The hotel itself was a calm gateway. Starting from the welcome Adithya helped us going beyond what he can. Really appreciate young mans efforts. The restaurant food was Amazing and the Rooms were very Spacious. You definitely should check the spa treatments too. Everyone had a very beautiful smile. The location was very perfect with beautiful sunsets. And worth the money. Will surely come back again.

My stay at Occidental Beruwala in Sri Lanka was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is beautifully located right by the ocean, allowing you to truly feel the unique atmosphere of the island. The staff are extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling — from the very first day I felt warmly welcomed. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with daily housekeeping at a high standard. The food was delicious and varied, offering both local Sri Lankan dishes and international cuisine. The swimming pool, gardens, and overall hotel facilities are very well maintained and perfect for relaxation. It’s an ideal place for a peaceful holiday as well as a great base for exploring Sri Lanka. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return in the future!

Had a really nice stay at Occidental Eden Beruwala. The staff were super friendly and always helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The seaside location is beautiful and perfect for relaxing by the ocean. Big thanks to Nilusha for helping us out during check-out and making everything easy. Overall, a great place to stay and we’d definitely come back!

Occidental Eden Beruwala truly stands out for its wonderful hospitality.The staff were welcoming,Professional and attentive from the very beginning. Check-in was smooth and the front office team explained everything clearly. The restaurant staff were friendly and ensured every meal was enjoyable. Housekeeping provided excellent service,keeping the room clean and comfortable. What impressed us most was the staff's genuine care and friendliness. Their positive attitude created a warm and relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. We felt well looked after during out stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

We had a lovely week staying at this hotel. The staff were outstanding, very freindly, polite and courteous. Our room was fine, fairly standard of any resort we have stayed at. The food was delicious and consistantly good, with a huge amount of choice as you would generally expect from an all inclusive buffet. The cold desserts were a bit odd at times though, and were a bit rubbery and tastless. We prefered the hot puddings such as the sago and bread and butter pudding. There was just a few things which we felt a bit let down with, considering the cost of the holiday and the all inclusive aspect. These were the lack of ANY sugar free drinks (apart from soda water) unless we paid for them, and very poor wine, which was only served at dinner service. There was no choice, except for red or white, and even though I am not fussy about red wine, I really look forward to a glass at dinner. I was served a very sweet (almost like a dessert wine) which I couldnt drink most nights, and ended up having to pay for a decent red wine! Neither myself nor my husband are heavy drinkers and only had a few drinks each evening so I felt we really didnt get any value and it would have been cheaper to not have paid all inclusive prices when booking. That aside, we really enjoyed our holiday, and the staff absolutely made it for us by making us feel so welcome. Thankyou!
