From start to finish. We were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who were always ready to help and made sure we felt right at home.
The hotel’s pool area was one of the highlights. The large pool with a pool bar was perfect for relaxation, while the children’s pool and daily activities were a big hit with the kids. The staff organized fun exercise sessions, and the foam cannon brought plenty of smiles and laughter to the children.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the area and access local attractions.

A wonderful stay with excellent service, fun activities, and a relaxed atmosphere. We highly recommend Novotel and look forward to returning!

I recently stayed at the Novotel Vintage Park Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional, and the food was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and worked hard to ensure that all guests had a splendid experience. The manager is truely a kind and wonderful man to encounter. The architecture of the hotel is truly impressive, and my kids had a great time enjoying the pool. If you're looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend the Novotel Vintage Park Hotel.

Our stay at Novotel Vintage Phuket was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, making us feel right at home.
The hotel’s child care services from 8 AM to 5 PM were a lifesaver, especially since it's fairly well-equipped, allowing us to enjoy some much-needed relaxation. The swimming area was super clean and safe, which is so important when you have little ones. The poolside bar and adjacent restaurant were perfect for keeping stress at bay, especially with the variety of options on the kids' menu. It made mealtime so easy, with plenty of choices that our kids actually enjoyed!
Everything about our stay was perfect—my wife, our 4-year-old, and our twins (2 years old) all loved it here. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a wide range of delicious options to start the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot and will definitely be returning!

What a beautiful resort to stay at. Super friendly staff who are always accommodating. Clean spacious rooms. The pool is huge which the kids enjoyed every day. Loved the buffet breakfast which had a variety of specialities from continental, Indian, Middle Eastern, and of course Thai! Kids club on site and various activities running throughout the day. Literally a 5 minute walk down to Patong beach. Will definitely like to stay here again.

We've had a pleasant stay. The 'kids stay free' option is definitely a huge bonus. Great kids' entertainment is available near the pool. The hotel's location is convenient. However, there are some disadvantages:
• The air-conditioning system is VERY LOUD. It feels like you're on an airplane. During the day, it's less noticeable, but at night, we struggled to rest because of it.
• The huge swimming pool is a plus, but there are limited sunbeams near the kids' swimming pool area, and no slides. The hotel would definitely benefit from installing a couple of slides there
