The atmosphere was incredibly serene and romantic, creating the perfect setting for a special occasion. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and warm energy made our massage truly exceptional. Stayed here for nearly 2 weeks, and we loved every second. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The location is great and close to Chaweng and while they don't have a great beach the two Pools more than make up for it. Cannot recommend enough, wonderful people and hotel

Our experience here was amazing! We stayed here for a week and had a great time. The staff is super friendly and the service was quite good too! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with great views while enjoying your morning coffee. The pools are quite nice and we loved staying inside its warm waters while looking over the horizon. It was one of the most relaxing holidays we ever had! The only minor downside is the location as it is a bit far from everywhere else, but if you get your own transportation or use taxi apps like Grab you will be fine to go explore.

I am here at the moment and my feelings are mixed. For the price of 4500 baht/ night, you don't even get basic stuff like coffee in the room (can't count the cheap 3 in 1 sachets). At the breakfast included, same issue with the coffee. I asked for 1 coffee, I got one that tasted like tea, then asked for another one and they brought me 2 times the ice coffee with milk that someone refused, although I didn't want that and I am intolerant to milk. Also, staff at the reception was rude. I asked for another card (as we had only 1 for 2 persons) and the guy threatened in a loud voice that if I lose it, I would get a fee of x bahts. Spa is overpriced, gym is very small and old equipment, not at all like in the photos. It's also far from the centre, but ce came for gym & wellness that can't even use. It's ridiculous but the coffee situation I've never met before at any hotel. --- Later edit: the managers saw my review and apologized, and offered late check out and ride to the airport, to make it up for the previous episodes. It was not necessary for us, but I appreciated the effort, genuine or not. The resort looks great, so I keep my recommendations to better train the staff.
