Love this resort and will definitely be back. It has a really nice spreadout layout and doesn't feel too small but is easy to get around. The food is above average for an all-inclusive. Bonus points for the adult only preferred Club pool make this location great for all ages and large groups. They have entertainment every night and usually some sort of live music in the lobby or outdoors if you don't want to sit inside the theater for the main show. The staff is kind and attentive, always smiling and willing to help you out. Grounds are kept immaculate and our room was clean.

This resort has a lot of great amenities, including excellent food options. Our FAVORITE part of the entire experience was getting Francesco (lobby bar) to make our margaritas. The best in the resort, and probably the best we’ve ever had - anywhere. He will always take care of you. The rooms were ok, with room service a bit spotty on extras (a lot of work to get more pillows, coffee, etc.). The food is excellent. Go to the buffet and order chicken tacos or tortillas, or go to the teppanyaki bar. Omelet station is awesome for breakfast. Every restaurant we tried was very good, with food we definitely would go back for at each. Deanna at Mercure (French restaurant) was Fabulous, and took amazing care of our needs as hostess - always with a smile. The pools are always well taken care of, and the beach is fun to walk. There are a lot of stones and shells in portions of the beach, but otherwise it is fantastic. The view of the gulf is amazing. Overall, we loved our visit!

The highlight of our stay was Cin Cin Restaurant and the amazing chef. The food was outstanding—full of flavor, beautifully prepared, and truly the best in the entire resort. The manager even brought the chef to our table so we could thank him personally for his excellent and delicious cooking. Customer service throughout the resort was warm and pleasant. All the employees greeted us with a smile, and the waiters were friendly, helpful, and made us feel like we were among friends. The areas that need improvement are the rooms, which were not cleaned properly, and the beach, which needs more care and regular cleaning. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the incredible staff and the unforgettable dining experience at Cin Cin

5/5 Stars: World-Class Service and Exceptional Recovery - The Best All-Inclusive Experience! We recently completed a family anniversary trip to Dreams Jade and left with the highest possible praise for the staff and management. This is, without a doubt, the best all-inclusive experience we have ever had in terms of food, accommodations, and service. While we had a small service discrepancy upon arrival, the way the team handled the situation was nothing short of world-class, proving what true hospitality looks like. The Chief Concierge, Roberto, and his team immediately stepped in to ensure the remainder of our stay was flawless and truly memorable. We were upgraded to the Preferred Club, which included a beautiful suite with a stunning pool and beach view, access to the exclusive Preferred Lounge with premium liquor, and the dedicated adult-only pool area. The attention to detail was incredible, from the complimentary bottle of champagne in our room to the spectacular dining arrangements. The food quality here surpassed any other all-inclusive we have visited. To accommodate our large group of 10 on Thanksgiving, Roberto and his team arranged a special, highly-sought-after Teppanyaki dinner for our whole family, which was a highlight of the trip. On our final night, the dining staff brought out a beautiful, special anniversary dessert just for us, demonstrating their commitment to making our celebration perfect, even days after the initial hiccup. We cannot thank Roberto and the entire Dreams Jade team enough for their proactive service, professionalism, and dedication to their guests. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for premium food, beautiful accommodations, and truly personalized care. We look forward to returning soon!

The specialized restraunts have some very delicious food. Especially in the Japanese restraint. The servers aim to please every place you go. The grounds are beautiful. There's a lot of rocks in the water nearest the beach which was disappointing. They have a 24 hour coffee and sandwich shop with tasty items. There's a swim.up bar and plenty of pool space. They do great weddings there, I saw. I didn't find any English channels and the remote was not easy to maneuver on the TV apps. All in all a wonderful all inclusive resort. There very few children at this resort which I enjoyed. The ones that were bthere were very tame.
