One of the best hotel I have ever stayed. Everything close to perfect even in minor details (shower, pillows, cleanliness, employees, restaurant, lounges, location). Near the pedestrian bridge which should be number one priority while booking a hotel (check photo to see the hotels accessing the bridge) to explore the city center via air conditioned bridges whatever the season is. Thanks to Novotel and all Malaysian people in the city. Appreciate your culture and hospitality.

I stayed at Novotel Kuala Lumpur for our company meeting trip at KL. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance to the convention hall, which was very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and truly worth every penny. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming, with one staff member, John (if I recall correctly) being particularly helpful. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely choose to stay here again for future trips to Kuala Lumpur.

My first reaction when I saw the rooms was 'WOW' (Clean & Tidy rooms especially the bathroom). The Check In was smooth and fast. Great spread of Breakfast! Our kids really enjoyed it. We had an incredible stay at the Novotel Kuala Lumpur! As a family of six, we initially found our room not suitable, but the staff went above and beyond, relocating us twice to ensure we had the perfect setup with rooms close together and comfortable beds for everyone. The staff welcomed our kids with gifts, and their attention to detail was impeccable. At the buffet breakfast, my partner and I loved the Malaysian tea, and on the second morning, they had a cup waiting for us. The team has been friendly, accommodating, and truly five-star. The location is right in the centre so plenty of things to do for the kids and most is undercover so we can adventure out without getting wet. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely return!

Fantastic hotel close to all the attractions and shopping centres. We stayed in a premier room and it was very nice and extremely comfortable. They offered a welcome drink as we are gold members and free breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. If we come back we will definitely be stopping here again.
