We had a wonderful stay here! The service was excellent, specifically the Restaurant Manager Kier who was so engaging and attentive that we decided to book the Christmas evening dinner buffet just because of him. The lady at reception Bow was also lovely and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Great setup for families-there are two kids' clubs (one offers 1 hour complimentary per day) and our kids were very happy there. The hotel is very clean and room service was impressively fast. Highly recommended! Aey was very helpful - thanks a lot!

We spent 4 nights at Novotel Phuket Kata and had a great family experience. The resort offers plenty of activities and facilities for kids, and the beach is just a short walk away with shuttle service available. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating with all our requests. The real star, however, was the restaurant. The chef and team prepared outstanding customized vegetarian meals, and their Indian food was exceptional - some of the best we've had outside India. Some rooms are outdated, though we learned renovations are planned soon. Despite this, the combination of family-friendly amenities, beautiful beach location, and incredible food made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for families. The kid friendly amenities, exceptional service and culinary experience more than compensate for the aging rooms.

I stayed 5 nights at the Novotel Phuket Kata hotel, and had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was always friendly, helpful and available. The location is good, just up the hill from Kata beach and walking distance from city center. Thanks to its location the hotel is fairly quiet and I had no issues sleeping at night. The food was quite disappointing, we only ate breakfast there and the quality was very poor. A lot of options to choose from but very processed and low quality ingredients. The rooms are large and offer a lot of living space. They include all the necessary amenities one might need, but the decoration is outdated in my opinion and it is very obvious that they haven't been renovated in a long time. Bathroom, furnitures, walls are all quite worn out and don't give a premium feeling, rather the opposite. I'm surprised that this hotel is rated 5 stars as to me it feels more like a 3 stars compared to other hotel I have visited. I would not recommend booking a room at full price, but if you can find a good discount online somewhere between 100-150 €/$ per night you might want to give it a shot.

When me and my wife got to this place, we could not believe how believe it looked. The service there was impeccable and the staff were truly amazing! Suzan at the front desk was so welcoming and actually cared for our stay there. Genuine and helpful. Tina also gave us a lot of great information and was a sweetheart. The food is incredible and the views was absolutely breathtaking 😍 🙌🏾. Highly recommend 👌🏾

Fantastic experience! Hospitality, professionalism, cleanliness, politeness, and friendliness are the hallmarks of this hotel! We were greeted at reception by the lovely Suzan, who gave us an impeccable description of all the hotel's services and accompanied us to our room, explaining everything in detail. I must say that during our 10-day stay, we only met friendly people who spoke good English and were always helpful! I would also like to thank Gun! (Bartender at the pool bar) for the excellent cocktails, his beautiful smile, and his friendliness! My first trip to Thailand was fantastic thanks to you! Thank you, NOVOTEL, thank you, Thailand!
