My stay at NYX Hotel Ibiza has been absolutely breathtaking so far, and I’m already looking forward to the next four nights here. I can highly recommend booking a room with a balcony and sea view – it is absolutely worth it. The view over the sea is stunning, and being able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the balcony makes the experience even more special. The hotel is beautifully designed, with stylish pastel colors and a great attention to detail throughout. Everything feels modern, elegant, and very well maintained. The cleanliness is outstanding, and the overall atmosphere is both relaxing and inspiring. The staff have been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. The food is excellent, with a great selection and high quality across the board. The location is perfect. Taxis are available directly in front of the hotel (~1.40€ / km), and all the shops and essentials you might need are just a two-minute walk away. There is also a boat rental service only about 200 meters from the hotel, making it easy to explore the beautiful coastline. Overall, I’m having a fantastic experience here. NYX Hotel Ibiza offers style, comfort, great food, excellent service, and an unbeatable location. I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Ibiza and would happily stay here again. We had a fantastic week and the hotel was exactly what we had hoped. The staff were always polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble including a commentary bottle of fizz on our arrival for our special occasion. The hotel got the balance of relaxation and fun just right and gave us a good taste of the Ibiza experience and was in such a brilliant location.

This hotel was amazing! There was 8 of us for a friends birthday. The rooms were lovely and clean and so stylish. The balcony was big and even had an egg chair. Large shower room and nice comfortable beds! The pool area was so nice and the sun loungers were so comfortable. Food was amazing and the cocktails were so good! Especially the strawberry daiquiri. Would 100% come back to this hotel! Also get a great view of the sunset. Walking distance from O Beach and other pubs/clubs. Throughly enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is very good, and the location is highly recommended. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank the receptionist, Danya because during my holiday I had an allergy problem, and she did everything possible to help me. Her kindness, professionalism, and care made me feel very comfortable and supported. I truly appreciated the excellent service and warm atmosphere throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing holiday experience.

Good hotel in principle but with a poor service. Unfortunately our staying at the hotel was disappointing because of misleading room categories. Since we booked Deluxe sea front room, expecting direct view to the sea, we got the side room to harbor. Photos for category we applied were NOT the SAME as real life. For our complain hotel stuff couldn’t help and make us believe that all side room above 6 floor are deluxe. But, NOWHERE you have this information just from the words of stuff. As a stuff said, to get that room with front sea view you have to make a note to your booking. So, original option “Deluxe sea view” is a lottery to be lucky and not processed by status room we pre booked and paid. Unfortunately hotel stuff couldn’t help us to solve the problem, even to our request to late check out we got no help. Also, our bed category was one doble bed, which in world class means one big bed, or 2 come together under one big mattress. In reality we got 2 poor beds which were not fixed at all and moved every time you seat on it. For best regards of the hotel, really recommend to change this misunderstanding at booking.com and official web sites Hope to come back with improved services!
