The OBLU SELECT Sangeli Serenity Plan includes the following:

  • Breakfast (7am to 10am), lunch (12.30pm to 2.30pm) and dinner (7pm to 10pm) served at The Courtyard
  • A la carte fine-dining lunch (12.30pm to 2.30pm) or dinner (7pm to 10.30pm) at either JustWok or Just Grill - one visit per one to three-night stay, two visits per four to seven-night stay, three visits per eight to 11-night stay and four visits per 12-night stay and above (booking required - children under 16 can only dine at Just Grill or JustWok during dinner)
  • Traditional Maldivian snacks at the Hedhikaa Hut (4pm to 6pm)
  • Wide selection of spirits, wines and beer, as well as unlimited signature cocktails and mocktails from a menu of 16 cocktails and 10 mocktails at The Sangs (9am to 1am)
  • Unlimited orders from a menu featuring one cocktail of the day, one mocktail of the day, wines beers and soft drinks at The Rock (5pm to 7pm)

An incredible experience from resort selection, booking process and questions we had throughout the process, I cannot commend the team at Simply Maldives highly enough. Ranjana and Amit were brilliant in helping us decide on the best resort for our 2 week holiday in the Maldives, finally deciding upon the OBLU Select Sangeli all-inclusive resort. Even when BA cancelled our outbound flight, Amit was incredibly helpful and responsive, even on a Sunday. The chosen resort has been perfect for us, with exactly the right balance of luxury and relaxation that we were looking for. We requested a quiet Beach Villa, and we were allocated 135 which was simply perfect. Their offer also gave us 3 SPA treatments each and 4 Fine Dining meals at the two restaurants on site, along with a Snorkeling and a Fishing excursion. The reefs around the resort are teaming with life, and we swam with Black Tipped Reef Sharks, Eagle Rays, Sea Turtles, and every sort of reef fish you could possibly imagine - all very accessible, with free equipment hire. The food and entertainment have both been wonderful, most especially the live music in both the Rocks and Sangs bars. There were also informative talks on the reef and marine life, as well as a host of other options available through the day. My personal favourite was the beach volleyball at 4:30pm every day with staff and guests - a great way to end the afternoon. The ONE Banyan, adults-only area offered us the quiet zone that we were looking for for some of our time there. The service at Sangeli has been exceptional throughout, from the first moment we were welcomed to the resort to the time we departed. If we ever return to the Maldives, we would return to OBLU Select Sangeli as they have provided a truly exceptional customer experience throughout - I simply cannot fault them, and I know just how rare it is to be able to say that. OBLU Select Sangeli really do provide the 5 star experience they advertise, and based upon our experience, I have no reservation in recommending Sangeli to anyone wanting a balance of tranquility, activity and luxury - it is simply perfect for this. Perfection is very rare when choosing a place to spend your precious vacation time. Sangeli offered this to us unequivocally.

Have just returned from 10 nights at oblu select sangeli for the wifes 50th birthday and had the most amazing stay. Stayed in a Watervilla with pool,the villa was amazing and kept clean by sikdar who was amazing amd very helpfull. The food in all the restaurants was gorgeous and couldn't be faulted,shaam our waiter at just grill was so nice amd made our evening when we had a special meal on the pier at banyan island. The staff at the watersports centre were helpful and friendly and we enjoyed jetkis,big game fishing,nurse shark snorkeling and turtle tour thank you to you all. Adam and frank were very helpful if we needed anything. Resort was beautiful and the staff were amazing and made the holiday,would highly recommend and would visit again without hesitation

We recently returned from an incredible family holiday at Oblu Sangeli, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. We travelled as a group of six adults and five children aged between 3 and 6, and this resort is truly perfect for families with young kids. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. A special mention to Zaki and the whole team at the Kids Club — they made both our holiday and our children’s holiday truly special. The care, attention, and enthusiasm they showed were second to none, allowing us adults to relax and enjoy some downtime knowing our kids were in the best hands. Zaki in particular was incredible — his energy, musical talent, and genuine excitement brought so much joy to our children’s days. They were genuinely sad to leave him and the Kids Club team behind! Another big thank you goes to Chef Vijay Rana and his amazing team. The food was outstanding, and they were always happy to accommodate our specific requests. Every meal was a delicious experience, from the buffet to the à la carte options. The resort itself is beautiful — crystal-clear waters, stunning villas, and a relaxed atmosphere — but it’s truly the staff who make it magical. We left with full hearts, big smiles, and memories that will last a lifetime.

We spent a week on this little island and split our stay between two villas. Beach Villa 213 was peaceful and tucked away at the end of the row, but the “beach” in front was not usable. Still, a lovely, quiet start. Then we moved to a Water Villa, and honestly, game changer. Waking up to sea life literally at your doorstep was incredible. Food & Service: The Courtyard quickly became our go-to. Tons of choice, consistently great food, and the staff were wonderful. Huge shoutout to Nawra in reception and Javit from Sangs bar, Mo from the restaurant they made everything feel effortless. A few things to note: • The extra excursions are very pricey. We paid USD 200 for a turtle snorkel, went 10 minutes from the hotel… and saw zero turtles. • We didn’t enjoy Just Grill. The food came out suspiciously fast, arrived cold, and didn’t feel fresh. Staff whisked away our plates before we’d even swallowed, and the atmosphere was pretty flat. • This is a family resort so if you are looking for serenity then maybe go to an Adults only resort Overall, we loved the island, especially once we hit the water villa and settled into the Courtyard routine.

This was my second time staying at OBLU Select Sangeli, and I loved it just as much — if not more! The food at Just Wok was absolutely delicious, and the chef deserves special praise for his incredible flavors. The staff members driving the buggies were always so kind, polite, and attentive. Every restaurant team greeted us with warm smiles and friendly conversation, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The massage was unbelievably relaxing, and Just Grill offered such a stylish atmosphere with exceptional dishes. The snorkeling activities were breathtaking — even though it was my second visit, I felt the same excitement doing all the activities again. Coming from Turkey, a country surrounded by beautiful seas, I was still amazed by the unique atmosphere here. The island is spotless, the water crystal clear, and the whole place feels like paradise. I truly believe everyone should visit the Maldives at least once in their lifetime, and OBLU Select Sangeli should definitely be one of those choices! 🌴✨
