My husband and I visited Nikki Beach Bar for their ‘Amazing Sundays’ brunch party, and while the vibes were chill, fun, and the beach atmosphere was beautiful, the food was unfortunately a huge letdown. The brunch was set up as an all-you-can-eat buffet, but right from the start, the food didn’t look appealing—and sadly, it tasted even worse. We tried the pasta, Mexican dishes, and a bit of sushi, and almost immediately after eating, we both started feeling unwell. My husband’s symptoms were more severe, and he ended up with a clear case of food poisoning, most likely from the pasta or Mexican food. Given the high price point, we expected much better quality and hygiene standards. It’s incredibly disappointing that such a well-known venue would serve food that leads to this kind of experience. We definitely do not recommend the brunch at Nikki Beach based on this experience. Stick to the bar and the beach vibes—just skip the buffet.

We stayed at Nikki Beach Hotel for eight days as a family with three children, and had a truly perfect experience. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, the music was great, the food was delicious, the location was amazing, and everything was spotlessly clean. Everything was simply perfect – we couldn't have asked for more. A special thanks to Rein, the fitness instructor, who gave us a wonderful and energizing experience. Thank you so much – we will definitely be back!

Spent a few days at Nikki Beach Koh Samui 🌊🌴🎉🎵 stunning beachfront vibes, great music, and top-notch service. The food was excellent, and the beach club scene was lively and fun. Perfect place to unwind in style. 🌴🍹

From the second we got on the island Nikki Beach treated us like kings. It truly was amazing. We had a ride set up ready to pick us up right when we got to the island. The ride to and from the resort did cost a chunk of change but it was totally worth it. The check in process was seamless. We didn’t have to carry our bags to the room. They sat us down gave us a drink and walked through everything ultimately giving us a tour of the property. Our room was easily the best place we stayed during our month long trip to Thailand. The pool scene during the day was outstanding and beyond relaxing with a dj playing in the background and service to our beach front bed. Breakfast was included and it was everything you could hope for. Quan (not sure if I am spelling her name right) made our trip! She was awesome and went out of our way to ensure we had a good stay. The food was great for the most part and there was 24 hour room service. A few things that I noticed were a bit strange or off - which by no means impacted our stay at all - were that when we checked in the front desk woman mentioned a free Muay Thai class and that she signed us up for it. When we went to that. There was no instructor and they said we had to sign up in advance. Just a bit of a lack of communication on there end. Not a big deal. Also they have a brunch on Sunday that is 1900 baht. And there is no other option for food during that time. I found that to be a bit strange. The buffet was amazing food though! The dinner menu was also fairly limited. All in all this is the perfect place to go and stay to celebrate our month long backpacking travel through Thailand

Beautiful experience in this hotel, it’s very nice for the room, two beautiful swimming pool and it’s so quiet all day. In the afternoon there is music with dj at the swimming pool in front of the sea. All the staff are so nice and so kind, especially K. Bam and Eve at the reception because they help us in everything in the island ( restaurant, suggestions and excursion trips) they’re are best!! Thank you so much also to breakfast staff that listen all our requests in the best way!
