We chose this hotel based on the excellent reviews that have been given. We had seen this hotel as we have stayed across from it, then thought we'd try it ourselves. So glad we did. A really great vibe as soon as we arrived, we knew we'd made the right choice for us. Lovely staff everywhere, nothing is a problem. Love having the music playing out during the day by the pool. Excellent vegetarian choices at the buffet breakfast/dinner service. Our room was a comfort room, while it was one of the smaller, it was fine for while we were there for our 3 nights and there is the other room options. I marked it down only slightly for our room as there's sign of wear, the fridge unit had chipped off in bits and the bathroom had a few signs of wear, minor things but only because everywhere else is so stylish and has an attention to detail that if there is something chipped or not right, it's noticeable. A very kind birthday gesture of an ice bucket with Cava was left in our room on my birthday, which was a lovely surprise. A brilliant pool area, bar terrace with a fantastic view across the bay if you want to take a bit of time away from sun lounging. There is a really nice night time bar area with a terrace also, we just didnt get the chance to use this area as we were going out elsewhere each night. We've already decided while we were staying there on our 3 days that we will be back in 2026. Thank you NYX Ibiza, see you soon.X

We booked this as a last minute. The hotel itself is decorated beautifully and is spotlessly clean. The room was small but modern, decorated nicely, comfortable beds and well equipped. The bathroom was new and had a good shower. What spoilt it was the view from the balcony which looked out onto a building site with workmen looking across onto the balcony!! I asked if they could move us. It was not in any part of the description when I booked the room. The receptionist refused even though the hotel was not full. More importantly, we were awoken early by drilling and building noise before 9am. Not what you want when you come away for a holiday. It truly ruined the tranquility and atmosphere. I love Ibiza and but will not recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday.

On our first visit to the hotel we noticed instantly it has a nice laid back vibe to it, the easy listening dance music played across the hotel gives it a nice feel. The decor is nice and funky and gives the hotel a distinct atmosphere. All the hotel staff are fantastic and cater to your needs with a smile and they are always happy to help. The breakfast has a nice selection of food available, it's always of a good quality the omlette hot plate is a nice touch the chef is always happy to make them for you. Only thing we found this year was the Dj wasn't as good as the one last year the music selection did get a bit samey from him. In a nut shell NYX ibiza feels like a second home to us.

The hotel is fantastic-great location and great service. The decor is excellent-really stylish and funky. I feel however there were a couple of things in the room that could have been better. We had a very bad thunderstorm one night and the bathroom ceiling leaked (we were top floor). Maintenance came to fix but couldn’t have fixed as it was fine until we had rain again on our last day. There was a bedside shelf that was screwed to the wall - when we checked in it was half hanging off the wall which meant anything placed on it would slide off. During the week it fell off the wall completely. Again it was fixed promptly but should have been done before we checked in really . The room was lovely but smaller than it looked in the pictures - we booked a delux twin with sea views. The room and balcony was smaller than expected and the most frustrating thing was lack of storage in the room - for cases, clothes etc. Having said that I loved the hotel, the decor the different bars and chill out areas. After visiting a couple of other hotels in the area I definitely felt we had picked the best one and I would definitely stay there again.

Visited this hotel numerous times during our holiday. Although I didn’t actually stay here some of my friends did. The rooms are nice and functional with clean facilities. The outside pool area is spacious and they serve decent food throughout the day and even have a DJ although the music is quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotels location was right on the beach and within walking distance from a lot of restaurants and shops. All the super clubs are close by 15-20 min by taxi.
