The hotel is very large, and the staff are friendly and polite. However, the overall quality of the infrastructure is far below expectations for a 5-star resort. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are in poor condition — dirty, with many broken or unfinished elements. The rooms are also disappointing: very dusty and not properly cleaned. In the bathroom, only the sink and part of the floor were cleaned; the toilet and shower were left untouched. The food, on the other hand, was delicious, and the restaurant staff were kind and attentive. Overall, despite good service and tasty meals, the cleanliness and maintenance level of the hotel are nowhere near what you would expect from a 5-star property.

The good things first (because there are not a lot) 1. The rooms are decent 2. Respect for staff wish (generally) is polite 3.we entered in the pool in 2 night's, no one came to us to tell "get out of the pull". Now the list of bad !!! 1. I have made a mild case of food poisoning infection needing intravenous infusionin ,in the next day my daughter (she, some how ,succeeded to recover without intravenous infusionin.),and in the 3d day my wife ! she was fainting with convulsions !we went to the hospital with ambulance. After 2 bags of intravenous infusionin she was better but she need 2 more days for recovery (same like me) The cost of the treatment was around 1300 euro. Me and my wife have made a intravenous infusionin. 2. The cola in the room fridge have a wired and very different taste compared with the one from the restaurant or bar ,i think it's because they are kept in the sun. 3. I asked a milkshake at the bar the bartender put some milk some ice a little whip cream and syrup on top... VOILÀ that's a 5***** milkshake 4. Kids club ,there are some activities (low budget) the staff generally ok but it was one lady there who started to yell at me because she said i have left to much my kid there ,when i asked her name she told me to shut up and get out! She was very rude! 5. You don't find any pool with shadow all the pull are in full sun! 6. The slides structure it's very rusty 7. They are using a parfum that is very powerful when they clean the rooms ,that parfum is so powerful that last at least 2 days, i don't now what should cover that parfum. 8. Nobody speaks English just at the front desk. 9. I have put 2 picture with the hotel in the night which says a lot, is not like the rest of hotels with lights every where and a good vibe, here the feeling is more creepy 10. They use WhatsApp if you have any problem you can right them (i think they use Google translate because the English is a mistery in this hotel). 11. Not very animated. they just leave you the hell alone :)) That was my experience, i could add more but you got the idea! It's my trip nr 3 in turkey but is the most disappointing one. All the hotel that i have been was better than this hotel. I must admit that the manager staff and his team ,they were very polite and really trying to help

This is by far the worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. First of all, my friends found a dead rat in their room’s trash bin right after the cleaning on the very first day — it was the size of the entire bin. I don’t attach photos, but it was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a so-called five-star one. The rooms on the ground floor are extremely old, smell of dampness, the doors are falling apart, the lights are broken, and the soundproofing is terrible. When we checked in, mosquitoes were literally flying around the bathroom. The staff barely speaks any English, and no one understands Russian either, which makes communication impossible for many tourists. The service is careless and unprofessional — waiters in the à la carte restaurants constantly mix up orders, and the food quality is disappointing everywhere. Although the buffet seems to offer a wide selection, nothing actually tastes good — everything is dry, oversalted, and poorly prepared. Even asking for a simple omelet turns into a struggle because the chefs do not understand English. Even though the desserts in a cafe were good and a Starbucks was always quite decent, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone — the price is absolutely unjustified for the quality and experience you get.

Nirvana Cosmopolitan September 2025 We stayed at Nirvana Cosmopolitan, and unfortunately, the experience did not live up to what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. 🔹 Entertainment – Every evening was extremely boring. The children’s area was just a corner with a so-called mini-disco and a few chairs, very unpleasant and unattractive. For adults, there was practically no outdoor evening entertainment at all, which made the nights monotonous. 🔹 Pool Safety – There are no anti-slip mats around the pools, and I saw many children slipping and falling. For a resort that hosts families, this is a major downside. 🔹 Service – Staff only pay attention to you if you leave tips. Otherwise, you are ignored and have to wait a long time to be served at the table. 🔹 Food – The system is that the staff serve you: you point to what you want, and they put it on your plate. The problem is their attitude – many serve with obvious disgust, as if you were eating for free or begging. It makes you feel very uncomfortable. 🔹 Staff at the pool bar and pastry shop – At the pool bar, one of the girls was always arrogant and annoyed whenever she had to serve. At the pastry shop, the same attitude – grimaces and a total lack of courtesy when asking for cakes. ❌ Conclusion – It was not worth even half the money. From my point of view, 2 stars at best, and it is definitely not a place I would ever return to.

The worst vacation we've ever had We were allowed into the room an hour earlier than the scheduled time, but there was no one to show us, neither the reception nor the bellboy. They told us that it was in an easy location and we would be fine with the elevator, to look at the numbering. The room is small, it smells terrible all day of sewage and food from the restaurant. The sewage pipes are constantly heard, every single sewage goes through the room. The windows rattle in the wind. There was a storm and At first we thought that these were possible problems from the storm. But it passed and everything continued. The towels in the room, on the beach and at the pools are very old and worn out, either with stains or holes. Unacceptable for such a place. The food in the hotel is not tasty for me. There is a lot, more than half of the assortment is the same every day, many of the dishes you tried are spicy and this is not noted anywhere. Some of the staff who put food on your plate are rude and insist on putting a certain fish, and not the one you pointed to. The waiters are in most cases staff who clean the tables. Even if you don't place an order, if they have taken it at all and haven't forgotten about it, they don't look at the table anymore. But the staff serves Turkish-speaking tourists with priority. Drinks in the bars - most are paid, it doesn't matter that you bought an all-inclusive package, you will find out about this even when you order something. You didn't notify anyone in advance when you made a reservation. If you want to drink cognac with tea, you will wait in line for cognac at one bar, and then you will line up in the next line for tea at another bar. Bistro Fellini works as a restaurant 24/7, but in the evening you have to make a reservation in advance, no matter that the establishment is empty. I can praise the boy and girl in the evening at cafe avenue coffee shop. They are charming. For me, the positive thing about this hotel is the full evenings at the Excel bar, the programs at the amphitheater and at the Cosmo Theater. But to watch a performance at the Cosmo Theater, you have to line up and wait at least 10-15 minutes to be one of the first to find a place inside, otherwise, you will be standing during the performance. Otherwise, the hall is incredible, with effects and sound, the artists are also at a very good level. In this hall, VIP clients from outside who pay on the spot have priority, and those like us who have paid for the vacation in advance, line up in queues. After I complained, I was contacted by representatives of the hotel. Accordingly, I offer compensation for free use of the Cabana on the beach for the whole day, which is offered as paid otherwise, dinner at an a la carte restaurant, also at their expense. This was in order not to publish our opinion about the hotel on the networks and supposedly to make us feel better. The post has become very long, there are many things I can still write about. My advice to all voters Nirvana Cosmopolitan for your vacation - carefully comment with the lowest opinion - they are true. If this is what you like, then book, so that it does not turn out that you are disappointed like us and will travel unnecessary km to this place, which does not even offer a nice garden and places to walk and capture your memories in photos. The hotel is everything you chose to rest in a shopping mall.
