Such a beautiful resort filled with the best hosts! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and beach club the most. Karina, Betty, Levy, the captain Shany Aguilar and Michelle the hostess Michelle were all so helpful and made our experience even better. And lastly, we can’t forget Victor the bartender and the beach pool and the disco. He was amazing and made the best drinks! Don’t miss out on the Coral (seafood) restaurant by the water. Rosario was our favorite waitress the whole weekend! And shout out to Miquel and Luis for taking good care of us.

I had a great time with the food service people, who went out of their way for me and my mom. I am gluten sensitive and the wait staff went out of their way to bring me gluten free bread and treats. A special shout out goes to Cristy, Michelle, and Itzel for their repeatedly great service, but, honestly, the staff is very friendly and will look out for you if you have special needs. The location is beautiful, with great landscaping, and the maintenace crew is top notch. They work around the clock. For activities, I loved the beach snorkeling, the (energetic) aquasize, the gym, and the traditional Mexican dance.

The First Club staff is exceptional. This was our first year using our membership so we didn’t understand the best way to use it. Alberto and his team did a great job of explaining everything. Merial showed us the best way to use our points for excursions and activities. When Alberto did not have a vendor for an activity we wanted to do, he helped us find a reputable alternative. Before our trip started Alberto was able to answer our questions about the resort since it was new to us. The Team also congratulated us on all the anniversary and birthday events we were celebrating and delivered flowers to our room. Gabriel and Ricardo from the vacation club team were incredibly helpful in assisting us for future trip planning and maximizing our membership. We used the first club lounge to play cards at night. It was great and a lot of fun. We have only been to 2 resorts - Xcaret and Cozumel. Both were great. Cozumel is much more laid back while Xcaret has a party all the time. We have enjoyed both and both resorts have been wonderful Thank you Cozumel staff for a wonderful time!!

This was our first time staying at an all-inclusive resort, and it did not disappoint. Beautiful grounds with lush vegetation and 3-story residences spread nicely among the grounds. The beach pool was large with wonderful ocean views, and the beach is nice with a swimming area that you can also snorkel in . (Not a lot to see there but still fun) The adult pool is more sheltered and was a great afternoon hangout spot. The buffet meals had a really good variety of food to please different tastes, and we also really enjoyed the a-la-cart restaurants . We found ALL the staff super welcoming, friendly and hard workers. Big shout outs to Raina at the adult pool bar for her fabulous mixology, and to the following restaurant staff personnel… Shany Aguilar, Michelle GyDuyana, Cindy, Levy, Alejandro, Karina, Crisiy (5*), Isandra, as well as Luis (Captain), Brenda, Eduardo, Jorge, Euolin,Samos and Eduardo. Not to forget the wonderful friendly service at Royal Club Reception of Odyliss, Marie Cruz and Montserrat. Everyone made us feel special & well cared for.

Loved the hotel. Rooms were good, beds were comfy, location is absolutely beautiful. Felt like we were walking through a forest every single time we left our room. At the bar, we had the best service I’ve ever experienced. Servando Ortega leads his bar team like a complete master, and we had an amazing time visiting him and his team every night. Vando, Andri, April, Laura, thank you so much for making our great trip even better. Can’t wait to visit again!!
