We recently had the pleasure of organizing a very special evening at Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach, and I can genuinely say that the entire experience exceeded our expectations in every possible way. From the very beginning, the planning and coordination were handled with exceptional care and professionalism. Ms. Nicharee supported us throughout the whole process with incredible patience, attention to detail, and warmth. Every request was handled thoughtfully, and she made what could have been a stressful planning process feel completely smooth and reassuring. On the day of the event, everything came together perfectly. The beachfront setup was elegant, intimate, and beautifully arranged — exactly as we had envisioned. The atmosphere felt private and romantic, with every small detail carefully prepared. A special thank you to Ms. Mariza and Mr. Yip, who were both wonderfully attentive and discreet throughout the evening. Their service struck the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine kindness, making us feel comfortable and cared for without ever interrupting the moment. The culinary experience was also fantastic. Chef JJ delivered a delicious seafood dinner and a lovely chef demonstration that added a personal and memorable touch to the evening. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and truly enjoyable. This evening meant a lot to us personally, and the entire team treated it with the same importance and care. That level of hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you again to Ms. Nicharee, Ms. Mariza, Mr. Yip, Chef JJ, and the whole Novotel team for creating such a seamless and unforgettable experience. Horrible hotel service, not accommodating. made us change rooms multiple times in our 5 days stay, while i was pregnant. Told them we are here for babymoon and still made us pack/ unpack our things several times in the hopes of giving a better room. But the 'Better room" was worse, the AC wasnt working and view was completely blocked by the palm trees- dont go for the higher floors. Had told the staff to help us with our luggage and no one came until we had to call again. The cleaning lady was not nice- very grumpy and felt like she hated her job. The staff in general were cold, and NOT accommodating and inexperienced. They don't know how to handle customers or special situations. The only helpful and nice staff was the restaurant manager, Top. He was very accomodating, helped us with breakfast requirements and even took our photos to help us. He went out of his way to make our stay good. He was the only reason we gave a better rating for the hotel otherwise the other staff, food etc. was bad. The other good thing about the hotel is the convenience of beach location- its right outside the hotel which was nice. Walk ahead and maybe u can get a nicer meal at Intercontinental hotel next door/ local shops instead. the beach is peaceful and nice to relax on. The pool area was so small and always reserved by people with their belongings- even though you can't do that. We could never get a nice seat by the pool because of this and the staff didnt do anything to help with it. The beachside pool food was overpriced, not fresh and didnt taste good. dont waste your money on this. Bring your own food/ order from outside if u must. The entrance of the hotel/ and lobby isnt very attractive. though its not a big problem, we were expecting more for the amount of money we spent. If you are spending a good amount of money on a hotel- dont come for this one. NOT WORTH IT.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach, and it’s the people here who truly make this place special. A huge thank you to Khun Top the F&B Manager for his warm hospitality and attention to detail — the food, service, and overall dining experience were consistently excellent. Every meal felt relaxed yet professional, which is not easy to achieve. Special mention must go to Khun Sat, who runs the kids club — he was incredible with our children. He even took the kids for Muay Thai classes, which they absolutely loved and are still talking about. It’s rare to find a kids program that’s this engaging, active, and genuinely memorable. We also want to sincerely thank Khun Yu, the General Manager, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the happy staff and smooth operation of the hotel. You can feel the positive culture throughout the property. Khun Chula, the Executive Assistant Manager, was equally impressive — professional, attentive, and always present to ensure guests are well looked after. This hotel strikes the perfect balance between a relaxing beachfront escape and a truly family-friendly resort. The service, the team, and the atmosphere exceeded our expectations in every way. We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach to families and anyone looking for genuine Thai hospitality at its best. 🙏🌴

t’s about a 45-minute drive from the airport, so if you’re arriving around noon, wear your swimsuit under your clothes—you’ll want to jump right in. The location is spot on, and booking a beachfront, western-facing room is worth it. The sunset views are absolutely perfect. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well laid out, offering the best of both worlds: pool or beach swimming, plus a fun swim-up bar and a relaxed happy hour with great drinks. It’s very family-friendly, with kids’ areas and spacious family rooms, while still feeling polished and calm. The staff truly elevate the experience. Mr. Too, the restaurant manager, is an outstanding host. Big shout-out as well to Sulma in the dining room and Rio at the front desk—professional, warm, and genuinely helpful. The rest of the team was excellent as well. Relaxed, scenic, and well run—this is a place you’ll be happy to come back to.

My wife and I just spent a week here and it was absolutely amazing. The room, service, food, all of it was incredible. Top is the restaurant managers name, he was the best, always happy and always willing to help. The location was perfect, quite at nights but very lively during the day. After spending a week in Phuket, when we come back with our kids, this is where we will stay. Thank you all for a wonderful time.
