I had a massage with Alisa, a very delicious massage. I had my moment of relaxation, it helped me improve some muscle pain. I definitely recommend her 100%. Very careful and everything very clean. thanks So much Alissa The hotel is child-friendly and very considerate of babies. Our flight leaves very late at night and they allowed us to check out at 6pm. The rooms are comfortable and quite clean. The employees are very helpful and willing to help. My 6-year-old son left the kids club very happy.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in! From the staff, to the rooms, to the entertainment for children, no stone is left unturned! Exceptional in all areas. Amazing facilities, so well kept. The hotel is pristine. The staff are so warm and welcoming, they cannot do enough for you. The children were kept occupied with a cinema, water slide and games arcade- they loved it! There is so much happening in this hotel, entertainment and events every evening. The only downside is checking out ......but we will be back for sure!

From the moment we arrived at The Holiday Inn, the staff were amazing! They have been so welcoming and kind, helping with any of our needs, whether it be organizing tours (Peach), or recommending places to go (front of staff). Noel (manager) genuinely cares about his guests, and makes an effort to meet and greet with everyone. Special thanks to Chef, who served an amazing breakfast for our family each day and housekeeping who made our room look so clean each day! With the beautiful pool and slides and cocktails, our family was very happy! Thanks to all for a wonderful stay. 🙌🏻

We had an excellent experience at this Holiday Inn. We have 3 little children and this resort truly is so family friendly. Many staff dedicated to the kids club, many fun and free daily activities. Wee and Champion were my kid's favorites. Even a kids movie theater with bean bags! The staff were all exceptionally warm, and Ms. Kob did an excellent job serving us in the resto every day. Not a fancy/upscale feeling, where kids are often not welcome. Truly felt like good value for the price. We were also given a number of free updates, and honestly we were just so impressed by the exceptional service. Surin Beach is just a five minute walk. Also so close to the beach, Elephant Jungle Sanctuary and the beautiful Bang Tao Beach. Thank you Holiday Inn Surin Beach for the wonderful vacation!!

This resort needs an overwhelming amount of work . The rooms are very old, the grounds need a lot of work. The water slides are fun but dangerous ( also needs work ). They’ve got all the activities but are significantly understaffed . The kids club is tiny and doesn’t cater to boys 6 and up. Breakfast is not good either . Coffee is terrible too. We were meant to spend a week there but we had to cut it down to 2 nights and then moved to another IHG hotel with spectacular services .
