Stayed here for 9 nights in February 2026. Excellent hotel. Great service in the heart of sukhumvit. Really great buffet breakfast to start the day. Close to mrt and skytrain to get around...plus using Grab to fill in the gaps was easy. AC worked amazingly well!! Best in any hotel we have ever stayed at! Staff allowed us to check in a few hours early and held our bags as they got our room ready. Some minor issues: Walls in rooms are thin. We were next to a very loud all night cougher the first few days...then a yappy dog...coughing is not hotels fault...dog is. With the air on and earplugs it was fine. Pool seemed to have had this non posted policy that you couldn't bring any outside food or drink poolside, you had to purchase everything at the bar...not sure if this is the greatest policy for paying guests of a hotel but ok...make it more visible somewhere in the pool area. And carpet in hallways for what is listed as a four star hotel should be replaced...kind of old and stained. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Had booked for 4 nights when arrived the booking was modified ever once been paid in advance to lock the room. So i had just one night booked they said hotel was full only room left was more than double to paid. I stayed for the night and moved away. I felt it was a trick to overcharging for the stay. The breakfast is low quality ingredients. Seems to look a full options but nothing is good enough very cheap products and quality. For same price or lower are better options around. ................................................ Two options or you are confusing the guest or you are lying. I shown the cancellation. Staff acting as "well we don't know". Had got a offer for a room for 5000 when asked to reduce the price last offer was 4800. I keep my impression about the breakfast. Happy for all those you have as happy customers, but you lost one.

Overall, the hotel itself was fine. The staff were helpful, the room was clean, and I had no issues with comfort or service. The location is a plus — about a 5-minute walk from the main Sukhumvit action, yet still quiet enough to relax. There’s a mall nearby and public transportation is also about a 5-minute walk, which makes getting around easy. My main issue was at check-in. I was told that the hotel I booked was not the building I would be staying in, and I was taken across the street to what they referred to as “Tower Two.” This was never mentioned in the booking details or in any reviews I read beforehand. To make matters worse, the pool in that building was shut down for one of the two nights I stayed due to a private function. While staff said we could use the pool in the other building across the street, that’s inconvenient — especially when you choose a hotel expecting on-site amenities to be available. Because of this lack of transparency and the pool closure, I’ve scored this hotel lower than I otherwise would have. The hotel isn’t bad, but guests should be clearly informed in advance if they may be placed in a different building and if key amenities like the pool may be unavailable.

When we arrived we were disappointed with the plainness of the room, it felt a bit tired. However the bed was comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure, the room was quiet at night. The location was also amazing with just a short walk to trains and Terminal 21. The hotel also provides an HDMI cable for the TV which connects to an iPhone. Breakfast buffet was good, we ate early and avoided the rush. The pool was across the road do we didn’t use but it looked ok. Laundry was so expensive we dropped it off down the road and it cost a third less. Overall I would recommend.

Great place with great service. Room was very clean and spacious. The staff could not be more friendly they are the kindest people. Yin at the counter was super helpful. I will definitely stay there again when returning to Bangkok.
