Nice hotel, lovely staff, great welcome from Lou, good choice at breakfast and good location Housekeeping a bit hit and miss,not done till 5.30 on one occasion. Good for children, only observation would be that no supervision in pool area, did see a young baby taken into pool naked several times, not good. Great guys on the gate, helped us across busy road with a whistle and flag, very much appreciated. Boo in the night blooming lobby bar gave excellent service. Cannot understand why pool bar and blooming lobby bar offered 2 for 1 on drinks but the Square restaurant did not, was going to have a slap up meal there but decided not to after seeing this, no wonder it was always empty.
All in all would recommend.

Good resort at a good location. Hospitality at its best. Lou welcomed us and was helpful throughout our stay until we checked out. The staff at the reception also came and helped pick up baggage. The pool is massive. Biggest in a resort I have seen. Breakfast spread was good. Staff at restaurant also quite good. We liked the lounge area for some respite from Phuket’s heat and chill for a bit before heading to room. 500-600m walk to walking street and beach. Hell a lot of restaurants, massage places around. There was a mini mart inside the resort itself which was convenient. Kids play room was good. Definitely recommend this resort. Would stay again.

We stayed as a family of 4 for 6 nights. Great hotel. Lovely big clean rooms. Accommodating and helpful, friendly staff. Incredible breakfasts and dining options. Pool area excellent and clean. Only downside was not very many sunbeds! Overall, a superb place to stay, you won't be disappointed!

Lovely hotel, kind staff who are attentive enough to show they care but give you space. My daughters didn't want to leave the hotel much they enjoyed the breakfasts, pool & mocktails at the pool bar. They were just a bit too old for the kids club but did enjoy batik painting. Room was quiet & clean. Hotel location was excellent for beaches & mall. Spa was gorgeous.

The rooms and location are excellent. Restaurants, massage, convenience stores, and rental motorbikes are all within walking distance. The beach is a 3-5 minute walk away. Especially recommended for families. The pool is the biggest in Phuket. The breakfast is also delicious. This is a highly recommended hotel.
