I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Novotel Sharm El Sheikh. This is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and taken care of. The staff is exceptional - always smiling, kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The waiters, bartenders, reception team, housekeeping - everyone went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. You can really feel that they care about their guests. The food was absolutely delicious - fresh and beautifully presented every single day. There was always something amazing to choose from, and everything tasted fantastic. The service throughout the hotel is outstanding. The team pays attention to every detail and makes you feel special. We felt spoiled in the best possible way! 1 am already sure that I will come back again. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh!

I stayed in the Palm Wing, which required crossing the road to reach the beach. This was not very convenient; however, the Beach Wing was fully booked at the time of my stay. The highlight of this hotel is without a doubt the staff and their service. The room was cleaned very thoroughly every day, and all staff members were consistently kind, helpful, and welcoming. Everyone was always smiling and checking to make sure we were comfortable, which truly made a difference in our experience. Unfortunately, the food was below average for my taste, though I do have high standards when it comes to food. While the hotel offered daily activities, the New Year’s Eve gala was disappointing. Although the dinner that night was actually very good (one of the best meals during the stay), the stage area was not well designed and did not have the capacity for the number of guests. The tables were poorly organized, which took away from the overall experience. Snack options were also very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed at. On a positive note, the location is excellent — right in the heart of Naama Bay, within walking distance of shops and attractions. One thing I truly appreciated was the hotel’s flexibility and hospitality upon arrival. Due to a change in our schedule, we arrived in the middle of the night a day before our official check-in. The staff welcomed us warmly, quickly arranged a temporary room, and did not charge us for the extra night. This was greatly appreciated and shows their commitment to guest comfort. Overall, the staff are amazing and deserve special thanks. I hope that once the renovation is complete, the hotel will focus more on improving the kitchen, food quality, and variety, as this would significantly enhance the overall experience.

We stayed at Novotel Sharm El Sheikh, which we booked through Booking.com, and it was an amazing experience. We had a great time during our stay and really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the resort. There were plenty of entertainment options within the hotel, making it easy to relax, unwind, and have fun without needing to go far. The resort was lively but still perfect for relaxation. Housekeeping was good, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. The location is excellent, right in Naama Bay, with easy access to bazaars, clubs, restaurants, and popular food chains, which made exploring the area very convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend Novotel Sharm El Sheikh for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing holiday.

We stayed for three nights with my friend. Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff made the best room decoration. The service and all the staff were very professional! The location is great, close to Naama Bay street. The activities we booked through the hotel were amazing! We had the best service as well! Special thanks to Ahmet with his driver for driving us everywhere as well Ossama from Guest Relations. We definitely come again!
