Well-located with a pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful and attentive, including the gentleman at the front door who kindly helped me carry my luggage up (like immediately cause it was heavy) when I was about to enter the hotel, and the security guard who assisted me in bringing it down the stairs after I checked out. The housekeeping staff were also quick to respond!

I’ve stayed at Novotel KL a few times already, and it never disappoints. This trip was even better — I requested connecting rooms and got them, booked the most basic room and got upgraded to the premier floor (pretty sure it’s one of the higher ones). They even left a welcome letter saying “welcome back” — small gesture, but really appreciated. The check-in area has just been renovated — it looks more modern and comfortable now. Not sure if more updates are coming, but so far, it’s already looking great. The hotel’s location is super convenient. It’s just a short walk to Pavilion Mall, with plenty of halal food options at the food court. KL Park isn’t far either — perfect for a stroll or letting the kids play at the free water park. Comfortable stay, friendly staff, and a top location. Definitely recommended for a family trip to KL.

Had a great stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The location is a major highlight — just a short walk to Pavilion shopping mall and connected via a covered pedestrian bridge that makes it easy to get to KLCC. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering good value for the price. Staff were polite and helpful, though service was more on the standard side. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of KL — perfect for both shopping and sightseeing.

KL Centre is a long way from KLIA, so it is a good start when there is not a long wait to check in and get to your room. That sets the mood for the rest of your stay. On the 24th floor give a good view of the city, but not a great view as it's just another city to wake up in. The proximity to the Pavilion make it perfect for eating, meeting and shopping without getting out to much into the KL heat if you don't want to. The Premier lounge was a great place for breakfast and also for a pre dinner drink, snack, or catch up. Though it would be good if it was open little later for that after dinner coffee. All in all, a good hotel, friendly and helpful staff. would recommend.

This hotel was a joy to stay in. The staff are excellent at what they do and provide a 5 star service with a friendly smile. They are the best thing about the hotel. I have stayed in other hotels in KL and this one is up there on the good list. Check in/out was easy and painless and we were given a lovely high room. The facilities are excellent and rooms are spacious for the area. I especially liked the water filter. I also like the way the room entrance are offset so you're looking directly at another room on the opposite side of the corridor. It helps with keeping noise levels low too. We didn't eat here because the hotel is located so near to local food outlets, but we did have afternoon mocktails there which were excellent, again with excellent service. It was a shame that we couldn't have afternoon tea there as it requires a 3 day notice reservation! There was building work going on which we were informed about so it didn't come as a surprise but it made the reception area and bar area a little too noisy to relax during the day. However, I'm not marking it down because we were well informed ahead of time and we chose to continue to stay. I look forward to seeing the new reception area when I return. I haven't added many photos because those online are already a good representation. This is the first hotel I will look at when returning to KL in the future. Highly recommended.
