Unfortunately the experience wasn’t great, my daughter’s extra bed was solid like a rock, we weren’t aware that since we arrived the do not disturb thing was in and we had no cleaning for 2 days. Reservation was done for 3 pipe and there were only 2 towels, no feet towels and cherry on top we had construction going on and they just send a paper saying that there will be noise from 9 am to 6 pm, really? The breakfast was nice and always ready, also the staff members were nice.

It's a great hotel. It's very clean and nice. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Stuff is really nice and kind. I would give a big thanks to 'May' for her kindness and how she doing a great job to serve customer. I will highly recommend my friends to stay at this hotel for their visit to Dubai.

I attended an iftar party at Occidental 3 months before and had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The buffet offered a good variety of delicious dishes, from traditional favorites to more contemporary options. Overall, it was a delightful evening, and I highly recommend

Amazing experience staying at this hotel with my family celebrating my dad’s birthday. Check-in formalities went very smooth, all thanks to Ms. Faith at the reception and for the complimentary pastry. This gesture of hers made us feel special staying at this place. Very secure place to stay in with your family.

Their services are top notch and their staff are friendly. I loved their breakfast buffet because there were so many to choose from. I gave them 3 stars when it comes to location because I always have to take a taxi when going from the metro station. Their pool was also great
