Our second visit, equally as amazing. Telling fact would be that y wife doesn’t like going to the same resort twice. Well, she returned to Dreams! Last year we tried Splash after Natura the years before. We came back to splash. It’s the right size. The staff are all amazing, the food is excellent, it’s clean, they repair issues. I cannot say enough. I was literally looking at booking another week next year as we were sitting at our last breakfast. It’s that good. For comparison sake, we’ve done Finest Playa Mujeres, Dreams Los Cabos, Hyatt Ziva Los Cabo’s, and obviously Royalton Splash. So that should give you an idea of the level we like. We booked the presidential suite, and it was incredible. Private pool with service just like the beach or main pools. Tons of room, ocean front, area to sit in the grass. Just top top top notch. Kids were SO happy here (again) as well. The kids club is excellent, they do a great job of keeping the kids entertained. Staff mentions: Fernando our butler did everything we could ever ask, Javier kept us topped up at our pool with drinks and food, Roberto in Bordeaux (which embarrassingly in a total of 3 weeks was our first visit on our second last day, it’s a GREAT restaurant.) And Alexander at Blue Water Cafe. Each and everyone of them went over and above for us. And obviously the kids club staff, they all made our kids feel like part of the family and we knew they were in great hands with them. Thanks again Dreams Natura, we’ll be back again!!

We recently stayed at Dreams Natura in Cancun and had a fantastic overall experience. The rooms were bright, spacious, and offered amazing views, which really set the tone for a relaxing getaway. Waking up to the ocean each morning was a highlight. If you’re considering the Preferred Club upgrade, I’d absolutely recommend it. The enhanced breakfast at Bluewater Grill alone makes it worth it — much calmer atmosphere and a noticeable step up in quality and service. A special shoutout to Javier, who was an absolute all-star. He went above and beyond helping our large group secure seats together at the pools. Service like that elevates the entire experience. Another major bonus: the resort is very close to Cancun International Airport, which makes arrival and departure incredibly easy — especially when traveling with family. Dining My favorite restaurant was the Italian — excellent food and consistently great service. That said, we didn’t have a bad meal at any of the à la carte restaurants. The buffet was decent, but compared to some of the other properties we’ve visited over the past 15 years, it didn’t quite stand out. Advice for Future Guests Bring everything you think you might need. The prices at the resort shops are outrageous — kids’ toys, Yeti cups, hygiene products, and basic essentials are all marked up significantly. Planning ahead will save you a lot of money. Overall, Dreams Natura delivers beautiful rooms, strong service, and solid dining, especially if you opt for Preferred Club. With a little preparation, it’s a great Cancun getaway.

The resort itself is nice and in a great location. The grounds are attractive and overall cleanliness was okay, though the rooms felt a bit worn and grungy for the price point. The food was disappointing overall and didn’t meet expectations. Drinks were just meh—for the cost of the package, it would be nice to have a real piña colada made fresh rather than a pre-made mix poured from a jug. Unfortunately, my husband ended up with food poisoning, which really put a damper on our stay. There are, however, some truly wonderful staff members. Daniel and Fernando were great and stood out for their friendliness and service. The pool fills up very quickly, so getting a chair can be challenging unless you go early. We also wouldn’t recommend upgrading to the Preferred Club, as there were very few noticeable differences or added value. Overall, the resort has potential, but the food, drink quality, room condition, and overall value didn’t justify the price for us.

We had a better than expected stay at Natura in Feb 2026. Overall the food and service were better than we expected. We stayed in a Preferred swim out, the room was fabulous - clean, well appointed and well stocked. AC could have been a little stronger. Had excellent service poolside (Hector, Javier, Alejandro) but wish the preferred club pool was actually adults only as advertised. Had excellent dinners at Portofino (waitor Josue is the best!!) and Himitsu (excellent service from Alejandro). Food could be a bit improved in terms of more spiciness, better actual mexican foods (El patio was disappointing, tried to be too fancy?). Would not eat again at Oceana or bordeaux. Drinks did vary in quality, but were better at preferred spots and when asking for specific drinks. Gilberto in preferred club lounge was the best! Good room service breakfasts - fast, on time and good quality!

I would definitely recommend this resort and be happy to come back again. The service is exceptional. The food is as good or better than most resorts I’ve tried (do not have North American expectations). The bar had a really good variety of drink options (including espresso martinis and aperol spritz’s). The resort is smaller than the ones we usually visit but the layout is perfect and we felt very safe letting our kids (10,13,15) explore. I personally love the interior design of all of the spaces. Pool towels are in ‘help yourself’ boxes everywhere , I love that. The entertainment staff and shows were great. The spa was the best resort/hotel spa I have ever experienced. It is a cenote design with all the hydro therapy options. My only complaint is the loud party music every night. We had to crank our white noise. And room service was just ok but I kind of expected that. There are lots of weddings here too, 4 so far in 6 days. I can see how this would be an amazing choice for a wedding. The service and attention to detail are excellent. Oh and the beach has the least amount of seaweed compared to neighbouring resorts. They are really on top of it.
