Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service from the staff was outstanding. We had a very welcoming check in. All our concerns and issues were resolved with kindness. We had some issues with moisture in the room but it was resolved with a dehumidifier. The hotel is very kid friendly and it was a fun stay for our 4 year old. The location is good aside from the steep hill but the shuttle service makes up for it. The pools are nice. The fitness room is limited. Breakfast is fine.

Had an opportunity to stay here twice. One booking for family and another for adult. Both times were nice. The family room has a setup for a kid friendly environment; even the bathroom has toys. The adult side is just a roomy and accommodating. My second stay the elevator was not working and we had to walk 4 flights. Breakfast is a wonderful variety of Options with fresh juices and service. Pay for the buffet it’s worth it. Although parking is slim the hotel ensured us a park every evening. Location and proximity to events entertainment is spot on. Certainly a place for accommodations and courtesy. Your room is cleaned everyday !

Wow! Beautiful property and a wonderful location. The hotel has everything you need and the beach access is perfect. Had a wonderful experience with the staff here - they really made our stay special. I have to give a special shoutout to Mia and Soe at the front desk. They were so polite and went the extra mile to ensure we checked in properly after our long flight. They took care of everything and made us feel welcome right away. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. Great pools, good food, and just an overall amazing vibe.

Room is great; kid friendly. Breakfast is amazing. Service is excellent. All staffs are great! We got check-in with Nadear, she’s a nice and helpful staff. Luggages were promptly brought to the room after check-in. Location is close to the beach, but the hill is very steep. However, the hotel has shuttle van to go down and pick up from the beach every 30 minutes all day long for your convenience.

We had a fantastic stay at Novotel Kata Avista Resort and Spa and can’t recommend it enough, especially for families with young children. From the moment we arrived, the staff (May and Marry) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff even offered the kids a small welcome gift, which made them feel extra special. The rooms were spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for families. The kids tent, sofa bed with kids theme bed setup was excellent. My kids loved it. One of the highlights was the kids’ activities and play area. There were daily programs with games, crafts, and even movie nights. Overall, Novotel Kata Avista Resort made traveling with kids a joy. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and family-friendly atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!!
