Lovely hotel with very good service. Staff at the hotel were polite and hospitable. All inclusive package was great as the meals were varied and appetising. The dinners varied with a different cuisine each evening. The drinks were the only downside - the alcohol used in their beverages did not taste particularly great, although the beer on tap was good. Non-alcoholic options were okay. Hotel room was a nice size for 2 people and came with AC, three piece bathroom and a balcony. Balcony had a table and two chairs with lighting that switched off late evening. Unfortunately, the wifi did not reach the balcony outside. Bed was a good size and the room had good storage. The outdoor swimming pool is a good size, with a children's paddling pool located in the same area. Plenty of deck chairs and outdoor seating poolside. There were a few snack/some small plate options between meals, coffee machine, outside bar and ice cream available which was a nice touch however in wet weather was not easily accessible - no inside alternative. The hotel has direct access to the beach which was perfect although sunloungers go quickly when nice weather. The hotel is in a good location with local shops and transport options nearby. Couple and family friendly, would recommend.

Pros - Excellent location right on the beach, only 15 mins by bus into centre and shops opposite direction 10 min walk. No problem getting lounger either at the pool or beach. Food was excellent in the restaurant, drink choice was good served with fresh fruit, served in proper glasses at night. Whole hotel spotless and the staff work non stop to keep it this way. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cons- Our hotel room was old fashioned overlooking run down roof tops, 2 nights in a row the shower didn't work and water runs cold due to demand. There is only 2 pool toilets which weren't too busy but these were the only toilets for use outwith room day/night. Snacks between meals very poor, mostly dried up and appeared to be left overs from previous meal. Entertainment at night was pitiful(not sure if hotel pays for entertainment in season) but we opted to go out most nights. Only bar is outdoors which wasn't ideal when it was a bit colder in the evening. Overall the location food drink and service is great but I would suggest more of a 3 star.

From a Cornish/British point of view, The staff are really friendly and nice the hotel is clean all round. 1 outside bar and one small pool. The location is good. Breakfast and lunch is very standard for a all-inclusive and the all-inclusive drinks all standard. The only problem is the evening meal is a bit dull and repetitive. On the good side there's lots of restaurants in the area and the city center is 15 minutes bus ride away. The hotel seems well catered for Germans that seems to be the majority. The local beach behind the hotel is all good and fine. I would only saying avoid coming very early season has April to mid may if the weather turns bad and rains it gets very boring because there's no inside bar.

The hotel was great, the food was great, a large selection of food and drinks, the rooms were great, the maids cleaned and changed the towels every day. The only bad thing is that the lady who works at the pool bar and the old gentleman with gray hair were very unfriendly for the entire 7 days. We noticed that they were kind to some people in front of us who were getting drinks, but this was not the case with us and there were other people we talked to who had the same experience as us Big praise for the 2nd gentleman who worked at the bar, very friendly and the animator is also vers friendly.

The rooms are very small but clean. all my respects for the cleaning team & restaurant team). The food is great. We had some racist situations and this is the reason why i do not recomand this hotel to anyone. The first: we had 3 sunbeds on the beach, we went to the pool bar to take some drinks (half of the beach did the same thing but they were not romanians i guess) and when we came back the beach boy took them and give our sunbeds to others(other romanians complained about this) and the staff said that we have to stay there all the time..so no food, drinks or swiming. The second reason: the music is all about Germany..it should be more traditional greek music. I also have to say that the entertainment team is very nice.
