Clean and cozy hotel. The rooms are spacious and relatively modern. The pool area is peaceful and pleasant, with sun shining all day long. There are quite limited sunbeds available. There is a bar at the pool area where you can order surprisingly high-quality cocktails and food charged to the room. The service is consistently friendly, and the staff is smiling. The breakfast is not particularly extensive, but it's adequate. The place is located right next to a busy street, but the traffic noise doesn't disturb the rooms significantly. The only downside regarding the service is that at least the rooms on our floor were typically cleaned around 5 pm, which is precisely the time when one would want to take a shower and have some peace in their room. I can recommend this hotel, but it may not be the best option for families with children.

Hotel itself wasn't too bad. Number of dead mosquitoes were around and still a number flying about. Make sure you are protected. Really nice pool which my son thoroughly enjoyed and the best thing is the location. Right next to all the hustle and bustle of the Patong streets where everything is a walkable distance where there are plenty of restaurants available.

This hotel was perfectly placed not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the busy Patong area but easily within a 10 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful with a smile. The rooms were cleaned and made daily with fresh towels provided. There are pool towels provide at the poolside bar and some background music played to help the atmosphere. We never had breakfast in the hotel as I thought 400 baht per person was expensive if you just want something lite to eat. There is a 7-11 around the corner where we got breakfast food a few times and cold beers for the room which you could put in the fridge.

Nice hotel with great price/quality close to the bar street The good: - Friendly staff - Great pool with sun all day and some music - Big spacious rooms - Dj at the pool on Wednesday was nice - Nice location, 10min walk to the beach / main bar street - Super price/quality wise - Balcony with a view for the pool - No noise, even while it is next to a busy street The less good: - Breakfast was not amazing and had a lot of items that seemed pre-packed. Croissants were one of the worst I ever had - There was supposed to be a free transfer to the beach 2x a day (at 10h and 14h). We waited until 14h15 and asked the reception twice before we gave up and just walked there - Not so many sun beds at the pool, if you were unlucky you didn’t have one

We had a pool access room and loved the fact that we could just step into the pool from our room. Only down side was that some other guests didn't respect our privacy and one couple were sitting and laying on our private step and blocking our access to the pool. When I confronted them, the husband became very abusive towards me.
