We had a great stay at the Novotel. The staff are always attentive and I must praise Anu and Rashel (in concierge, apologies if I spelt his name wrong) for always helping and being so kind to my children. They treated me like family like I could ask for anything. The staff deserve to be treated with more respect by people staying there. The room was spacious and always cleaned meticulously. Breakfast in the lounge was always consistent. We will definitely see you soon!

I’ve stayed at Novotel KL a few times already, and it never disappoints. This trip was even better — I requested connecting rooms and got them, booked the most basic room and got upgraded to the premier floor (pretty sure it’s one of the higher ones). They even left a welcome letter saying “welcome back” — small gesture, but really appreciated. The check-in area has just been renovated — it looks more modern and comfortable now. Not sure if more updates are coming, but so far, it’s already looking great. The hotel’s location is super convenient. It’s just a short walk to Pavilion Mall, with plenty of halal food options at the food court. KL Park isn’t far either — perfect for a stroll or letting the kids play at the free water park. Comfortable stay, friendly staff, and a top location. Definitely recommended for a family trip to KL.

I recently stayed at Novotel Kuala Lumpur and wanted to share my experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to key attractions and public transportation, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The staff, especially the bell boy, were very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even carrying our luggage all the way up to the reception. Their hospitality was truly appreciated. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast buffet selection felt quite limited, and I was hoping for more variety to start the day. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was extremely loud, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. This was a significant downside to an otherwise pleasant stay. Overall, the hotel has great potential with its prime location and friendly staff, but improvements in the breakfast options and room amenities (like quieter air conditioning) would make the experience much better.

Had a great stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Pavilion and the heart of Bukit Bintang, which made exploring the city super convenient. The room felt fresh and new, with a powerful hot shower that was perfect after a long day out. Breakfast was a highlight—especially the nasi lemak! The spread was generous and had a good mix of local and international options. There’s room for improvement though. The parking experience could be better, and the drop-off area is quite tight—upgrading it would really help with traffic flow. The lobby could also benefit from a more calming scent to make arrivals more pleasant. Lastly, the lifts could be made more welcoming to better match the overall vibe of the hotel. Overall, a solid choice for a city stay, with some touches that could make it even better.

Good stay! Easy to go a malls and train station. Staff are very attentive and welcoming. Room size was good, amenities in the shower came in a complete set, nice! However, mattress was abit hard and pillows too soft. Breakfast buffet can be improved (the sayur lodeh was salty, nasi lemak sambal was spicy but not sweet , pancakes stuck to each other and hard if at the bottom of the pan. No pancake syrup only honey. Overall, a good stay and definitely will book again if we are coming to KL.
