I would like to share my excellent experience in this hotel. The establishment is very clean, pleasant and the staff is really welcoming. I would especially like to thank Bal, who takes care of the household. He is an extremely kind person, always smiling and very helpful. He does his job with great seriousness and professionalism. Whenever we needed something, he was always ready to help with great kindness. People like him really make a difference in a stay. Thanks again to Bal for his availability and his incredible sense of service! I highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had! The efficiency of the staff members - anything from heating baby bottles, holding our baby( so friendly - it was nice to stay at a hotel that loved babies). The cleanliness was excellent- first floor are fantastic at housekeeping please let them know. Also, special thanks to Pooja - she was very chatty and friendly and told us not to worry about the current war/conflict which made us feel at ease. The rooftop pool is a stand out feature of the hotel - unbelievable views. I highly recommend this if you’re planning a vacation to Dubai. We had a wonderful stay.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at the NH Collection Dubai. The hotel is modern, beautifully maintained, and offers a very comfortable atmosphere from the moment you arrive. My room was spotless, well-designed, and perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. What really stood out was the excellent service. Every staff member was friendly and attentive, but I want to give a special thank you to Ram and Dharmendra. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care made my stay feel exceptional. They consistently went above and beyond, and their positive attitude made a big difference. The breakfast as well as the dinner were consistently excellent. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options, and dinner was just as impressive with delicious dishes and attentive service. Overall, a fantastic experience and a hotel I would gladly return to. Highly recommended!

Overall, our stay left a very positive impression. The hotel’s location directly on Palm Jumeirah is a major advantage, especially with direct beach access. The surrounding promenade is beautiful and stretches all the way toward the beginning of the Palm, making it ideal for walks. The rooms are nicely designed, cozy, and clearly focused on comfort. Everything was cleaned and tidied daily to a high standard. Guests can also take advantage of the gym and spa facilities, which is definitely a plus. The restaurant area appears somewhat dated, and the outdoor terrace would benefit from renovation. As for the food itself, the quality was very good. However, the restaurant service organization could be improved. The staff responsible for clearing tables seemed either understaffed or insufficiently coordinated, as tables often remained full of dirty dishes for an extended time after guests had finished. There was also some minor disorganization when ordering soft drinks during dinner. Despite these points, it is a solid hotel with good accessibility and an overall very pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel is modern, stylish, and very well maintained, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. Breakfast was excellent as well, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. Overall, it was a truly outstanding experience, and we would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
