My stay at Novotel Bali Benoa started on a slightly rocky note, but what truly defines great hospitality is how a team responds—and this is where Novotel Bali Benoa absolutely shines. Once I had the opportunity to meet Juliana (General Manager) and Devi (Operations Director), the experience completely transformed. Their warmth, professionalism, genuine care, and willingness to listen made a world of difference. From that point onwards, everything felt seamless, welcoming, and truly reflective of Balinese hospitality. A very special thank you as well to Ahmad (Resident Manager) and the entire Novotel team for going above and beyond to celebrate my daughter’s birthday during breakfast. The thoughtful gesture, attention to detail, and genuine smiles made it a moment my family will always cherish. Seeing my daughter so happy was the highlight of our stay. Thank you to the entire Novotel Bali Benoa team for turning things around and making our stay memorable. Leadership truly sets the tone, and Juliana, Devi, and Ahmad exemplify what exceptional hospitality looks like. We leave with fond memories and would happily return. Highly recommended for families looking for a resort that truly cares about its guests. P.S. The reason for the 4-star rating is that there is still room for improvement in the Kids Club activities, which could be made more engaging and varied for children.

Our stay at Novotel was amazing! Beautiful massage!! Masta and Narni are lovely. They gave me and my cousin the most relaxing massage and made sure we felt comfortable every step since is was our first massage. We both feel so relaxed and happy with our experience! Thank you. We were very satisfied with our rooms and how clean they were kept with Rio coming in every morning to make our beds and give us fresh bottles of water and empty our bins. The only disappointment was our balcony door lock was broken so we couldn’t go out but it was probably too hot during the day anyway. The staff at Novotel are very friendly and kind and we loved being acknowledged with an hello or a smile everyday by the staff. The pools were kept very clean and they offer many places for food and drink throughout the day at affordable prices. Grateful for our beautiful stay at Novotel. We will be back!

Very helpful reception staff both times we stayed with the resort. Good service and useful information given to us during our stays. We like swimming poi just relaxing specially in the mornings before breakfast the breakfast in very good and satisfying with variety of food items. It’s beautiful to watch sunset from the edge of pathway in the evenings The resort service was highly commendable we like to visit the resort again during our next visit.

Very nice hotel with great pools, friendly and helpful staff. Supermarket, pharmacy, couple of restaurants and money exchange within 5 min walk. Room was clean, bed was comfy, we were greeted with complementary photoshoot and 30min massage in the hotel spa, which in itself is also very nice. Good quality hotel restaurant located almost at the beach. Overall great experience.

After 2 weeks I can finally share my feedback and all my feelings about this trip😍 1) location - 30mins from airport, there is nice market right near by. Very comfortable transportation wise, 20 mins to Kuta, 30/40mins to Ubud. Please pay additional money for new bridge if you want make it faster. Other wise will spend more than 1 hour in traffic 2) atmosphere - hotel is just stunning 🤩 it’s exactly the same how it was on the pictures. U really feel Bali mood 🥰. Almost every night there were evening programs available. Even if you located on 2nd line - 2 mins you will spend to the restaurant/pool/beach 3) Novotel team- HUGE THANK YOU TO PARVATY at the front desk. She was so kind and very helpful and very professional ❤️ spa team are so kind. HK very fast and professional! 4) food- we had b&b and it was perfect. Breakfast in the hotel was amazing. Good variety of items, all what u need for breakfast is there. We visited Cocos restaurant for dinner once - food was delicious, service is very attentive. Visited Cocos bar for drinks during the day, prices friendly, team is funny, cocktails delicious 😋 5) Overall- it was one of the best trips I ever had with my family, I really enjoyed the hospitality and atmosphere of the place. Definitely recommend going there ❤️
