We spent two wonderful weeks at the Nova Resort in the Maldives and truly enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere on the island is incredibly relaxing and absolutely perfect for switching off and leaving everyday life behind. The resort is beautifully designed, very well maintained, and offers everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Our stay was perfect in every way. What truly elevated our experience to the next level was the exceptional bar team. With remarkable friendliness, motivation, and genuine passion for their work, they not only served fantastic drinks but also created a special atmosphere that left a lasting impression on us. We spent our honeymoon on Nova. It was an absolutely unique and unforgettable holiday in the Maldives. The island is pure paradise, the villa a dream, and the staff incredibly attentive and unfailingly friendly. There’s nothing left to be desired! If something isn’t offered, you just have to ask. We have just come back from our honeymoon at Nova and we have never had a holiday like it. From the food, to the staff, scenery and amenities we felt so relaxed and at peace constantly, no ask was ever too big and the staff went above and beyond to make every day incredible. I am vegan and had an abundance of food to eat at the buffet every day, and all the food is labelled with the allergens which always gives you extra peace of mind. We were always taken care of so well. All the activities were amazing, the spa was top tier and the manta quest exceeded all our expectations getting so close to these incredible creatures. The porters and room staff always made us smile and were chatty and attentive, leaving notes written in sand at our doorstep, The actual island itself is breathtaking and super small but made it feel even more intimate and special. The sea is so clear, you can see nurse sharks daily and are right on the reef for amazing snorkelling. We are already looking at booking our next trip, thank you Nova

We came here for 4 night. We had to get a seaplane from Male Airport to the the islands, took about 30 minutes. Everything was booked by the hotel cost around $500 round trip. From the begging till the end staff were so friendly. Room was fantastic. View was breathtaking. Verity of restaurants. The clean rooms twice a day. Very good place for relaxing.

I absolutely loved everything about Nova! This was our first trip to the Maldives, and the resort exceeded all expectations. Huge thanks to the amazing Nova staff. I highly recommend the all-inclusive package to fully enjoy the activities, dining, and drinks. Location & Transportation: Just a quick 25-minute seaplane ride. Super convenient! The resort kindly arranged an early morning seaplane and check-in since we stayed overnight in Male, and allowed a late check-out to fit our evening flight—likely thanks to the low wet season. Resort Vibe: Modern, well-kept, and full of energy but also peaceful—perfect balance. Though the island is small, it offers great privacy and plenty of activities to fill a week. Rooms: We stayed 2 nights in a water pool villa and 2 nights in a beach villa. The water pool villa was my favorite for its brightness and stunning ocean views. Both were spacious and spotless. Staff: Absolutely brilliant! No butlers, but everyone was super attentive and remembered our preferences. Shoutout to Uli, Jeleel at the restaurants, Vijay at the bar, and Aisam and Moosa at the water sports center who made our activities extra fun! 30-min Complimentary Photoshoot: Strongly recommended! Our photographer, Rush, was very professional and captured stunning pictures matching the vibe we asked for. We bought all the photos at a great price. Food & Drinks: The buffet at Soul Kitchen was tasty and varied, though more Asian dishes would be great for longer stays. FLAMES is a must for grilled delicacies and a romantic atmosphere. Loved the mocktails at Wink and Solis bars—Berry Colada and Mint Delight were favorites! Snorkelling: The water was crystal clear, and we spotted sharks, stingrays, and even a turtle! The Aqua excursions like whale shark snorkeling are great and priced better than other resorts. Overall, a perfect 10/10 experience. I’d love to return and definitely recommend Nova to others!
