I recently had a buffet dinner at Souk Restaurant Al Jaddaf and it was an amazing and great experience. The food was awesome. Every dish I tried tasted so good and I loved the presentation. The staff are welcoming specially Mr. Rohith, Mr Rakesh and Ms Laura. They are so helpful and provided excellent hospitality. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with traditional touches that made the whole place feel like home. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.😊

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly organized. But what really made my experience exceptional was Chandris at the reception — she was so welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. From the moment I checked in, she made me feel at home and went out of her way to help with every request. Thank you, Chandris, for your outstanding service! I’ll definitely come back again.

We had a very pleasant experience staying in this beautiful hotel in Dubai on our last night before heading back to the States. The room was so cozy, tastefully decorated, the bed ( mattress, pillows ) were so comfortable like in no other hotels. I regret so much that we stated other 5 nights in Dubai in another hotel / resort, which was priced the same but offered a half of what Barcelo had. I enjoyed the swimming pool area: the water was so refreshing, the personnel there was super attentive ( I forgot his name, there was a guy from Shri Lanka working there who was very friendly and kind ), the music played was very enjoyable, the area was kept very clean and well organized, beds & chairs super comfy. I liked the fact that a smoking area was separated from non-smoking, so smoking guests didn't bother me. We also visited sauna & steam room. Sauna seemed to be not working properly, but the steam room was absolutely wonderful. The only thing I wish there would be towels provided in ladies locker rooms and water fountain available, because I had to bring the towel from the pool area and then come back to my room to grab water bottles. The morning buffet offered a variety of food options. We tried many different things for the first time. The stuff working in restaurant were super polite and friendly. The only one thing I've noriced which has really nothing to do with the quality of this hotel itself ( thats why my rating is 5 stars any way) was a front desk lady who checked us in on October 15th in the afternoon. She was such a Karen! Rude, moody, obviously had issues doing her job, or overall made an impression she just hates other women. Unfortunately, I didn't ask for her name, but she was wearing blue / light color contact lenses. No matter how much she tried to make me feel down, she didn't succeed. I enjoyed this hotel and would make sure to recommend it to my friends traveling to Dubai.

We came here for my roommate birthday dinner buffet and the meal are so nice mostly chicken lollipop. The staffs are so friendly and sweet especially thanks to Rakesh and Bharat. Good Job guys, you guys are the best 💯

A truly exceptional stay at Barcelo Al Jaddaf ! We were at the room # 732 & 734 for two days ! From the moment we arrived at Barcelo Al jaddaf, we were blown away by the warm welcome and outstanding service by Faruk & kawther. They are so hospitable and professional guys. His attitudes are really amazing, so friendly. he deserves 5 out of 5 👌Best Man at the hotel lobby. We will definitely back soon to this hotel. Good luck 🫰
