Nice hotel, a bit small on room size but comfy and everything works well. Always my preference when on business trip to KL. Breakfast might not with best selections but I rarely take them anyway. Staying with them again last week and realized they are upgrading the gym, nice one, hoping more equipments are coming. Club floor lounge which is at the lobby level, provides nice peaceful space, much needed after a long day at work and they had free flow cocktails and draught beer also for those staying at the club floor room. Maybe not so much family/kids friendly but proximity to Pavilion mall should help.

I received excellent service according to my benefits as Accor platinum member. I was assisted since before my arrival. The location is very strategic, walking distance to most iconic destinations as well for foods and convenient stores. I think the room has been renovated since my last stay years ago. The only one issue was the quality of the breakfast foods, it would be better to improve the temperature of the foods. This is my 3rd time staying in Novotel KL city center and I look forward to stay here again in the future.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and it is within walking distance to the Petronas Towers through the convenient walk-through tunnels. There are also great shopping malls, restaurants, and bars nearby. The service at the hotel is satisfactory, but it could be improved. Club members receive exceptional service. The rooms are a bit dated and could use some refurbishment. The spa at the hotel is excellent, and the staff is accommodating and professional.

Clean and comfy. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Before arrival, I sent an email to ask a connecting room, and the staff reply it in short time. We didn't get a connecting room, but it was side by side room. The location is perfect. In the heart of KL. It is easy to go to Suria (hotel's left side) and Pavilion on the right side. It was worth the price and the staff were nice. 👍

Reached before 3pm, room not ready. had to go back to recent at 320pm to find out room is ready but missing 1 bath towel, had to ask receptionist if can go ahead with check in. Towel came after 730pm. Parking > narrow ramps and slopes going to and exiting from carpark. Good Location > 3mins walk to Pavilion, 7-11 opposite. Towels were stained. Security and receptionist not aware of Sunday 7am-9am Road closures and areas affected.
