A wonderful hotel. Easy reach from the airport and short taxi rides from the main tourist spots. Free shuttles to various beaches, malls and islands. Lovely spacious room. Wonderful comfortable bed and every staff member has been attentive and professional. Incredibly helpful room attendants Saladin and Nimesh and amazing door staff to help with bags but also directions to local restaurants and coffee shops. Great choice of food at breakfast and again wonderful staff. Reception staff very polite and friendly and a wonderful pool area on the roof again with a lovely staff member. Gym Sauna and steam room all clean with some good machines. I highly recommend the hotel, honestly the staff and I mean every staff member has been wonderful.

Mr. Dome, who takes care of cleaning our room (816), is doing an outstanding job. Our room has been kept in perfect condition every single day - spotless, well-organized, and maintained to the highest standard, with great attention to detail. What makes the experience even better is Mr. Dome’s professionalism, kindness, and the genuine smile he greets us with daily. His work truly improves the comfort of our stay and makes us feel very well looked after. I ended up being stranded in Dubai during the US/Israel - Iran conflict and stayed here during that period. Despite the situation, the hotel staff took very good care of us and made sure we were comfortable. Special thanks to Akash for his great service and attention to detail. He kept our room clean, fresh, and well looked after every day. It made a big difference during a stressful time.

The location of the hotel is excellent, easy access to the metro for exploring the city, nice comfortable room, clean and well equipped, lovely breakfast with great selection and staff have been excellent, really friendly and always happy to help. A special mention for Saladdin who took care of housekeeping in my room, he's really friendly, does a great job and on hand if you need anything and always with a smile. A very nice stay overall.

I wanted to convey how good my stay and the hospitality from Naumi Hotel. The room service executive Dome was so professional and handled everything really well. Overall service was top Notch. Also the security near the parking bay, receptionist are all incredible. There can be improvement in the breakfast provided from the OSTRO restaurant.
