Amazing location right next to the sea with multiple pools in the hotel. The place is very children-oriented as regards entertainment but even though we do not have children, we still had fun and enjoyed our stay very much. The food was great, huge variety every day. We tried the spa as well and got a very relaxing couples massage from Sandra and Mayra. Both of them was super kind and professional. Recommended. :)

Pros- Hotel itself is clean, staff are friendly, rooms of a good size, reception helpful, good facilities. 3 pools- 1 children one, 2 larger ones. Plenty of sun loungers and room to relax- quieter areas and around the pool. Good evening entertainment, bingo every night, and then plenty of acts which were great! Entertainment team amazing ! Great with children and fun for adults. Access to own beach which was beautiful, has sun loungers available to rent. Easy to be on the beach but still access facilities (drinks, toilets etc) at the hotel. Snack bar open 10-6 every day, same food each day, but easy access and fill up own drinks which is always good- plenty of drink choices. Good all inclusive cocktails / alcoholic drinks available. Breakfast selection 10/10. Thoroughly enjoyed this, but gets VERY busy! Good for family, if you plan on staying in hotel mainly. Staff good for cleaning room if you leave signs out. Fresh towels and bed made. Bed linen not changed every day but can be done at request (part of an eco scheme hotel are part of) Cons- Spa was not great- pool was cold. Jacuzzi was not working. Spa is expensive for it to be very disappointing. Lunch time and dinner time food selection was poor. Not a good variety and very repetitive. Food was not labelled so very difficult to know what some dishes were etc… Some rooms had awful smell, ?drain smell. Location is not good. Nothing around. If wanting to a getaway where you don’t leave the hotel, this is great, but no shops around, no bus stops near so hard to get anywhere. Reliant on taxis. Accessibility not great- a massive resort, but for disabled individuals or older individuals there are a lot of steps, and despite there being lifts, still requires a lot of walking from rooms, to restaurants , to pool, etc.. Not a lot of toilets around when outside. Only 2 for women, which are not clean or the most hygienic.

We had a wonderful stay here with our two young daughters. The food was delicious and the location beautiful. We wanted to write a review to especially mention the kid's club as this really was exceptional. Andrea and Stefania were amazing with our two daughters and kept them entertained with lovely activities throughout the stay. We are definitely looking to return again next year.

The kids club with Andrea is a magical place. Her attention, kindness towards the children, and professionalism are remarkable. My daughter loved spending time with her. The hotel is great for families with kids. Suggestion for the hotel: offer higher quality of food with smaller portions. Suggestion for the guests: take only what you can eat/drink. Many visitors have been wasting food.

Just came back from there… over roll was a good holiday… nice quiet area, rooms big enough. Food was ok but could be better for kids choices especially. The TOP was the entertainment team that made our stay nicer… every day Andrea ( lovely and sweet girl) take care of the kids offering lots of nice activities. Also the rest of the team offered lots of activities to keep us busy and happy. I can recommend for good value for money!
