3.5-4 stars. Stayed 9 nights at a beachfront access room (2 adults). Pros: Great location to do day trips. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, loved the Balinese coffee. Room was clean, spacious, especially the bathroom. Pool area fantastic, Plenty of chairs, pool was really close to the beach so a very scenic swim. The Wednesday night local food buffet was fantastic. Super easy to get more room water and toilet paper. Cons: mostly the sound of the loud frogs at night! Room was close to the front where there’s a water feature, not sure if that was why the frog noise was so loud, it was really hard to sleep some nights, so would recommend a strategic room choice if travelling with kids or sensitive to noise at night. Menu at the restaurant is pretty good but with the added service charge and tax to the items, it’s not cheap to dine there. We had vouchers for dinner so that helped. There were little bugs in the room occasionally (like mini flies) which we couldn’t seem to get rid of. Overall, I would recommend this hotel but wouldn’t come back. Great service and friendly people so will look back on the trip fondly.

Big thanks to Novotel Bali Benoa! I just want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to the amazing staff at Novotel Bali Benoa. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were always willing to help with anything I needed, and they always did it with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the location is perfect. But it was the staff that truly made my stay unforgettable. They are a true credit to the Novotel brand. If you are looking for a hotel in Bali that offers exceptional service and a truly memorable experience, I highly recommend Novotel Bali Benoa.

Staying 3D2N at Novotel Benoa in the Tropical Room is a very comfortable and indulgent family travel experience for us as domestic tourists. Direct access to the beach provides added value for the hotel. The friendliness of the staff, from check-in to check-out was extraordinary. The-greens-hotel environment was very beautiful and comfortable, we even had time to take family photos at several interesting points. Food service is also very satisfying. We enjoyed the beach while ordering some food and drinks. There are several comfortable swimming pool options available. There are also many choices of children's activities available. Our children took a children's activity package in the form of "Little Pirates Treasure Hunts”. They really enjoyed the activity, and really enjoyed the free pizza at the end of the activity. We highly recommend staying at this hotel. Hope to be able to visit this hotel again at the next opportunity.

Comfortable week long stay. The beachfront area was spectacular and we spent days lounging there soaking up the sun. The rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfeast buffet had lot of options but the quality was pretty average on all days. The food at the pool restaurant was also very average but thankfully there were other dining options within 1km of the hotel.

We stayed at the kids pool area with direct access to the pool. Room is a king double + a daybed but it’s quite small and not a lot of space for all our luggage. The service was fantastic. 10/10. Saturday BBQ dinner was not recommended for AUD$50. It’s a buffet (ads wasn’t clear) with limited hot food choices. The dessert selection was amazing for someone who like sweets. We went for the fire dance and it’s 8/10. Kids Club programs are 10/10. Breakfast 8/10 The main pool area is very nice and they proved free kayak for guests to use.
