Hi this is manoharan from India i visited Nina resort and spa phuket yesterday Here are some real negative complaints • Poor room maintenance & cleanliness Guests reported air conditioning not cooling well or leaking water, and the AC was noisy. Some rooms had unclean conditions, old furniture, and broken fixtures like clogged basins and weak water pressure. • Lack of basic amenities Many reviewers said basic items such as toothbrushes, soap, towels, toilet paper, drinking water, or hot water heater were either never provided or missing. Some guests even reported dirty coffee machine water and no tea/coffee supplies despite packages saying otherwise. • Poor housekeeping Several travellers complained their room wasn’t cleaned at all during multi-day stays, towels and sheets weren’t changed, and requests were ignored. Housekeeping sometimes came late or didn’t restock essentials even after reminders. • Unhelpful or unfriendly staff Some stays were marked by staff with poor attitudes, slow service, and dismissiveness toward complaints. One review mentioned check-in delays even when rooms were ready, with rigid rules and unaccommodating reception service. • Misleading expectations & maintenance issues Guests said photos online didn’t match reality, and rooms were smaller, dark, or poorly maintained. Some reported broken pool tiles, weak bathroom ventilation, and general property wear and tear. • Bad overall experience for the price Several negative reviewers concluded the resort was not worth the money paid, with one calling it a “terrible stay” due to poor hygiene, food quality,

I cannot express how unhelpful the reception and managerial staff are here. On day two I got a message via WhatsApp that they charged my deposit for 3 rooms, not held it. Their solution was to refund which they expect will take 45 days and there is a 3% fee. I've spoke to up to the general area manager who called the manager (not sure on the hierarchy) and they suggested cash on checkout - I said I'm going for a flight so I'd have to exchange it and therefore also lose money. 4 days in and absolutely nothing on the way of apology or solution that does not cost me for their mistake: literally not even a drink! While at reception a lady who booked for 2 beds and a cot came up and said the cot was missing, their response was they think the child (whose age they knew in advance) might be too big so they should pay (yes, pay) for another bed. There seems to be other people complaining about customer service related issues too. I cannot recommend this hotel until they start to take responsibility and treat customers with courtesy like every other hotel I've ever stayed in does. If you make a mistake as a hotel, go above and beyond to fix it. Update: directly asking for something got us an extra 2 hours free on checkout. And on our final full day the manager came to me at the pool and apologised which is appreciated.

Nice hotel just far enough away from the main noisy part of Patong. Staff are lovely. Breakfast was good, catering for different choices. Pool bar does happy hour in the afternoon on 2 for 1 cocktails. Only used the pool 1 day due to being on trips the rest of the time. Fridge in the room. Rooms a good size. Our room went out onto the pool. Not too noisy a hotel which is what I prefer.

Just spent 2 weeks here. Loved it. Staff work very hard to make sure your stay is stress free. Any issues we had were delt with promptly. Our room was clean and tidy and would be cleaned every day if we asked for it. The room was also bright and modern and was very comfortable during our stay. Breakfast was good with a good selection of western dishes but we tried to stick to the Thai dishes which varied from day to day. These were very good. Room service and mini bar prices were very reasonable but we didn't use them. Location is good. Couple streets back from the beach but only a 10 min walk and they also have a shuttle service to the beach. Bangla Road is only a 10 min walk away too. Only issue with location is its right across from the hospital so lots of sirens and noise but its Patong. Its noisy everywhere. Pool is really good apart from the usual towels over the sunbeds at 6 in the morning which is down to holidaymakers not the hotel. Did see a couple of arguments about this but the staff were on it straight away so credit to them. All in all, I'd have no problem staying here again. Lovely looking hotel, great rooms and super helpful staff. Thanks for a great holiday!

The hotel is nice and convenient, and in walking distance of the beach and Bangla road. Unfortunately me check-in experience was not good as I found the receptionist harried, impatient and aggro which was in stark contrast to the rest of the room and bar staff. Breakfast was good ( I especially loved the Phuket egg) but their tea was ready made and extremely weak, and they would not give you an extra teabag. Their buy one get one free cocktails at happy hour are worth the puchase, and good to enjoy around the pool.
