I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. Special thanks to Farouk, who was extremely professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I felt comfortable and well taken care of. His positive attitude and excellent service truly made a difference.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional and attentive, very friendly, Ahmad, Faith and Kouthar made my stay very comfortable. I've been traveling nonstop for work, staying in hotels pretty much every week all over the world, and I swear Faith is the nicest, most helpful receptionist I've come across in years. Right when we checked in, she was super warm and friendly, made us feel welcome after a rough trip. Out of nowhere, she upgraded our room to something much nicer, which totally made our stay better. Then when we asked about late checkout, she fixed it in seconds, no issues, no extra fees, just easy and kind about it. Faith, huge thank you, you absolutely rocked it and made everything feel special. This hotel is lucky to have you! 5 stars all the way.

Excellent city hotel with great service! We were thoroughly impressed with our stay. We’d like to highlight a few key points: · Transfer: It was very convenient that there is a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall and the beach. No need to worry about taxis. · Dining: The restaurant offers a high-quality all-inclusive system. There is a wide selection of dishes from various countries, always fresh and delicious fruits, and great coffee. · Rooms: The rooms are spacious and clean. The daily housekeeping is top-notch. · Staff: All the employees are polite and attentive. A special thank you to Faruk! He didn't just perform his duties; he genuinely helped us by explaining all the nuances of staying at the hotel and in the city, which made our vacation even more comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return again

The hotel left a very positive impression. The location is excellent – everything is easily accessible either on foot or by public transport. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. I especially want to compliment the reception staff.
