Hi We stayed at this hotel for six nights. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very kind and gave us a brief introduction about the hotel. When we first received our room, the view was partially facing the water, and upon politely mentioning this, they immediately changed our room without any problem. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the city center once a day at 4 PM, which was very convenient. Breakfast was good and fresh with no unpleasant smell, and the swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. The hotel’s cars are available 24 hours a day to take you directly to your rooms, which made everything very comfortable. We also found that the tours offered by the hotel were more affordable compared to the ones in the city center. All the staff were polite, friendly, and professional. The only minor drawback is that there are no shops within a 2 km distance, so for anything you need, you would have to take a car or a motorbike. Overall, everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Hotel in Chawang but far from the center. To get to the center you need a car/taxi. The view from the hotel is amazing. The hotel is located on a mountain, so getting to the rooms, lobby or breakfast involves climbing stairs or up the mountain. There is an internal shuttle service within the hotel that helps with getting around. We were in a room with a private pool, which is wonderful. The hotel also has large infinity pools with a sea view. The hotel is next to the beach, but the beach is rocky, so it is difficult to enter the water. The rooms need maintenance, the light in our room flickered at night, which disturbed our sleep, and although they tried to tidy it up, it did not help. During our stay, the floor was only mopped without washing. Bed linen and towels changed every day. Nice buffet-style breakfast. Fast room service and good food from the restaurant. In conclusion, the hotel is definitely good and luxurious and met our needs.

Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall experience was positive. The breakfast was varied and tasty, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. That said, there are a couple of things to be aware of. The location is quite far from the main beaches, and the closest beach is full of stones, making it not really suitable for swimming. This makes the hotel less convenient if you’re planning a beach-focused holiday. Another point is the layout of the property — it’s spread out, so you often need to rely on the internal shuttle to get between the rooms, lobby, and breakfast area. While the shuttle runs regularly, it can feel a bit inconvenient compared to hotels with everything closer together. All in all, it’s a very nice hotel if you’re looking for comfort, quiet, and good service, but just keep in mind the distance from a swimmable beach and the need to use shuttles on the property.

We stayed four nights there and had the most wonderful time there! The room is incredible, the service from check in - check out awesome. Breakfast is amazing. The staff was really helpful. And the spa, i have zero complain! Let the stars speaks itself! :)

Excellent resort! Rooms are cleaned and large..and services are very nice. The personnel is very professional and friendly! “Sky” made sure that our return to the room was prompt and ready everyday! He is the man! The resort didn’t have a large sand beach however it is possible to reach chaweng beach (south side is the best) in 5 to 10’ by car. You can take with you towels that the resort provides you when going out. The resort has two very nice pools and you can enjoy a super quiet time there as well. It offers two very nice restaurants for some good and quiet evening under the moon light! The personnel is very well prepared and capable of providing you with all good information to plan any activity or tour you intend to do. Definitely a great place to spend your vacation!
