    This is our second trip to Nexus Karambunai. Loved it the first time and the feeling just grew second time around. We stayed for 5 nights. Excellent location, great view with a blend of sea, hills and lush well maintained garden & ponds. The gym and spa is perfect. The thing the we loved most about this place is the friendly staffs that always make us feel very welcomed. Everyone is super helpful especially the F&B crew Nelysha, Rosalyn, Anna and James from the concierge. This place is special because of staff like them.

    Nature's retreat! The resort's natural environment is a paradise found. The sunset was a mesmerizing display of colors. A true embodiment of nature's wonders, this escape from the city hustle was a holiday well spent. Loved the beach and its breeze. Would definitely visit again.

    I went here after so many years and I get how the pandemic might affect this resort but the thing that disappointed me the most is the food. We ordered a few items on the menu and it wasn't cheap mind you. The quality of the food is just sad. For something that cost almost Rm50 you'd expect it to taste at least edible but alas this wasn't the case. I ordered the beef burger at one of the restaurants (Sunset bar). First bite I could already taste the funk. The beef patty tasted sour and has the refrigerator smell. Which indicates that it's probably been there for a while. So for future improvements. I suggest the resort to have a weekly quality checking to ensure the freshness of their food. Please check into this matter. It would be bad if a guest gets poisoning from eating here.

    Fine sand and very clean beach. Room and hotel facilities must be upgraded through major refurbishment. I was bitten by bed bugs. The first room’s toilet bowl malfunction, we got room changed, its cleanliness was not ready for stay, we let the cleaner to clean to room, it took us an hour. The sofa at the balcony was so dusty, dirty with lizards’s poo.
