Wonderful Stay at Novotel Beach, Sharm El Sheikh! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to sincerely thank the entire Novotel Beach team for a truly amazing holiday! Despite the hotel being fully booked, the staff provided outstanding service: helped with early check-in and arranged a late check-out for my mother — everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with care. Comfortable rooms, delicious food, and well-kept grounds. Any minor issues (electricity, water) were solved right away. The meals were fresh, varied, and always tasty. And the beach with coral reef and fish — simply magical! This hotel fully meets the expectations. Only positive impressions and warm memories. Very nice hotel, good staff and really good animation team with a very good Entertainment team. The food is good and the hotel very clean. We recommend it everyone. Single, Couples and families everyone is welcome here. The animators giving all theirs best to do very good activities and very good shows. The good is excellent and changing daily.

There was slight issue with the AC not being cold at 26C but it was fixed immediately. Esraa and Alaa are very pleasant. We requested a late check out but another colleague was not aware. Overall wonderful experience from the banqueting team to concierge to maintenace and housekeeping. The food selection at Coral was really good. 5 stars! Good location too. Highly recommended. Look for Alaa and Esraa. They need to make more of them. Great hospitality and customer service.

Everything is perfect here: the staff, the events, the food, the beach, the sea. I really enjoy my trip here BUT there is ONE thing that is not good. Last they when we checked out, we were told that we were not allowed to enter the restaurant for dinner. And if we want we should pay extra money. This is not my first trip to Egypt and it is the first time that I have limited access to the hotel in last day. If you have policy that is not the same as another hotels let your customers know about it. Money doesn’t matter here, Just that is not a good attitude towards the customer. It is not good to have fully enjoyable rest then leave the hotel with disappointment. With this you make me feel uncomfortable, never come back again or recommend anyone to come here. You have really perfect service, don’t fail it only for making little amount of money One more time thank you for hospitality. Best Regards Your Customer

Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Always happy. The resort is clean and kept beautiful. The food in all the restaurants is excellent I met Eman she is beautiful and friendly always willing to help us out. The night life is fun at the bar area. Entertainment every night. The cocktails are delicious! We had a great time. Would definitely come again.
