Worth all the time spent. We were on family vacation and really enjoyed all the restaurants and bars! Right size hotel - not too crazy big nor too small size. Good quality entertainment daily evening too to relax. What we loved was that the entire hotel was clean and kept clean on daily basis by the staff. Only thing is never found anyone at the “wine concierge” to try tequila tasting. Otherwise, the overall experience was good.

Had a wonderful stay at Dreams Sapphire. Had been there 6 years ago when it was Now sapphire. Was pleased to see that one of the activity team members from then was now the head. The activity team is great ~ led by Fave and includes Martha, Richie, Axel, Regina and Manuel. There were activities all day long. Enjoyed the food at all the restaurants and servers were great. They have a beautiful beach for walking.

As a group of 6 our family had a great time and enjoyed staying at Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa. It is a short ride from the Cancun Airport. When you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff in a beautiful lobby. We arrived early and our room was not ready but we took that time to hang out by the pool. Dinner the first night was a struggle because there was long waits to get into any restaurant, but after experiencing that I suggest you sit with Concierge and make reservations for the rest of your trip. All the restaurants had great food and friendly service, our favorite was the Hibachi. If you do not have a reservation I suggest getting to the restaurant around 6 pm (18:00) and you should have no problems.
The rooms were a little dated but still very clean and great as a place to sleep. We were there on vacation so did not plan on spending much time in the room. There are activities all throughout the day and the staff is very friendly and keep you entertained.
Overall I would rate this give this a 4.5 out of 5 rating. Looking forward to visiting more Dreams and Secrets Resorts.

Just came back last night from our week stay at this resort and I'm already looking forward to booking our return trip. Resort is absolutely perfect for our family. Everything is super clean, comfortable, and all amenities are in close proximity. This is the first all inclusive that we have not gotten bored with the food. Every meal was delicious and flavorful. I actually preferred the buffet over the restaurants and next time will not even bother with them. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating at every request instantaneously and with no language barrier. Pool and Beaches were beautiful. Can not wait to come back, but this time staying for 10 days instead of 7 that's how much we enjoyed it and never got bored with the food, which usually isn't our experience with other resort (usually over it after 5 days). Honestly I am shocked at others negative reviews because I too am picky and I think we found our go to family resort.

Friendly staff, they really make you feel like home and pampered.. One of the best staff I have seen working in hotel industry.. Entertainment group staff is incredibly professional and very entertaining. They make you feel comfortable, earlier or later you will sure join them and let lose yourself... Archie who works in buffet section is a incredible worker. I will highly recommend this resort for family vacation.
