This is an unbeatable hotel, we are happy that we chose you! Beautiful room with a sea view, wonderful staff - the rooms are clean and well-groomed, the food in the restaurant is delicious, varied, very high quality and fresh. The greatest love is your brownie - a piece of art, a big thank you to the confectioners and all the chefs! Wonderful entertainment and activities, the evening show of Tanzanian artists is wow! Special thanks to Carlos for the wonderful mood and friendly attitude and jokes! Pleasantly surprised by the compliment on my birthday and sincerely thank you for the help of the administrator and the ladies from the reception! Your hotel made our vacation and my birthday especially warm and memorable - this is the best hotel, cuisine, place with access to the sea and staff for us! Absolutely wonderful. Been here twice and it's just such a wonderful hotel. Set away from the town, but only a 25min walk if you wanted to, it's quiet and right on the water. You can go down to the little beach or walk from the pool down the rocks and jump straight in. The staff are wonderful and fun and helpful. The food is great and varied, every day different stuff available. Entertainment every night, and varied. I would go back again and again and again.

We came here for a girls trip away, and the hotel did not disappoint! We went all inclusive, and it was deffo worth it. The food was great, location and facilities were great and staff incredible. Massive shout out to the animation team - DJ Santana, Cappuccino, Cico and the wider team, they made our stay great fun. Plenty of games, activities and evening entertainment. Only draw back for the 3 of us was how cold the pools were, and the lack of parasols. There was plenty else to do though, and the beach was seconds away and lovely. Despite the small drawbacks we had the best time and would recommend to all. Thank you x

Very nice rooms, excellent animatours (sending the best greetings to Carlos, Ciccio, Nadir and Cappucino) carrying for the guests and offering a variety of games with a great sense of homour. Every evening great animations for kids and adults. Excellent food prepared from fresh ingredients with a lot of engagemnt and care (I talked to the restaurant manager, who was all the time looking very carefully after the quality of food and service). Thank you for your great service and a very good job!

Today is my last day at this hotel and I have mixed feelings. The hotel really has something to work on and it would be good if they did it. because previous reviews have repeatedly written about it. Service: When we checked in, no one showed us to our room or helped us with our suitcases. Even after asking. This definitely does not correspond to the 4* level. You can be tired after the road and wander for a long time, because all the rooms are like a maze. We noticed that we had a late check-out and we wanted to do a "late checkout". We said this when checking in, during our stay and the day before. On the day we needed it, we were refused. They offered to leave our luggage in the room with other luggage. It is unknown who will be responsible for our luggage. The guy at the reception "Ruben" did not offer any solution to the problem. This is the first time we have encountered such a lack of service. Even in 3* hotels it was more pleasant. On the other hand, the staff in the restaurant is very pleasant and polite. The waiter Sergio won our hearts. Although it is clear that this is not enough for such a large number of guests. You should think about increasing the staff or reducing the number of guests. Food: Everything here was delicious and varied, 4* Location: There are bus stations nearby if necessary, convenient taxi stops and you can quickly get to Palma. Beach: Beautiful sea and bay. They need to work on someone cleaning the coastline better in windy weather, just this) Rooms: Standard rooms, nothing special. Maybe it is a little short of the 4* level, but we came not to stay in the room.
