I had a great experience with my family here. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly each day and the staff was very friendly! The food has a nice variety and a nice live cooking area, this makes the food extra fresh. The bar was nice. I especially love how energetic the entertainment team was throughout our stay. I loved the location with nice beach attached (You can even rent a paddle board). Some minor feedback: Snackbar felt lacking in quality. The food was probably sitting there very long. And dining is at 19:00 which is normal in Spain but the little ones might want to eat a bit earlier. The coffee at the buffet was not good, but the quality at the bar was fantastic.

Beautiful room with a sea view, wonderful staff - the rooms are clean and well-groomed, the food in the restaurant is delicious, varied, very high quality and fresh. The greatest love is your brownie - a piece of art, a big thank you to the confectioners and all the chefs! Wonderful entertainment and activities, the evening show of Tanzanian artists is wow! Special thanks to Carlos for the wonderful mood and friendly attitude and jokes! Pleasantly surprised by the compliment on my birthday and sincerely thank you for the help of the administrator and the ladies from the reception! Your hotel made our vacation and my birthday especially warm and memorable - this is the best hotel, cuisine, place with access to the sea and staff for us! We wish you to prosper and make the world around happy and further!

Absolutely wonderful. Been here twice and it's just such a wonderful hotel. Set away from the town, but only a 25min walk if you wanted to, it's quiet and right on the water. You can go down to the little beach or walk from the pool down the rocks and jump straight in. The staff are wonderful and fun and helpful. The food is great and varied, every day different stuff available. Entertainment every night, and varied. I would go back again and again and again.

We had a great time at Occidental Cala Viñas, and the 'We Happy' animation team was fantastic with the activities. However, it is very frustrating that the team takes photos and videos of the quests kids and families during the games but there is no clear, accessible way for guests to see or get them. Management should look into a secure way to share these holiday memories with costumers !

Very nice rooms, excellent animatours (sending the best greetings to Carlos, Ciccio, Nadir and Cappucino) carrying for the guests and offering a variety of games with a great sense of homour. Every evening great animations for kids and adults. Excellent food prepared from fresh ingredients with a lot of engagemnt and care (I talked to the restaurant manager, who was all the time looking very carefully after the quality of food and service). Thank you for your great service and a very good job!
