While the rooms (please avoid booking the lowest category) and the location are excellent, the service leaves much to be desired — with the exception of the lobby staff, luggage handling, and airport transfer, which were well-organized and professional. Unfortunately, the reception team was among the least responsive and customer-oriented I have experienced in many years of travel. In my case, I was simply requesting an updated invoice, yet it became an unnecessarily drawn-out process. To truly elevate the guest experience and position themselves as a genuinely good hotel, a change in front desk management and a stronger commitment to service excellence would be essential.

Loved loved loved this hotel. The location is close to everything. Was able to check in early. The room, king bed, was a bit small, but all we needed. Everything was extremely clean. We had one of the best burgers & fries. OUTSTANDING. The staff from start to finish were AMAZING. Price was reasonable for NYC. We will return.

Overall, the lobby and entrance areas were nice and clean, but the rooms need serious attention. Very obvious water damage throughout the entire bathroom, run down carpets and headboards. The shower was horrible, no pressure at all. Just felt very dingy and this isn’t the cheapest hotel so was a bit disappointed. The location was very nice however.

Located in the heart of Instagram Fabulous & Broadway shopping district in NYC. The prices are reasonable, considering. The staff is top notch, especially Jasmine at the desk, the maid service & the support staff. My girlfriend backed up the toilet & they took care of it nearly instantly! No problem. There is no refrigerator or microwave but there is a safe & shower with wand. Great bar/restaurant plus lounge in lobby. You are close to SoHo, Little Italy & Chinatown here, as well as some premium French restaurants & clothing boutiques. There are plenty of CitiBike kiosks nearby. I highly recommend checking it out!

Location and ambience of this hotel is perfect. However, we reached our room on the 24th floor and it was 80 degrees inside the room. The air was not working. Hotel staff came to reset the thermostat and claimed they were going to come in and out to keep checking the temp. To no avail, we come back to our room at night. 80 degrees inside again. Mind you it was an 80 degree day that specific day. It was unbearable. We approached the staff at the front desk when checking out and explained the issue. He offered us a free coffee (the coffee was already free). The service at this hotel was intolerable. If anything, the hotel staff should’ve offered us a credit or a free night stay.
