Has a wonderful week staying at the Kamala enjoying the stunning location of the hotel. Our room was overlooking the beach with stunning views across the bay. The room itself was well designed spotlessly clean with as generous amount of space and amenities. We loved the pool area and beach access if the pool area was full. The dining experience was faultless and a provided a wide variety of options. Most importantly of all it was the amazing staff who made the stay . They embody the true meaning of hospitality, always friendly, helpful and professional. In way of constructive criticism I would say the Resort deserves a simple makeover to freshen things up.

A great location, beach and sea. However, the service is incredibly poor. In the pool area, you can not find anyone to order anything, you need to look for somebody to order. The personnel are not interested in the customers. We said there was a bad smell in the pool bar. He answered "I know". Nobody comes to clean the sunbed area, collect food trays or bottles. Even the Thai food quality was quite low in the restaurant. But the breakfast is more than adequate in terms of variety.

I wanted to say that on behalf of my family we really enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach. Everyone from hotel's staff, housekeeping, receptionists, waiters, maintenance, to managers treated us with such warmth and care, made us feel so welcome and safe during our first time in Thailand. The breakfast always gets renewed and never runs out, in 10 days we didn't get tired of it. The dinners are delicious and various. We got lucky to experience the soul of Thailand through these wonderful people and promise to come back for more memories!!

Paradise with potential: Stunning beach and friendly staff, but hotel needs an upgrade. While the beach and the view were truly breathtaking, the hotel itself felt a little tired and in need of refurbishment. However, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making up for some of the shortcomings. The infinity pool offered fantastic ocean views, but unfortunately, some guests weren't considerate of others, reserving sun loungers all day without using them. Overall, the experience was positive, but with some improvements, this hotel could truly live up to its stunning location and become an exceptional place to stay.

I had a pleasant stay at this property and the best thing about it is the proximity to the beach just a few hundred meters from the pool area. Breakfast selection is good with live cooking station for eggs and a mix of Thai and Western option. I would like to thank the staff for upgrading my room to the ocean villa which has a spectacular view of Kamala beach.
