We had the most amazing time at the hotel! The service was top-notch, the rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the food was delicious. And let's talk about Mustafa from the restaurant – he was not only super helpful but also incredibly professional. Thanks to him and the rest of the team, our stay felt like more than just 5 stars!

Went there for Iftar, decisions food and lovely atmosphere on the pool. It would be. 5 star rating if the parking surrounded was more organized which is not the hotel fault so far. But you will find parking easily anyways

My family and I had a great stay. The overall service was good. Catherine, at the Souk restaurant, was really cheerful and welcoming. Basanta was also helpful. One point for improvement would be the curtains in the room, which looked a bit stained.

Run away this is a scam. They get you with a good pricing deal but then they have the worst services. We arrived around 1pm they wouldn’t allow us to check in till after 3pm. We finally get into the room, dirty bed sheets, small beds, muddy shoe prints in the bath tub, dirty sink. Like they haven’t even done the bare minimum of cleaning. I go to ask for an extra bed the next morning they charged me for it and I wait til 2am and bed is still not delivered although they took their money upfront. Room service does a horrible cleaning service and they only provide you with 2 water bottles for the whole stay they don’t renew them on a daily. I was waiting in the lobby and asked for a bottle of water and they refused to give me one saying I have to order one from room service and pay for it. Summary of the stay They’re very cheap, dirty and horrible customer service. Would never come back again. The only good thing about them is if you order a room with balcony their balconies are very big and got a nice view
