We spent our second summer holiday at the Nana Princess Resort and once again returned home completely satisfied. We particularly liked the fact that the resort is never overcrowded with guests, which ensures a relaxed atmosphere and gives the staff the opportunity to always respond to guests in a friendly and helpful manner. There is simply nothing to complain about the whole complex or the rooms. The hotel is also very suitable for visiting with children, as there are plenty of child-friendly activities in the neighbouring hotel if required. However, we noticed that there were a lot of changes in the service staff, which meant that the processes were not yet very well-rehearsed at the beginning of the summer season. In this respect, we are of the opinion that there is no need to employ so many service staff, as many of them are often standing around idly, but then immediately approach you at the table as soon as you have eaten the last bite from your plate, even if other people at the table were still eating. That also makes you feel "observed" by the staff while eating. This is our only criticism, otherwise the hotel lives up to its reputation and the 5 stars.

We spent a wonderful week at this resort as a family in 05/22. The whole complex is amazing and the location has a great view. The service was perfect from the time we arrived till the day we left. Not everything went 100% as planned, but the staff was always very focused on finding solutions. Room with heated pool was very nice. But also the beach front is amazing. Breakfast was a 5 star experience and also the gym was great. My wife had a massage and was happy with it.

In short- highly recommended!!! During our second stay at the Nana Princess hotel, my wife and I were once again blown away by the exceptional experience we had. The reception staff deserves special recognition for their outstanding service. They greeted us with a warm welcome and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request was truly commendable. We also had the pleasure of interacting with the food and beverage manager and his team. The dining experience at the hotel was nothing short of superb. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and offered a wide variety of delicious options. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the presentation was delightful. The staff in charge of the restaurant and bar went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, making our dining experiences truly memorable. The Nana Princess hotel itself is a luxurious gem with breathtaking views of the sea. The landscaping and architecture are reminiscent of a fairy tale. Every detail, from the meticulously maintained gardens to the elegant design. I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional individuals who have made my experience truly remarkable. Mr.Dimitris Kotsantapanis , the hotel manager, has demonstrated exemplary leadership and professionalism. His dedication to providing top-notch service and attention to detail have greatly contributed to my enjoyable stay. Mr. Michalis Xalkiadakis, the food and beverage manager, has impressed me with his culinary expertise and commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience. His passion for excellence is evident in every meal I have enjoyed. Lastly, I would like to acknowledge Ms. Sofia Mouchsiadi, the talented concierge. Her friendly and helpful nature, along with her extensive knowledge, have made my stay even more memorable. Her ability to anticipate my needs and provide exceptional service is truly commendable. I am grateful for the efforts of Mr. Dimitris, Mr. Mihalis, and Mrs. Sophia, as they have exceeded my expectations and made my stay truly special. Thank you, Keren and Omer Melion

I spent only 2 days in this hotel and I will come back for sure. The hotel is really amazing, the rooms are very nice and the restaurants are excellent especially the breakfast and the eternal blue . And the cherry on the cake and the main reason I will come back is the people working there. Angeliki and Sofia from guest relationship were always nice and smiling and made me feel at home in the hotel. Also Michaelis the food and beverage manager is nice and professional . In a word I will come back as soon as possible with my family to spend perfect holidays in Crete

We had a great time! The hotel is marvellous, the staff extremely kind, caring and helpful, the atmosphere unique. We had a suite with a private pool, which enabled a relaxing stay. We surely come again!
