Had a fantastic stay at the Novotel hotel to celebrate me and my boyfriend's Anniversary during our stay in Phuket. The rooms were big and spacious, and conveniently located by the Kata Beach, food and Kata Night Market which we visited multiple times throughout our stay. We stayed here in early November, and unfortunately it was still raining season so we couldn't do much activities outside, but the hotel had quite a few activities in-house for you to sign up for like cooking classes, spa massage for couples or yourself, yoga, boxing class, or water sport activities. They also had a frequent shuttle bus that takes you to the beach and back. I would recommend taking the bus or take a cab through grab or bolt for easier commute as the hotel is on top of a hill, so it was quite a workout going up and down. Breakfast buffet had many options and they really gave us lots of coupons to use during our stay to utilize the amenities there. We decided to do the cooking class as it was pouring rain out, so it really helped pass the afternoon time and had the pleasure of doing the cooking class with Naveen Bhardwaj, who was super funny and helpful. Me and my boyfriend each got to choose 2 dishes each to make and Naveen had led us through the entire class and we got to enjoy the amazing food at the end. They really pay attention to detail and start you off with the decoration part of prepping food, which made our food look presentable after we plated the food. We chose to make Pad Thai Goong, Somtam - Papaya Salad, Gaeng Kiew Wan Gai - Green curry chicken which paired really well with the Khao Pad Gai (Fried Rice With Chicken). He mentioned that he would work on another menu for the cooking class since I mentioned my fav Thai dish wasn't on there which was Pad See Ew/Pad Kew Mao with a side of Thai Iced Tea! Don't miss your chance to book with him during your stay because he really put in the time and effort with us to make the thai culture food!

Stayed here for 3days and it was an amazing experience here. Stayed with a kid and it had all the activities to keep kids busy. Their kid’s swimming pool is good with descent slide and couple of other playing items. Along with the pool they have a small but pretty playing area, sand pit, VR area and a movie zone for kids. Food is really delicious, ate there couple of times and it was pretty good. Rooms are spacious and well lit. Staff is as courteous as always. Very close to Kata beach and so many shops, restaurant nearby. They also have a free shuttle till beach every 30 minutes. Definitely visiting with family and friends again.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon, and we had an amazing time. The resort itself looks gorgeous, the food was delicious and the staff just made it even better. Our room was light and airy, and the housekeeping team really did a great job every day. It was so nice to be able to come back to our room every day and to see that the staff here really were taking pride in the job they're doing. Every single staff member that we came across at all was friendly, polite and helpful. Thankyou especially to Lai, Cartoon, Guitar, Cherry, Gun and Russ, who all helped make our dining experience so much better, both at the Zing bar and in the dining room, with the way that they clearly remembered us, and conversations we'd had with them. 100% would choose to come here again on another holiday, and definitely would be keen to recommend this place to others. As a family of 4, We stayed for 10 nights in the family room. We had the most amazing time, and loved the resort. The staff and facilities were great although the bed was too hard for my liking. The rooms were cleaned daily, bottled water replaced and towels were exchanged daily as well. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was awesome and delicious with generous servings. The hotel is on a steep hill, but they do provide a van that takes you down to Kata Beach which is only a few minute drive. The van comes every 30 min and we would happily take it back to the hotel. The resort is only minutes away from everything you need and I would definitely be back to this resort.

My husband and I stayed at the Novotel Hotel for 8 days, and it was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The hotel itself is wonderful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and polite.The chefs in the kitchen were amazing especially Naveen, who always greeted us with a warm smile and made the best omelettes every morning. He was so kind and attentive, always making sure we were happy with our meals. Another wonderful staff member was Apple. On our first day, we were really tired and hungry after arriving, and Apple approached us so kindly. She invited us to sit down, offered us drinks, and recommended some of the best dishes to try. We truly enjoyed that meal, and her service made us feel very welcome. On 8/10/25, we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary, and when I mentioned it to Naveen, he went into the kitchen and surprised us with a beautifully decorated cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our day even more special. The reception manager and all the reception staff were excellent as well, always polite and helpful. The porters were great, and the housekeeping staff did an outstanding job—our room was always spotless and smelled fresh every time we returned. I would highly recommend Novotel Hotel to all my family and friends for their future holidays in Phuket. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our stay so memorable!
