We enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is well kept, clean and right by the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The room we stayed were comfortable and clean as well. We especially want to mention the front office team who were friendly, helpful and made our checkin and checkout smooth and easy. Everytime we had question or needed help, they were quick to assist and always welcoming. Its not our first stay in Bali but their hospitality made a big difference to our stay this time. Will definitely coming back!

This is our second time staying at this hotel and we highly recommend it. It has been 3 years since our last stay (which was great) and it is obvious the hotel has invested in more training for its staff. Food and service was almost always high quality and our room (2 bedroom beachfront) was amazing. The team were so friendly and helpful and did everything to make our stay friendly and comfortable. The one time we had a minor problem in the room from the weather it was sorted immediately without any fuss. This is a great family resort, but also would suit a couple looking to just relax. We also purchased the in room spa treatment and the massages were absolutely top quality. Also plenty of nearby activities, shops and local Warungs to explore. We will be back.

My stay at Novotel Bali Benoa started on a slightly rocky note, but what truly defines great hospitality is how a team responds—and this is where Novotel Bali Benoa absolutely shines. Once I had the opportunity to meet Juliana (General Manager) and Devi (Operations Director), the experience completely transformed. Their warmth, professionalism, genuine care, and willingness to listen made a world of difference. From that point onwards, everything felt seamless, welcoming, and truly reflective of Balinese hospitality. A very special thank you as well to Ahmad (Resident Manager) and the entire Novotel team for going above and beyond to celebrate my daughter’s birthday during breakfast. The thoughtful gesture, attention to detail, and genuine smiles made it a moment my family will always cherish. Seeing my daughter so happy was the highlight of our stay. Thank you to the entire Novotel Bali Benoa team for turning things around and making our stay memorable. Leadership truly sets the tone, and Juliana, Devi, and Ahmad exemplify what exceptional hospitality looks like. We leave with fond memories and would happily return. Highly recommended for families looking for a resort that truly cares about its guests. P.S. The reason for the 4-star rating is that there is still room for improvement in the Kids Club activities, which could be made more engaging and varied for children.

We stayed in the family suite and the room is spacious and beautifully decorated. We can spend a whole day just relaxing in the room. The pools are nice and of a good size for our swimmers to do their sets. They have also kindly let us have a late check out until 5pm as our flights were not until 10:30pm. We also love the location as there are plenty of water sports options.

We stayed there for 13 days for our first holiday with our little baby, and it was an amazing experience. The staff are absolutely incredible. I was very worried about travelling with a 6-month-old, but they made everything so easy for us ... from baby meals to having everything sterilised perfectly every day. Our room, located right in front of the kids’ pool, was fantastic, with a lovely terrace overlooking the pool.
