We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm and professional, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room service and restaurant were excellent – the dishes were delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. Absolutely top quality! The location of the hotel is also perfect, making it easy to enjoy the trip to the fullest. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, outstanding service, and excellent food. We will definitely come back with great pleasure!

I had a wonderful stay at dusitD2 kenz hotel. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The service was excellent – staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The location is also perfect, close to key attractions and very convenient for getting around the city. Honestly, I don’t understand why this hotel is rated 4★ instead of 5★ – the quality, service, and comfort truly felt like a 5-star experience.

If you're looking for a quick getaway in Dubai near Al-Barsha, this is a good place to have your lay over. Rooms are spacious enough, very clean, super clean and high quality bed sheets. It has a standing shower too. Room service if done by the loveliest person on earth, Mr. Dome and you'll feel the 5 star politeness without any expectations or returns, not many people have such high value and quality service attitude these days. Breakfast was standard and don't expect anything fancy. Other amenities doesn't seem shiny in the hotel. But they offer a free parking. The lobby is not too big but cosy for a quick chill. Overall the hotel is great and I liked the quietness and peace overall, but you can also find similar hotels with different options in the very same area.

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are large and clean. Our house keeping attendant, Indra was absolutely fantastic. Very polite, kind and always wanted to be helpful. Whenever we asked for anything like a bottle of water or for the room to be cleaned we knew it would be dealt with professionally. If I had a business that employed people, I would want Indra on my team.
