We had an amazing stay at Nikki Beach Resort! We notified the staff that we would be spending my 30th birthday there, so which they provided a beautiful floral and towel display on the bed, accompanied by a complimentary dessert plate and a very generous room upgrade. The room was absolutely stunning and surprisingly quiet even during the pool parties. The resort had everything from a spa, to a hairdresser and nail salon. The views, location and amenities were unbeatable. Our room had the comfiest bed and best shower we’ve experienced during our stay in Thailand. So much so, it was very hard to leave. Cannot thank Clare, Nancy, Gigi and Benz enough for helping make this trip so special. Will definitely be back again!

Our stay was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was taken care of. The reception staff were available 24/7 on WhatsApp, responding immediately to anything we needed, it truly felt like VIP service. This is a dreamy spot for anyone looking to unwind, disconnect a little, and still have an amazing time. The vibe is perfect: a DJ playing by the pool throughout the day and great cocktails. A very special thank you to Jeje and Eve, who turned our stay into one big, unforgettable experience with their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. They made everything feel effortless and personal. We can’t wait to come back!

Nikki Beach Koh Samui is a beautiful place to spend the day. We were there visiting friends and had a fantastic time. For us, it’s one of the nicest Nikki Beach locations. The setting is stunning, the atmosphere relaxed yet stylish, and the service attentive. Great music, good food, and a perfect beach club vibe right by the ocean. A wonderful spot to enjoy a sunny day with friends. Highly recommended.

we booked for a relaxing sunday at nikki beach koh samui, super excited for the delicious food and drinks we’ve had at other nikki beaches. however, when we arrived we were informed there was no menu and the only food available was to purchase the buffet ($190 a person). absolutely ridiculous that we were never told this when booking, as people with allergies and food preferences a buffet is not suitable for us. they told us there was absolutely no exceptions and no other food could be served, but then i see other beds getting burger and fries and fruit served, they say it’s for hotel guests only. ridiculous and very disappointing.

On behalf of myself and partner thank you for our stay it was truly wonderful. I felt so looked after really the staff are so genuine and kind. I had a bit of a disaster and sprained my ankle down some steps The lady at the beach club was so kind and attentive bringing me ice and a lovely soothing balm and plaster,again when I had a horrendous blister they gave me alcohol,dressing and gauze I couldn’t believe how nice everyone was assisting me getting around it made the trip really lovely despite being a bit injured from bad footwear! The food is simply exquisite we particularly loved breakfast such lovely tentative staff made me smile always The bbq and fire show was outstanding and we absolutely loved our day lounging at the beach club The rooms are spotless really beautiful and well layed out. the communication is the best I have ever received wit any company. Housekeeping were such a bunch of gorgeous people always making every effort to provide us with such comforts The view and situation is tranquil and serene I really enjoyed my stay with the team at Nikki beach and I hope they are forever treated with the grace and respect they treat there customers with Much love
