We had an amazing stay in the Family Suite! The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for a family. Everything was very well maintained, and we felt welcome from the very first moment. The atmosphere in the hotel was relaxing and very family-friendly, allowing both us and the kids to fully enjoy our vacation. A special thanks to Edi, our tour guide to the village. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and shared a lot of interesting information. Thanks to him, the excursion became one of the highlights of our trip. We would also like to compliment Adhit at the reception. He was always helpful, welcoming, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. In addition, the ladies at the kids club deserve special recognition as well. They were kind, energetic, and absolutely wonderful with the children. Our kids were excited to go there every single day! We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort, excellent service, and a wonderful experience in Bali.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The atmosphere of the hotel is lovely, calm, and intimate — perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always helpful. The pools were great and very enjoyable. Everything was perfect. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic staff, we felt so welcome, everyone went out of their way to help us and were so so friendly. Beautiful pools, nice places around the hotel to eat as get massages. The area is away from the hustle and bustle of the cities and is Greta for families and people looking for. Amore relaxing holiday. Extremely good value for money. We loved it, it was our second time back and would come back again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Novotel Bali Benoa. The beach view is stunning, the room was comfortable, and the vibe of the hotel is super relaxing. The reservation process was easy and well-handled, so everything felt well-prepared even before I arrived. Big shoutout to the receptionist who made the first impression amazing! They were cheerful, welcoming, and very helpful, making the check-in fast and hassle-free. Their friendly attitude instantly made me feel at home. Overall, a lovely experience and definitely a place I’d love to come back to!

I had a beautiful 10-day stay at Novotel Bali Benoa and would absolutely recommend it. The hotel has a traditional Balinese feel but is still modern and comfortable. The layout is also brilliant as the hotel sits on both sides of the road — you’ve got a quieter side with a pool if you want to properly relax, and then the beachfront side with an immersive pool and plenty of beach loungers. There isn’t loads of hotel entertainment on-site, but the standout was the service. The staff genuinely went the distance and made me feel so welcome from day one. Reception greeted me every day (often by name), and the same was true for the wider team. A special thank you to Ayub, Susiana and Made — you were all fantastic and really helped make our stay. Location-wise, it’s ideal: away from the traffic and tourist hustle, but close enough to the airport and easy to get to Kuta and other areas. There are also beautiful restaurants along the strip and great-value massage places nearby. Overall, a wonderful stay and a great base for a more peaceful Bali break
