We had an incredible stay at NYX Hotel Ibiza. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and had a nice view of the pool area. He bde were super comfortable and we had great sleeps. We had our meals included which was great. The buffet was wonderful - so many options to choose from and lots of vegetarian options. We enjoying lounging by the pool and being able to order food and drinks. The hotel was in walking distance to everything you need but also felt quiet and away from all the noise which was nice (best of both worlds.) The hotel bar was great and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace some nights but we didn’t enjoy the DJ/music so much.

An adults only hotel experience so no families unfortunately. We had a sea view room overlooking the South Side of the bay. If you are not all inclusive, it will cost €20 each for an evening meal buffet which is great value as there will be a vast range different foods. Look at my other reviews to see where I've been!

Excellent position for the beach restaurants and promenades. Easy to navigate around the hotel but lacking in entertainment. Room excellent and very clean and comfortable apart from the noisy neighbours. Early breakfast rubbish had to ask the receptionist to turn on coffee machine and provide some bread even though we had informed them the night before about early check out as requested

Overall a pleasant experience, me a my girlfriend stayed here for 5 days and everything was good from start to finish. Staff were polite, it has all of the facilities that you need. Snacks are pretty much available 24/7 and no massive queue's for drinks or food. The location is great, with everything in San Antonio only a short walk away. Sea view room is worth the upgrade. Overall very happy and will return

This is by far the worst hotel experience we ever had. The hotel has a good location and rooms; all positives end here. Most of the reception staff is entirely useless and effortless. They need to figure out how to make people feel welcome. On day 1, I heard one blond girl with a tattoo making nasty comments about guests to her colleague right in front of me like I was not there. When I pointed that out to the manager on the last day of our stay and some other issues, I expected a more positive attitude on the way out, but nothing like this. I can bring many examples of how unqualified the staff is, but I can only say that I wouldn't stay in this hotel even if I won a free stay there. The cherry cake was on the way out when we booked the taxi to the airport they told us that the waiting time is 60min for a car and they couldn't do anything to get us a driver. They have yet to mention this in advance. As I set, THEY DON'T CARE. Before booking, I was concerned about their customer service as most of the bad reviews are related to this, but the hotel's Google rating is still decent mainly because the clients are youngsters who only want free beer, which may be fine for them. If you want to get pissed at Ibiza and smash yourself, this hotel may do, but avoid anything more than that. Here I want to thank the very few employees looking after us. The lady at the lobby bar made good cocktails, and thanks to the macho at the pool bar.
