Nana Princess, what can I say? I went to Crete with no expectations, as it was the first time my family and I were visiting. On the way to Nana Princess, we saw some very shocking sights and hotels, which made us apprehensive. However, when we arrived at the resort, we were overwhelmed with joy and excitement as it was picture-perfect. The staff, attention to detail, and environment were outstanding. The beach was beautiful, as was everything in the resort. We will definitely be coming here from now on. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

We spent our second summer holiday at the Nana Princess Resort and once again returned home completely satisfied. We particularly liked the fact that the resort is never overcrowded with guests, which ensures a relaxed atmosphere and gives the staff the opportunity to always respond to guests in a friendly and helpful manner. There is simply nothing to complain about the whole complex or the rooms. The hotel is also very suitable for visiting with children, as there are plenty of child-friendly activities in the neighbouring hotel if required. However, we noticed that there were a lot of changes in the service staff, which meant that the processes were not yet very well-rehearsed at the beginning of the summer season. In this respect, we are of the opinion that there is no need to employ so many service staff, as many of them are often standing around idly, but then immediately approach you at the table as soon as you have eaten the last bite from your plate, even if other people at the table were still eating. That also makes you feel "observed" by the staff while eating. This is our only criticism, otherwise the hotel lives up to its reputation and the 5 stars.

We spent a wonderful week at this resort as a family in 05/22. The whole complex is amazing and the location has a great view. The service was perfect from the time we arrived till the day we left. Not everything went 100% as planned, but the staff was always very focused on finding solutions. Room with heated pool was very nice. But also the beach front is amazing. Breakfast was a 5 star experience and also the gym was great. My wife had a massage and was happy with it.

Princess Nana is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It’s really beautiful from all perspectives. From the scent laden, luxury feel welcome in Reception to the privacy of the rooms with private pool and sunrise views. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful especially Michael at Reception. It is a very special place and we look forward to returning.

Just spent 10 days at this resort and my word it’s going to be hard to find better. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nothing is too much for the Staff here and any request is dealt with speed and willingness. The Hotel is only 5-6 years old so all amenities are spotless and state of the art. Chrysea and Angeliki amongst the many staff were all top class and made us feel very welcome and special. We will be back !!!
