I stayed at NoMad Las Vegas this past weekend for two nights, and was completely blown away by the level of hospitality I received, I can honestly say it was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in years, and was a terrific welcome during my first-ever visit from Las Vegas. I want to express a special thank you to Ryan, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for. His warmth and attentiveness set the tone for my entire stay. I also want to shout out Mauricio, who was eager to help from the second I drove up after my long drive from LA, as well as the bellhop who assisted me during checkout (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) - they were all so incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. Almost every staff member I interacted with, from housekeeping to room service, was consistently lovely and warm. My only critique is regarding the pool area - after verifying that I was a guest at the hotel, the hostess at the entrance assured me I could sit at a few different lounge chairs without a reservation, and I chose one accordingly. I ordered and enjoyed a drink made by the very personable and funny female bartender whose name I didn't catch but who was an absolute riot to speak with, but unfortunately, after taking my seat at the aforementioned available lounge chair, after sitting without any trouble for about an hour, I was unexpectedly asked to leave the chair due to a “prior reservation,” without being offered an alternative or any solution. It was a pretty awkward and confusing experience as the guests with the reservation were standing nearby waiting, and the employee who asked me to leave just kind of awkwardly laughed instead of letting me know where else I could sit. Not a completely terrible experience, but definitely memorable and something I’d be cautious about in the future. That said, I would absolutely stay at NoMad again and am excited to stay at their other properties. If you’re looking for elegance, comfort, and standout service, this is it. Just be sure to book your pool chair in advance!

This hotel is truly a gem. Rooms have hardwood flooring and are super clean. Their staff were so helpful and accommodating. The location was great... walked out the front door and on the strip. Our room was a suite that had a king bed, soaking tub, and a parlor area to relax and enjoy cocktails, reading, or watching TV. With NoMad being a part of Park MGM, we rented lounge chairs ahead of our stay at the Park MGM pool. It was my birthday, and the pool manager upgraded my rental to a cabana!! So surprised and very appreciated. Understanding this is a rare opportunity, but we had to give them a shout-out about this because it does reflect how they are so caring and treat their guests! Thank you, NoMad and Park MGM, for a very special stay!

One of my favorite hotels in Las Vegas. It feels like you’ve stepped back in time, with the decor being classic Hollywood and antique, while still feeling new and contemporary. The lobby is quiet and easy to check into. The rooms are located at the top of the park mgm, but the elevators are separate, as is the entrance and restaurants. It’s definitely more relaxed and quiet than your average Vegas experience. But you’re steps away from the strip, and the park mgm’s casino, which is smoke free.

This hotel is a vibe! Conveniently located off Las Vegas Blvd and connected to Park MGM. Across T-Mobile Arena. Loved it. Vintage old Vegas vibe. Rooms are more like suites with showers and toilets separate from each other. The tub is actually in the sleeping area which i thought was cool. Complimentary waters given in shower area and on night stands. The view of city scape was gorgeous at night when sleeping. The lobby itself was so cool and actually hidden away from the Park MGM casino area. There were actually a few ways to get to our guest room elevators. If you're a Pearl MGM Rewards member, self parking is FREE! So happy I was able to stay in one of their suites. I highly recommend as it is a No Smoking property.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about NoMad Las Vegas, from the moment checking and each experience to checking it, everything was phenomenal. We noted before the check-in process, that it was our wedding anniversary. We dropped our bags off and explored Las Vegas for a while, upon our return there was a bottle of champagne, and a nice handwritten anniversary note. This is something that truly stood out to us and made our anniversary even more special. I applaud every employee that works here, the customer service is impeccable. One thing to note when staying here, if you want a quite hotel this is the place for you. The hotel is on a corner of the strip where you do not hear the Las Vegas strip noise as well, the doors do not slam shut, decreasing that jolting out of bed at 3 in the morning. Something that I have always noted staying at other hotels. I highly recommend staying at NoMad Las Vegas for your next vacation, you will not regret it.
