. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile, making the stay even more enjoyable. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious with a good variety of local and international options. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Occidental Eden Resort in Beruwala! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming. A special mention must go to Ms. Mina, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine kindness truly made us feel at home. The resort itself is stunning – beautifully maintained grounds, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a serene atmosphere that made our holiday incredibly relaxing. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the pool area was perfect for unwinding. Thanks to the entire team and especially Ms. Mina for making our stay so memorable. We would highly recommend Occidental Eden Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway in Beruwala. We look forward to returning soon!

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect – close to the city center and main attractions. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! Chaminda at the bar was fantastic – super friendly and made great cocktails. Loved the vibe he created!
