Clean and cozy hotel. The rooms are spacious and relatively modern. The pool area is peaceful and pleasant, with sun shining all day long. There are quite limited sunbeds available. There is a bar at the pool area where you can order surprisingly high-quality cocktails and food charged to the room. The service is consistently friendly, and the staff is smiling. The breakfast is not particularly extensive, but it's adequate. The place is located right next to a busy street, but the traffic noise doesn't disturb the rooms significantly. The only downside regarding the service is that at least the rooms on our floor were typically cleaned around 5 pm, which is precisely the time when one would want to take a shower and have some peace in their room. I can recommend this hotel, but it may not be the best option for families with children.

The hotel is quite old and hasn't been renovated in a long time, which is evident throughout the property. I contacted the hotel with a question via both booking and directly one month before my trip, but received no response—this should have been a major warning sign. The most frustrating aspect of my stay was the shower; there was no way to prevent water from leaking all over the bathroom. Additionally, it was impossible to control the water temperature, which fluctuated between scorching hot and freezing cold. This poor shower experience significantly marred my stay at the hotel. The location is ok, but to get to the beach you have to cross a crowded intersection, and no one would stop here for the pedestrian crosswalk.

The stay here was so pleasant. Had very good time. Breakfast was also good. Special thanks to Nutty and Joy for helping us to get back our sling bag which contained our phones n other important stuff which we forgot in a van while returning from James bond tour. Really thankful to you guys🙏

Location is convenient, only 10mins walk to patong beach area. The room we got was large & clean but very very dark as the balcony was directly opposite a rather dirty wall, this definitely counts as the worst hotel room view I have ever experienced. I have included a photo. Other rooms had a view of the pool so I was very disappointed with what we were given. The breakfast was very mediocre, the worst of all 6 hotels we stayed in during our tour of Thailand. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the laundry service was really efficient. I didn't use the pool but it seemed rather shaded and with space for only about 20 sunbeds.

Nice hotel. Good rooms although the room we had faces out on to a wall about 6 feet away. Made the room very dark. Breakfast was basic. Not many chairs around the pool.
