Don't waste money coming to this resort. This might be the worst experience of my life. Problems started right away when the resort lost our transportation information and had to sit at the airport an extra 2 hours waiting on a shuttle. Next we arrived at the resort and were told that they lost all 3 of our room reservations and had to wait another 3 hours to receive no news until we got ugly with staff. The rooms they promised were all incorrect and they placed our family all over the resort instead of around each other. Our hot water didnt work at all the entire first day. The food is always late and cold. We went to the Good Burger restaurant tonight and they never brought our food at all. The staff has stolen money from our bags. More than half the staff can't communicate with us. The room walls are extremely thin and we had to listen to a child be abused until we talked to management to check on the poor kid. The room was supposed to be stocked with drinks and snacks. Nothing we asked for was in the room. We paid over 11 thousand dollars for just the resort and have just been miserable the entire time!

Our experience at the Nickelodeon resort was absolutely dreadful. From the moment we checked in, we were treated with utmost disrespect. Despite booking a luxurious penthouse suite, we were offered a supposed "upgrade" to a room that was even worse. Instead of the promised king bed suite with a personal pool, we were given a basic room with two queen beds. Frustrated, I demanded a refund if they couldn't accommodate our initial booking. Pool was freezing, couldn’t get additional towels, one of the few black people on the resort. PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE
After a lengthy 45-minute argument, we were informed that check-in wasn't until 4pm, which added to our frustration. To make matters worse, one of my children misplaced their arm band and the resort charged us a ridiculous $500, including several hidden fees. The concierge named Karen displayed manipulative behavior, pretending to be nice while causing confusion and chaos.
Our departure was eagerly anticipated, and we were so desperate to leave that I even booked a flight a day earlier. The fact that we were willing to cut our stay short speaks volumes about the terrible experience we had. As we were leaving, the resort even caused unnecessary delays by not allowing our Uber driver to exit promptly, nearly causing us to miss our flight.
In conclusion, I give the Nickelodeon resort Cancun a grade of F/0. I strongly advise against anyone considering a visit there. Furthermore, the quality of their food was abysmal, adding to the already disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend to an enemy

I am currently staying at this resort and cannot believe the lack of attention to detail provided.
When we arrived, we were told our room was not ready and we had to come back to the front desk at 4pm to obtain our room number. You’d think with technology, they could send an email or text and avoid the extra hassle of us coming back to the main lobby.
The amount of people you have to speak with to learn and understand kids club, dining options, shuttle service, etc… is tiring. The resort should try to make your arrival as easy and seamless as possible.
The swim up pools are freezing! The rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything in the rooms next door and above you. The rooms are not cleaned well (my Lysol wipes picked up tons of leftover debris) and the lack of towels and ability to receive more went overlooked.
We are supposed to be here for 4 nights but after today (bland food, mediocre service, noise disturbance late into the night), I am currently googling to see if we can find a place to relocate and salvage our Spring Break elsewhere.
Some find this charming and fun. As an experienced traveler and travel vlogger, even as a resort that caters to kids, it’s champagne pricing for a generic beer experience. I don’t want anyone else to spend four or five figures on this and feel they just threw away money.

It was a really cool experience especially for kids. Being people of color it seems as though they weren’t very attentive to our needs as everyone else at times but they did attend to us and were nice when they did. One show my sister went to with the kids she said the whole time they spoke in Spanish even though kids from all backgrounds were there, and when they passed out snacks they intentionally left the boys out (they were the only children of color present) so that didn’t sit well with her. But other than that the room was nice and clean and the only thing was sometime kids run around late at night but that is to be expected. You get drinks the whole time and you can relax while the kids have fun.

This hotel goes above and beyond for the kids. They greet the kids with a green slime drink when you arrive.
Every room has an ocean view with a private pool balcony.
Restaurants have different options, they make sure to ask if you or your kids have an allergies which is a plus.
In my opinion the water park is the main attraction, my daughters had such a great time. They have food and drinks all inclusive (only if you are staying in their hotel).
Wish that the hotel had more activities, but they have a pool and two swim up bars.
Overall all I would go back, such a great time.
