Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach

We only stayed here for one night, but we think this was the best accommodation of our Phuket trip. We chose the Jacuzzi Villa and enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi while taking in the beautiful sea view on the beach—it was such a chill vibe. The room is also spacious, so there’s no need to worry about space. At first, we were concerned about privacy. However, the hotel arranged a highly private room for us that still had a great view. We really appreciate their thoughtful service. The Jacuzzi Villa is very close to Kamala Beach, making it easy to access. We also spent time relaxing in the pavilion by the beach and enjoyed the stunning sea view. Everything was wonderful. The hotel also offers high-quality food with great taste at reasonable prices. We usually don’t have lunch and dinner consecutively at a hotel, but this time we did—the pork chop was especially delicious. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, as there weren’t many options available. However, this didn’t affect my overall impression. I will definitely visit this hotel again!

We stayed just one night here on our last night of our holiday, and it was perfect. The location is stunning - right on the beautiful Kamala Beach. It's right at the end, so it almost feels like a private stretch of beach. The hotel has sun loungers looking out to sea - I could have stayed there for weeks. We stayed in a sea view suite, which had two balconies (although only one with furniture). The bathroom was fab, and the bed really comfy. Breakfast was the best I had in Thailand - and they gave me a discount as I'm vegan so had limited (but still excellent) choice, which was so nice. Everyone working there was really friendly and helpful. A perfect end to our holiday.

Rooms and beds are like a United States budget hotel. But the location can be beat. Directly on the beach with awesome views. Fruit and coconut trees all around. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful massage parlor steps away from the entrance to the hotel. Close distance to Great shopping and food. Would highly recommend staying here. The only drawback is that there are multiple levels to this hotel and uneven floors in the rooms and on the way to the rooms in the hallways.

I stayed at Novotel Kamala Beach recently, and I had a really great time. Right from the moment I walked in, I felt welcome thanks to the amazing service. A big thank you to Jerey at the front desk who was super prompt and helpful—he really made my check-in smooth and set a positive tone for my entire stay. I also enjoyed my meals thanks to Tod from the F&B team. His warm hospitality made every dining experience feel special and personal. All in all, the friendly staff made me feel right at home, and I can’t wait to return. If you’re in the area, definitely check this place out!

Stayed here for 9 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality. Staff is amazingly polite and helpful, specially Surya and Nut along with team at the roof top bar. Overall, the hotel was a great choice for us. One less star for the food. A la carte is pretty average and small portions. Breakfast buffet is nice but if staying for a night or two. There was next to no change in the buffet menu throughout our stay. I will be coming back in September!
