Nirvana Cosmopolitan – Simply Unexplainable, It Must Be Experienced There are some places where no matter what you write, it will never feel enough… For Nirvana Cosmopolitan, there is really only one sentence that sums it up: It cannot be described — it must be experienced. This was my second stay at the hotel. I checked in again on February 17th, and I can confidently say this: even in the winter season, they do not compromise one bit on the exceptional service they provide during summer. The food and beverage quality, presentation, and variety remain exactly the same. Not even the slightest drop in standards. The same care, the same quality, the same ambition. The magic begins the moment you step inside. After the lobby, you are welcomed by sparkling boutiques and an atmosphere full of energy. Having a Starbucks inside the hotel is already a privilege on its own. The Fellini Restaurant is simply exquisite — both in flavor and ambiance. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed. Different themed cafés, elegant pastry corners… Every corner offers a unique experience. And the rooms? Saying “spotless” would be an understatement. They are immaculate, bright, well-organized, and truly peaceful. But what truly makes the difference is the staff. They smile as they pass by, make eye contact, and don’t just do their jobs — they genuinely own them. Each and every team member is attentive, warm, and highly professional. This level of team spirit and dedication is rare. Special thanks to Ms. Hedil at the reception, and to all the team members whose names I may not know but whose smiles and sincere attention made our stay unforgettable. Saying this hotel has its eyes set on the top would be an understatement — in our eyes, it is already at the top. It is very clear that competitors are watching closely. They have raised the service bar to such a high level that you cannot help but wonder: “If other hotels are five-star, why isn’t this one ten or even fifteen stars?” It truly felt like a dream. And some dreams are worth reliving again and again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Hotel has very welcoming and very hospitable staff, super attentive. The food is really good and theres a lot of variety between local cuisine and also International cuisine. The room service is perfect and to be honest. Best hotel experience i have ever had. The cats are super cute too and well taken care of by the staff. Which is a big plus for me since im a cat lover

We stayed 7 nights - first impressions were good, the excel bar is nicely decorated. The problem with this hotel is that so many things cost extra. A paddle court will set you back 50 euros to hire for an hour. Tennis costs extra. We didn’t even bother trying to book pickleball as we didn’t want more disappointment. The hotel app has lots of activities but so many cost extra which is surprising for an “ultra” all inclusive. Our bed was very uncomfortable they organised for a mattress topper but it actually was only a mattress protector that was fitted so didn’t affect the comfort. Staff service is really mixed - staff always on their phones, some staff are great..attentive, friendly, polite and efficient. Others will ignore you and are not friendly or approachable. The heated pool is definitely not heated! The hotel concept offers lots of paid options for business events or VIP extras - example public can book tickets for the theatre shows which can include vip seating - this is not available to hotel guests and those people are prioritised. The events can really impact on hotel guest enjoyment if you’re here for a holiday. The food at this hotel is exceptional though! Really good quality and lots of variety.

Easy location, really big with kinda all you want. A lot of sport activities great beach and bar... Everyone is smiling and so friendly. Food is amazing, all inclusive is really worth it. The spa centre is full professionals but they try to sell you things to hard on a higher premium. Overall 5 stars.

The hotel's design and service quality are commendable, nice reviews and comprehensive information is readily available. However, my review specifically addresses the family room experience. My family room, in contrast to the otherwise pleasant environment, presented a disappointing aspect, particularly concerning the condition of the bathrooms - nasty condition. Guests with children are advised to inspect the room thoroughly prior to acceptance
