Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay

If you’ve been to Nobu location for dinner or to stay at a hotel, you know exactly what to expect. Food and drinks and service was good but if you are not staying at the hotel do not expect to be seated anywhere beside the drink bar or the sushi bar. The hostess tonight didn’t want to give us any seating beside these two places even though the entire entire indoor area remaining empty during the two house my friend and I sat for omakase and sake. I spoke with the manager and she said that they need to keep tables empty for hotel guests. Just a heads up for anyone wanting come eat here without being a guest.

Just had my first solo trip and so glad I picked this hotel- very happy and relaxed lady!! The hotel is just perfection, can not fault anything, the location is great and the food has something for everyone. The staff were super kind helpful and friendly and it was kinda refreshing to have this sort of service being done with a smile on their face. THANKYOU Ibiza Bay, I will definitely be back 🫶🏻 Oh and being someone who likes fresh and clean this hotel was definitely that, clean clean clean

My home away from home🫶🏽 THE NUMBER 1 hotel in Ibiza. The nicest staff you will find on the island, the best service, the cleanest, the warmest, the most professional, most cosy, most stunning, most exclusive resort in Ibiza. The whole team goes above and beyond for my stay every year and makes everything so easy and comfortable. I always book a week and end up staying a month or more. No place in Ibiza like Nobu 🤍

I recently stayed at the Nobu Hotel Ibiza after nearly 4 years! I had not been back to Ibiza since pre-COVID so I was really excited to revisit this hotel after so long. I must say in the past the experience was a lot better. Upon checking into my room there was a very strong musty odor that smelled like it could be due to water damage or mildew. The smell was inescapable and really made relaxing in the room unpleasant. Secondly there were a ton of tiny little gnats and flies in the bathroom all over the sink, mirror and flying in my face! Aside from the several flies in the bathroom the shower was also an issue. The shower would leak profusely whenever I would use it because the shower door and base of the shower were not flush to each other so water easily escaped onto the floor. I did not realize this the first time I took a shower and when I stepped out I nearly fell because there was a HUGE puddle of water all over the floor! No matter what I did to try and prevent water from escaping the shower, each time I stepped out there was still a puddle on the floor. Some other things to note: as a hotel guest you’re expected to pay €200 for a bed at the pool which is ridiculous. Otherwise you get a wooden chair off to the side of the pool. The food at the hotel was not to the standard I expected. Room service was no good. Lastly the housekeeping have no respect for guests in their room who are trying to sleep or relax as they’re incredibly loud in the hallways talking on the phone, talking to each other, running up and down the hall, slamming doors etc.

Just came home after a couple of nights at Nobu Ibiza Bay, the hotel is very well maintained and stunning location overlooking the Ibiza Bay. Rooms a lovely and spacious with the most comfortable beds. We had a couple of issues with our original room but the staff were the most helpful and moved us to a new room instantly, extremely helpful and kind staff. We spent some gorgeous days by the pool, also there the service was fantastic with super friendly and helpful staff, always with a smile. One night we had dinner at Nobu, you get your classic Nobu dishes but also a few specials, great wine list with a passionate sommelier and great service by our waitress. Can’t say anything negative about our stay, we truly had a lovely stay and will definitely come back.
