We want to say Thank you to all the staff: at reception desk, the restaurant and bar staff, waiters and waitresses, the room maids all of whom expressed genuine attentiveness, friendliness, courtesy, always asking if we had a good day and always helpful. Plus a special thank you to chef Adam Reez who prepared a special meal for us on our last night which was delicious! And he took the time to ensure we were totally happy with our dining experience, couldn’t have asked for more. Also special thank you to waitress Pla and waiter Aon who never failed to make sure we were happy with our dinner and drinks choices and went out of their way to ensure we were totally comfortable, so attentive, helpful and genuinely friendly, can’t thank you enough. Also a special thank you to head chef Nazeem who always had a smile and friendly word at breakfast time, not to mention his perfect omelettes! Overall we had a wonderful experience at Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort and Spa, thank you and we’ll be recommending you to any of our friends and family visiting Phuket Island in the future. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Phuket and can recommend it. The hotel features beautiful green areas and lovely pools. The pools were great overall, and especially the children’s pool was perfect for families. Having a bar directly at the pool was a big plus and made relaxing even easier. For families, there is also an indoor playground, which we really appreciated. It can be used free of charge for one hour per day and is a great option, especially on very hot days or when kids need a break from the sun. The restaurant and breakfast offered a very good and varied selection of food. There was something for everyone, and we especially enjoyed the live cooking stations where crêpes, soups, and egg dishes were freshly prepared. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the service. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The check-in service deserves special mention – the team went above and beyond to fulfill every request and made us feel genuinely cared for from the very first moment. A special thank you goes to Tina, who truly made our stay perfect with her outstanding service and warm attitude. We stayed in a suite, and the room was absolutely fantastic. It was very spacious and beautifully designed. The freestanding bathtub with a sea view was a real highlight. The three balconies offered stunning views of the city, the beach, the sea, and the pool. We especially loved enjoying both the sunrise and sunset from the balconies – an unforgettable experience. The hotel also offered a great and quick escape from the otherwise very busy and stressful Phuket. It is located on a hill, so walking back from the city or the beach always came with a small workout. If you prefer not to walk, the hotel provides a free shuttle service in both directions, running regularly throughout the day. We were informed that the standard double rooms are planned to be renovated soon, which shows the hotel’s commitment to continuously improving the guest experience. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, family-friendly facilities, and beautiful views.

Our family stayed at "Novotel Phuket Kata Avista" for 8 days in total. The original plan was to stay 3 nights only in this hotel, and then move to another one if we weren't satisfied, eventually we chose to stay for our entire trip : 1. Warm Welcome : When we checked in, hotel staff were very warm and efficient, especially Meli at reception, besides introducing all facilities and amenities in this hotel, she led us to our room in person, and carefully explained how we should handle AC for the first time in Phuket, because of humidity and mosquitos/insects etc. 2. The Room: Room decor and hardware are actually standard, nothing amazing, however, Meli upgraded us to a Garden view Deluxe room, spacious & cozy, what's more, we were really impressed by the view we can see from the balcony : music, breeze, greenery in the garden, mountains in the distance, and a pool view too etc. :-) 3. Peaceful Retreat : Every day we came back from an exhausting tour (The heat in Phuket is really scorching), sitting on the balcony and soaking in the peaceful views, wiped away all our exhaustion. That is why and how we ended up staying longer in this hotel. 4. Exceptional Service: Last but not least, we were leaving on Feb.9th early morning around 8:00am, I was expecting to order a GRAB very easily and quickly, but surprisingly, NO car was available at that time in KATA! We were starting to panic about our flight, Nadear from the reception again helped us out by talking to a driver near the hotel entrance, we paid a little higher of course, but it indeed saved our day! :-) Congratulations to Grace, the Reception manager, you have an excellent team! :-)

Wonderful Family Stay with Exceptional Service🥰 We had a truly wonderful stay at Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort & Spa. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, comfortable, and very family-friendly. What impressed us most was the warm and thoughtful service from the team. They kindly upgraded the rooms for our parents, which made their experience extra special. The staff also prepared a beautiful birthday decoration made with hand-arranged bamboo leaves — such a unique and heartfelt touch that really moved us. Thank you to the whole team for making our family trip memorable. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Phuket!

We had a wonderful stay here! The service was excellent, specifically the Restaurant Manager Kier who was so engaging and attentive that we decided to book the Christmas evening dinner buffet just because of him. The lady at reception Bow was also lovely and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Great setup for families-there are two kids' clubs (one offers 1 hour complimentary per day) and our kids were very happy there. The hotel is very clean and room service was impressively fast. Highly recommended! Aey was very helpful - thanks a lot!
