The hotel is excellent. Very well decorated, fresh, clean, always with a nice scent, multiple ambients. Staff always happy to help and smiling. The room was very good, despite not getting the double bed as we expected, but two joined single beds and the air conditioning that could be cooler. I would stay there again for sure.

We had the upgraded sea view room and it was marvellous. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lot of amenities. Rooms are slightly on the smaller size. The hotel is in a perfect location for Ibiza, away from the chaos but yet close enough. A beach right opposite hotel.

Great hotel in excellent position on seafront. Short walk into Town along waterfront. Well decorated in a quirky style. Spotlessly clean throughout. Well equipped bedrooms including fridge and safe at no extra cost. Large walk-in showers. Great pool area with plenty of big comfy sunbeds. Well laid out light and airy restaurant, serviced by friendly, attentive staff. Breakfast is super. Plenty of choice to suit all palates. Good sized bar area with plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. You can watch the fabulous sunset from the terrace. Drinks are competitively price served by the friendliest of staff. All in all a super hotel well worth a visit.

I woke up the first morning at NYX Ibiza covered in itchy, red bites that matched bed bug bites exactly — linear, clustered, and progressively worse throughout the day. I had never had bed bugs before in my life, and it was immediately obvious what it was. When I reported the issue, the hotel’s response was shallow and dismissive. The inspection they did while I was still in the room was superficial, and I had to insist to be moved. Later, they claimed that an external pest control company found nothing — something they never proved, never showed me, and never involved me in. They also said my marks didn’t “look like bed bug bites”, even though they never took a single photo of my skin. Also, it would be a huge coincidence for this to have happened only on the exact night I stayed in that specific room, if it wasn’t caused by that environment. It’s absurd to pretend it had nothing to do with the hotel. To make matters worse, in their public response to my review on Booking.com, the hotel tried to gaslight me — saying there was no evidence and implying the problem didn’t exist at all. Rather than being accountable, they chose to protect their image and dismiss a guest’s real experience. This was a deeply uncomfortable and stressful situation, and the way they handled it was completely unprofessional and insulting. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this stylish and modern adults-only hotel in Ibiza. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully designed, with a contemporary feel that sets the perfect tone for a relaxing yet fun holiday. One of the real highlights was the bar, where every night offered a different themed event—from live music to DJs and creative cocktail nights, there was always something new to enjoy. The only downsides were that our room didn’t have a TV remote and the housekeeping could have been a bit more thorough—but neither of these things took away from our overall experience. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a vibrant, adult-only escape in Ibiza
