It’s a great hotel if you’re not Turkish or Arab. There was absolutely no Turkish, Arabic, or Iranian music, even after we mentioned this to our assistant. I am Turkish/Canadian and I felt discrimination all the time in my own country from the staff. All attention on Russians. I already contacted my Canadian/American friends to cancel their upcoming booking to switch another hotel. No need to stress during the vacation. Most of guest moved other hotels side to enjoy with the music during the day and night. It is sad to experience that our concern was not taken serious. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the hospitality is top-notch. However, the rooms are poorly maintained, with visible signs of ongoing construction. Food is okay, they have all kind of drinks. The shows are fantastic, but they don’t properly promote or inform guests about them. You have to find out on your own because the assistant doesn’t clearly explain what’s happening each day and night. Even though we asked the schedule the night before every day and received every day at 2 pm and missed most of the morning activities. ZERO communication. Communication is crucial. Please train your assistants better and be more mindful of your Turkish guests.

I had a delightful stay at the Nirvana Cosmopolitan and would rate it 5 stars overall, though a few minor improvements could enhance the experience. The hotel is immense, impeccably clean, and staffed by kind, attractive, and eager-to-assist employees. However, there were occasional delays in service, especially during evening activities. A standout feature is the 24/7 Personal Assistants available via WhatsApp, who provided exceptional personalized service. Room service was excellent, with daily thorough cleaning. The hotel's activities were amazing, and the food was delicious, though sometimes warm rather than hot, with occasional delays in clearing tables. More shaded areas would enhance the outdoor experience. Despite minor staffing issues, the dedication of the Personal Assistants, overall cleanliness, and culinary offerings make Nirvana Cosmopolitan highly recommended for a memorable stay. The water park is also fantastic!

The hotel is located close to the airport, it takes about 15-20 minutes by taxi. Spacious rooms, buffet with a wide variety of products and delicious food. There are many different entertainment options on site, including water slides and football fields. In general, the beach is pleasant, perfect for those who like sand rather than rocks. The service is good and the staff is friendly. The only negative I found was the poor cleaning of the rooms; when we moved in, there was a large stain on the table on the balcony, and daily cleaning for 5 days was not able to remove this stain. There is a bus stop next to the hotel and you can get to the city center by LC07 and LC07A

We had a week at Nirvana Cosmopolitan, it's very mixed feelings. The food is amazing 😋, the service is non existent, apart from some individuals ( who were the most helpful). It seems that the staff are hiding from you when you walk in the restaurant for meals, they don't make eye contact with you and try to get away not to serve you. The room we had was outdated with broken parts (curtains hanging on one side), the bed linen is worn out, the furniture needs replacing, it is worn out. The smell of sewage in the shower 🚿🤢, spa is not impressive - no loccitane products in the spa (free spa I mean), even if they are promoting the brand. The Chi restaurant is amazing, very delicious food and we enjoyed the Turkish restaurant (Myhn) too. Very good beach ⛱️ and amazing sea ⛵🌊 (as everywhere else in Lara area). The waterpark is average, husband and daughter kept stopping on the waterslides. We used to go to Rixos hotel in Tekirova ( a well-deserved 5 star). Unfortunately this hotel needs improvement 😕, we would give it a 3.5 star ⭐. I need to mention that the hotel promotes a healthy lifestyle and sport. We needed a small space for an hour per day for 3 days to practice ballroom dancing with our teacher (who lives in Antalya) . The hotel offered us to use their sports centre ( which is normally empty) for a £100 per hour!!! The gym was empty and so was the yoga space but they still didn't let us use their facilities. We had to go to the centre of Antalya for our ballroom dance lessons/practice which was an hour away in 45.6 degrees heat. Shame on you for promoting sports but not actually allowing it.. You were very unfriendly , rude and unhelpful ! We would not recommend the hotel .

We visited this hotel last week. The hotel itself is amazing and the Waterpark is fantastic. The rooms are very big and spacious. The service is very low quality and the employees are overworked. In the dining hall it takes about 25 minutes to receive water or coffee. When you eat at the A LA Carte restaurants you will also wait to receive napkins, spoons, forks etc. The nightly entertainment they offer has some great performances however not all of these are appropriate for kids. We thought this hotel was well suited for families because of their large Waterpark..... there's an excess of bars all over the resort. The evening times turn until night discos inside and outside the lobby. The food quality is average but you need to be served by the hotel staff. You cannot serve yourself at all.
