Staff were nice and supportive. The location, was nice - as well for lobby pool etc. the food was very good, the mattress and pillows very comfortable. The cleaning in the room was awful- found in the bathroom one old pair of underwear- in the day that we checked in. The towels are not replaced every day, the overall cleaning in the room was not existing- we found the same small garbage from the first day that we came until we check out. Suggest to improve the cleaning in the rooms - as the other services are very good.

I recently stayed at Barceló Al Jaddaf on a higher floor and had a wonderful experience. The housekeeping service was excellent throughout my stay. Special thanks to Supervisor Raquel and Room Attendant Samir for their outstanding work. The room was always clean, fresh, and perfectly arranged. Both of them were professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Their dedication truly made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly appreciated!

I had good experience as my first time booking hotel in Dubai. Chandris in the reception was very helpful and was able to compose herself on a busy day. Souk restaurant was also good, their food is fresh and the cook , cooks amazing food. I could have given better review but unfortunately the hotel roof is made of glass - with this weather it is very hot, the AC cant make the lobby cold enough for all the guests. There are other ways to make the experience better. Not to mention when the guests started complaining the manager did not even tried to show himself and he left his team handle the situation.

I cannot say enough good things about Christina, she is absolutely amazing! From the moment I booked, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We mentioned we’d be arriving early, and instead of making us wait, she kindly upgraded us to a beautiful suite so it would be ready in time, at no extra charge! She also arranged an early check-in for us, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. Every time I’ve stayed, Christina makes sure everything is ready, prepared, and just right. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care truly set her apart. She’s the reason I always look forward to coming back thank you, Christina, for making every stay such a wonderful experience!

We had a early check in because our flight came in early morning. Nothing was too hard. Issues sorted out quickly. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ragul at the front desk. The food was delicious and in abundance. Serving staff were very friendly and talkative. Christine the Manager was an absolute gem. She solved our problem promptly. The swimming pool was a life saver to cool ourselves off. Pool man very helpful.
