We stayed at this hotel for six days for a holiday. It was a luxurious and beautiful hotel with excellent service, and the staff were very friendly, especially the Persian-speaking employees, Ms. Mahsa and Mr. Yashar. The rooms were spacious with a nice view, and the recreational areas and activities were good. However, the food quality could have been much better. For those with pets, there are some really nice spaces designed for them.

We have just got home from our holiday here and wow! This is the best all inclusive we have ever been to, nothing is too much trouble the staff are the most caring kind people going above and beyond especially with my son. Even though we came in January everything was amazing. The food the entertainment was amazing and there was lots to do despite it being the winter. This hotel is a home away from home and we was extremely sad to leave. However we are looking at booking again for the summer. This will now be our go to holiday. Thank you so much for looking after us we can’t rate you enough!

Dear [narvana] Management, 👎like one star hotel👎 I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I had high expectations based on your advertising and reputation, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect what was promised in any way. Firstly, the cleanliness and hygiene standards were extremely disappointing. When we arrived and entered our room, the bedding, including the pillows and sheets, was far from clean. They were visibly stained and looked unkempt. This was completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to maintain high cleanliness standards. Moreover, the bathroom facilities were in poor condition. The shower was broken and could not be used properly, which caused significant inconvenience during our stay. Additionally, the spa facilities, including the sauna, jacuzzi, and pool, were either not working or were poorly maintained. This was a major reason for selecting your hotel, and the fact that these amenities were unavailable was very disappointing. The food and desserts were also of very poor quality. They were not fresh, and the overall taste did not meet expectations. Given that meals are an essential part of the stay, this added to my dissatisfaction. Considering these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service and facilities were far from what was advertised, and it was not worth the money paid. I have taken photographs and videos as evidence, which I am prepared to share publicly to ensure that other potential guests are aware of the reality of staying at your hotel. I expect a response to this complaint and would appreciate if you take immediate action to address these issues. It is important for businesses to provide what they promise, and I hope my feedback leads to improvements for future guests.

From the very first moment we arrived at the hotel, we were extremely disappointed and shocked. The way the hotel was presented online and in brochures made it seem like a family-friendly destination, but the reality was completely different. This hotel is clearly designed for business visitors and trade fairs, not for families with children. There were almost no facilities or activities available for children, and the general atmosphere was not welcoming for families at all. One of the major issues we faced was that the air conditioning in our room did not work for half of our vacation. Despite multiple requests for repair, only superficial actions were taken. A technician came to our room, turned a screw open and closed, and then told us that the problem was in the central system of the hotel and could not be easily fixed. It took four long days before the issue was resolved, but by that time, most of our vacation had already been ruined, and we only had two days left. To make matters worse, our tour operator Anex Tour was absolutely useless. They offered no help, no alternative, and no compensation. They simply ignored our situation, leaving us completely stranded. Additionally, the hotel itself was a complete nightmare for families. There were hundreds of groups of men behaving loudly and aggressively. Everywhere we looked, people were excessively drinking alcohol — in the lobby, by the pool, even in the corridors. It was common to find vomit on the stairways leading to the pool, creating a disgusting and unhygienic environment. There was also a very hostile atmosphere among the guests. Fights, shouting matches, and even physical altercations were frequent. In the restaurant, people would pile plates high with food they would not even eat, creating an atmosphere of greed, disrespect, and massive food waste. No staff member ever intervened or maintained any order. Another huge disappointment was that children were not allowed to use more than half of the water slides. This was never mentioned beforehand, and it was heartbreaking for the children who had looked forward to enjoying the slides. Instead, many slides were off-limits because of strict and unreasonable height or age restrictions. Furthermore, the hotel was still undergoing major renovations during our stay, which was never disclosed at the time of booking. Every day, from early in the morning until late in the afternoon, we were disturbed by the loud noise of drills, hammers, and heavy construction equipment. It was impossible to relax by the pool or even inside the rooms because of the constant construction noise. Our complaints were completely ignored by the hotel management. No alternative solutions were provided, no compensation was offered, and no sincere apologies were made. We felt unsafe, disrespected, and deeply disappointed by the overall experience. The lack of hygiene, the aggressive atmosphere, the absence of family-friendly facilities, and the non-stop noise turned what was supposed to be a dream holiday into a real nightmare. This was by far the worst holiday experience we have ever had. We strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially for families with children. We also urge everyone to avoid Anex Tour, as they provide zero support and show no sense of responsibility towards their customers.
