I really like this hotel, I have been there several times and I will definitely go there again. Super good location, close to bars, cafes and discos for those who want action. At the same time, those who want peace can have a great rest in this hotel. The environment in the hotel is really beautiful, the rooms have been recently renovated, and the beach is the best in Naama Bay. The main restaurant has also been recently renovated, it has a lot of tables, so even when hotel is fully booked, there is no stress that there will be many people and it will be uncomfortable to eat. I would especially like to thank the chef Shaymaa from the a la carte restaurant, the dishes she prepared were of the highest level. Jack from the animation team is also very funny and friendly. Thank you to all the staff for the excellent and polite service. I can confidently recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great place to stay - Palm Wing not beachfront. Palm Wing was quieter and more peaceful with less people. Can easily get to the restaurant and beachfront by crossing the road with assistance. Nice hotel at a good price. Spacious room with all amenities needed. Only strange thing was that the toilet was in a separate room to the main bathroom and there was no sink in the room with the toilet so had to use the toilet then go to bathroom to wash hands.

The location of this resort is amazing! It felt as though we were staying in Greece. It's a 10 minute walk from Naama Bay, which is very convenient. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of pools, even a heated one! The resorted private beach is clean. The buffet is good. They have different dinner cuisines for each day of the week. The resort js very popular among Russians so the entertainment is mainly in Russian. The rooms are spacious and in good condition. The only reason I gave the rooms 4 stars is because our rooms shower had a really bad damp smell coming from it, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed. Other than that, I really enjoyed our stay here.

I visited this hotel for the third time, because in my opinion it is the best hotel in naama bay. It was a very pleasant surprise that not only all the rooms were renovated (bright, clean rooms, comfortable mattresses, a lot of TV channels), but also a brand new pool bar. The food is delicious, the selection is really big, the restaurant is also renovated and looks very modern. The staff is neat and helpful. Guest relation Vlada and Roma take great care of the hotel's guests and immediately answer all questions. The beach is very large, there are many sunbeds, there is enough space for everyone. The seashore is convenient for swimming and snorkeling. Very good location of the hotel: near the central street, where you can go shopping and have a great time in cafes and night clubs. Everyone of the staff were super friendly however I'd like to specially thank, M. AbdelAty in the reception. Fairouz in the restaurant and Chef M. Ashour. They were exceptionally supportive and helpful. They made extra effort to attend to every request we had. Hotel was spotless clean and a lot of varaities in each meal. Conveniently located in Nemaa beach close to market and amenities. Long sandy beach with corals and beautiful colourful fish everywhere. Nice entertainment shows for kids and adults every night.
