The hotel experience was disappointing. I had planned a proposal and reached out in August, but after 20+ emails, the guest services team never helped with the arrangements. I then had to make other plans. While the free lunch was a nice gesture, the overall experience, including the food and beach, just didn’t feel worth the price. You’re much better off going to a smaller more boutique option, it’s genuine and a fraction of the cost.

This hotel is a perfect combination of local and luxary. The rooms are big, the restaurant is amazing and location is perfect. The staff is very very friendly and they help you with everything. My girlfriend got sick and they offered us ginger tea every day, that really helped. Thank you so much! Asanta sana!

Not very clean; and looks outdated. The rooms are wooden, so during our stay, the floor and furniture was moist the whole time. We intended to stay longer but checked out after one night. Overall would not recommend and this should not be considered a marriot hotel.

The resort is absolutely beautiful. The staff friendly and hospitable. The beach views are simply gorgeous. We opted for the breakfast-only option and don’t regret it. There are plenty of restaurants just minutes away from the hotel. We enjoyed the cocktails at the swimming pool bar. The music bands, concerts, and DJ were really good. There are also pool, darts, and plenty of books available in the bar above the restaurant, perfect for socializing or relaxing. This small resort is wonderfully designed, with everything close and easy to reach. We were there to relax, and we certainly did. We will be back soon!

I stayed at this hotel recently in September with my mom, we had the best time, we didn’t do the all inclusive so that we could try out other places but the food we had we loved, the people were friendly and the pool is amazing, the beach has a lot of seaweed but you can walk down to a main beach and it’s about 10 minutes away. I hurt my back while there and the ladies were very kind and helpful checked in on me every few hours and even arranged someone to go get some medication for me at the pharmacy and bring it back, I found that super nice and made the fact that I hurt myself less awful! Thanks so much to your hotel and team! I will definitely be back! Also side note: the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on
