We had a very pleasant stay at the Barceló Hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would especially like to thank Dramani, Eslam, and valet for their dedication and excellent service. As points for improvement, we would mention that the room cleaning could be more consistent. In addition, the breakfast could offer more variety, especially for longer stays. Overall, we look back on a pleasant stay and would certainly recommend the hotel.

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful 5-star hotel for the Christmas buffet. The buffet was exceptional — a wide variety of high-quality dishes, beautifully presented, and everything tasted absolutely delicious. The attention to detail, from the décor to the food selection, really stood out and made the afternoon feel special. A special thank you to Elinah, the F&B Manager, who truly elevated our experience. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness did not go unnoticed. She ensured everything ran smoothly and made guests feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

Excellent city hotel with great service! We were thoroughly impressed with our stay. We’d like to highlight a few key points: · Transfer: It was very convenient that there is a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall and the beach. No need to worry about taxis. · Dining: The restaurant offers a high-quality all-inclusive system. There is a wide selection of dishes from various countries, always fresh and delicious fruits, and great coffee. · Rooms: The rooms are spacious and clean. The daily housekeeping is top-notch. · Staff: All the employees are polite and attentive. A special thank you to Faruk! He didn't just perform his duties; he genuinely helped us by explaining all the nuances of staying at the hotel and in the city, which made our vacation even more comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return again

The hotel left a very positive impression. The location is excellent – everything is easily accessible either on foot or by public transport. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. I especially want to compliment the reception staff. The service was exceptionally friendly and professional – always smiling, helpful, and ready to answer any questions. A big thank you to Chandrins and for the warm welcome and assistance. I truly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again!

Service was prompt and efficient; however, it is evident that the hotel would benefit from upgrades to both its façade and guest rooms. Housekeeping standards need improvement, as cleanliness fell short of expectations — we noticed dust, hair in multiple areas (including under cups), as well as visible rust and mould. That said, the reception staff were genuinely warm, kind, and helpful, which we truly appreciated and which positively shaped our overall experience.
