Tuck into mouth-wateringly fresh seafood in this laid-back, modern restaurant. With stunning views on either side of the river and the ocean, it’s a perfect setting for a romantic meal for two. Flavours are a zesty mix of Sri Lankan specialities, and the restaurant is open for dinner only.

Suan Bua

Featuring an irresistible menu of Thai home cooking with a Sri Lankan twist, Suan Bua offers dining in a wonderfully relaxing environment. Try a refreshing spicy green mango salad, or a warming rich smooth curry. There’s a tasty list of vegetarian options available. Suan Bua is open for dinner only.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. A special shoutout to Sanju at the reception, she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Her warm smile and kind attitude truly made us feel at home. Thank you, Sanju, for your amazing hospitality! We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing Property with river on one side and Ocean on the other. The Staff most helpful. Rooms spacious. Breakfast Buffet is vast and the Ala carte menu extensive especially the Sri Lanka cuisine. The front office Hansini and Lithara went out of their way to help make our stay fabulous. Great Property worth a visit.

We recently spent seven nights at NH Bentota Ceysands Resort and had a wonderful time overall. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and direct access to the beach, making it perfect for relaxation. The resort offers great amenities, and we truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and various activities available. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The staff was friendly but not always quick to respond to requests, which sometimes made things a bit inconvenient. Additionally, while the hotel had a lovely ambiance, the cleanliness could have been a bit better to match the high standards of the resort. Despite these minor issues, we had a fantastic time and made unforgettable memories. With a little more attention to service and cleanliness, this resort could be truly exceptional!

5 star experience for our family here! They have spacious rooms, nice bathroom setting, good food options, kids club, and friendly staff, oh and they also provide a sweet arrangement for your anniversary, which is really lovely 🌹 The only thing is probably I'd prefer some more lights inside the room as it looks a bit dim with all lights on, but really, we are very happy for the room and service we got here overall. Highly recommend. 💕

NH Ceysands, Bentota A unique arrival by ferry sets the tone at this large riverside hotel in Bentota. Though the rooms could use a little refresh, the overall vibe was great — especially during the lively New Year holidays. The pool is spacious and inviting, and the breakfast buffet was well spread and full of flavor. A good spot for a fun, family-friendly getaway!
