The OBLU SELECT Sangeli Serenity Plan includes the following:

  • Breakfast (7am to 10am), lunch (12.30pm to 2.30pm) and dinner (7pm to 10pm) served at The Courtyard
  • A la carte fine-dining lunch (12.30pm to 2.30pm) or dinner (7pm to 10.30pm) at either JustWok or Just Grill - one visit per one to three-night stay, two visits per four to seven-night stay, three visits per eight to 11-night stay and four visits per 12-night stay and above (booking required - children under 16 can only dine at Just Grill or JustWok during dinner)
  • Traditional Maldivian snacks at the Hedhikaa Hut (4pm to 6pm)
  • Wide selection of spirits, wines and beer, as well as unlimited signature cocktails and mocktails from a menu of 16 cocktails and 10 mocktails at The Sangs (9am to 1am)
  • Unlimited orders from a menu featuring one cocktail of the day, one mocktail of the day, wines beers and soft drinks at The Rock (5pm to 7pm)
  • A wide selection of liquor, premium wines and sparkling wine at The Courtyard, JustWok, Just Grill, The Sangs and One Banyan Bar

I spent the most beautiful days of my life at OBLU Sangeli. I honestly don’t even know where to begin when describing this experience. This is truly a five star resort in every possible aspect. The island itself is absolutely stunning like something out of a dream. The food was fantastic, with an incredible variety, especially since there were three different restaurants to choose from. Every meal felt special and perfectly prepared. Our Honeymoon Villa was simply perfect spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. It offered privacy, luxury, and everything we could have wished for during such a special trip. But the most beautiful part of my journey was the amazing people. The energy from the resort staff was truly unforgettable. The service was exceptional, and everyone was always smiling and welcoming. You could genuinely feel the warmth and kindness all around. A very special thank you to Niheart, our butler, who was absolutely fantastic. Thank you for everything you made our stay even more memorable. The spa was pure relaxation, and the activities especially snorkeling in the crystal clear waters made the experience even more special. This was not just a vacation, it was a once in a lifetime experience.

Our stay at OBLU Select Sangeli exceeded even our wildest expectations. From the very first welcome, through the breathtaking views, the high standard of the villa, and ending with the outstanding food — everything was simply exceptional. I could easily praise the cocktails, the incredible variety of dishes at the Courtyard restaurant, or the stunning surroundings of the island itself. However, the true value of this resort lies in its people. The team made it possible for us to simply relax and enjoy life. Everyone was unbelievably kind, warm, and genuinely caring — always with natural, non-intrusive hospitality at every stage of our stay. From check-in, to the amazing Courtyard restaurant team (waiters and chefs alike), and especially Amir, who took wonderful care of our villa — everyone was helpful, engaged, and truly invested in making our stay special. Without a doubt, this is the best resort we have ever stayed at as a family. Before coming to the Maldives, I had some concerns that it might feel artificial or focused on showing off luxury. Our stay at OBLU completely changed that — we fell in love not only with this resort, but with the Maldives as a whole. Leaving was incredibly hard. Truly — sad, sad, and sad again to go. See you again!

First time in Maldives and this little island paradise was near perfect. We wanted a water villa with Unobstructed views and excellent snorkling straight of the villa ladder, Honeymoon suite provided exactly that. We seen every kind of sea life right from our villa and also found the Serenity package to be perfect allowing us total culinary freedom to explore the many cuisines on offer at the courtyard that changed daily with global themes. Also the spa was an amazing experience with so much choice tailored to you specifically with very friendly staff. All the staff so professional and with a customer first approach. From our Jet ski tour to snorkling reef tour the people where knowledgeable and professional. Great Coffee machine in room so wake up early and watch sunrise!

We spent a week on this little island and split our stay between two villas. Beach Villa 213 was peaceful and tucked away at the end of the row, but the “beach” in front was not usable. Still, a lovely, quiet start. Then we moved to a Water Villa, and honestly, game changer. Waking up to sea life literally at your doorstep was incredible. Food & Service: The Courtyard quickly became our go-to. Tons of choice, consistently great food, and the staff were wonderful. Huge shoutout to Nawra in reception and Javit from Sangs bar, Mo from the restaurant they made everything feel effortless. A few things to note: • The extra excursions are very pricey. We paid USD 200 for a turtle snorkel, went 10 minutes from the hotel… and saw zero turtles. • We didn’t enjoy Just Grill. The food came out suspiciously fast, arrived cold, and didn’t feel fresh. Staff whisked away our plates before we’d even swallowed, and the atmosphere was pretty flat. • This is a family resort so if you are looking for serenity then maybe go to an Adults only resort Overall, we loved the island, especially once we hit the water villa and settled into the Courtyard routine.

If you're curious about what Heaven looks like, you should definitely pay a visit to Oblue Select Sangeli in the Maldives. It's truly where dreams come true! From the lovely accommodation and delicious food to the relaxed atmosphere, everything feels just right. And I must say, the staff are absolutely wonderful—so friendly and always there to make sure you’re comfortable. Luxury, cleanliness, and comfort are just everyday essentials here. And, funnily enough, the managers have quite a great sense of humour! The food is simply superb—those desserts are to die for—and they really understand how to make you feel at home, even including a bathroom scale – which, I must admit, has become my sworn enemy.😀 So, good luck to anyone like me who, after a year of hard training, comes here to indulge in the fabulous restaurant fare and then faces that bathroom scale every morning—it's a love-hate relationship! 😂😂😂
