“I recently had a very disappointing experience with your service. The level of customer service was not up to standard, and I felt that I was not treated with the respect I deserve. Additionally, I noticed that there was no Tesla charging station available, which added to the frustration. I hope you can address these issues to improve the experience for future customers.” This should effectively communicate your dissatisfaction without sounding too harsh

The hotel is not clean, and there are insects and cockroaches. The reception staff is unqualified to deal with guests and not cooperative at all. Most of the rooms have a shared door with the neighboring room, offering no soundproofing or privacy. The rooms are also very small. Additionally, most rooms lack a good view, mainly facing neighboring buildings. The service is poor, the staff is unprofessional, and the cleanliness and quality of the rooms are terrible.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Dubai. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever, main reason to put a review is the staff were very hospitable and there for every need of mine. I would like to special thanks to Chan (at reception) she is having positive attitude & very soft spoken, always having a pleasant smile while welcoming guest, she deserve a praise. Thank you so much.

A very good budget hotel. Venue very good design, almost 5 start. Staffs are nice and friendly. When you check in you have to be very alert otherwise you may encounter intention (?) mistakes. Only disappointment is the swimming pool, too small.
