Thanks Novotel for the best service! I was very glad to stay here! My vacation were very nice! Thank to animation and staff! I’ll come back here again! Valeria and Daria are very cool animators! I was really happy to meet these nice girls. They made my vacation enjoyable and unforgettable!

The staff is nice and polite, although they could use a bit more language knowledge. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The place is mesmerizing at night and the event (karaoke for example) are fun. The beach itself is also amazing, clean, the water is clear as glass and the corals are beautiful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all necessary amenities. The hotel's location was ideal, providing easy access to major attractions. Overall, Novotel provided outstanding service, comfort, and convenience, making for an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Amazing resort & hotel Friendly and amazing staff, great food and drinks. Rooms, restaurants and all areas were always clean, staff were always kind The hotel is truly stunning and the views of the resort and beach were breathtaking. We were initially worried about going after seeing some bad reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean. It was amazing to be able to get a sunbed at anytime of the day and even move around to different spots at the pool. The life guards are always there making sure everything is Alright. Definitely will be back again.
