We had a wonderful time at this fantastic hotel. The rooms were very smart with our own pool. The quality of food was extremely good and we tried all of the restaurants on site which offered some interesting variety. Being able to access the neighbouring hotel’s facilities added a nice bit of variety (eg the water slides were excellent). The standout feature for us was the level of service in all areas - at reception, restaurants and the beach all the staff were extremely accommodating. We can’t remember the last time we hugged hotel staff when we left. We’d highly recommend Nana Princess

Brilliant hotel! Definitely one of the best we have stayed in. We had a double suite with pool and were with with two kids. The facilities are amazing. The main pools are large and warm. The private beach is fantastic, the waters crystal clear. We spent a many a morning enjoying the sublime weather, sea and service on the private beach. The kids had loads of fun. It definitely is a 5 star hotel for sure with all the little luxuries one would expect. The main standout of this hotel is the exceptional level of service from all the staff who go above and beyond to help. The breakfast is exquisite with daily changes too so it's always exciting. Having stayed in some of the best hotels worldwide, this was a decent. My only feedback would be that the private pools should be heated to a warm level, rather than pay for this. The waiters in the restaurants need to be more attentive and welcoming (breakfast staff were brilliant). We would definitely stay again for sure, highly recommended.

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The executive fitness suites have bigger pools than the normal suites, maybe 2x. Lots of nice touches throughout the room - Bluetooth ceiling speakers, mood lighting in the bathrooms, walk in closet, Hermes toiletries… Exceptional service. We used all the coffee capsules on the first day and on the second day, they left us twice as many. Just little things like this throughout our stay. The beach service in the cabanas is fantastic. The water slides in the sister hotel look great (we haven’t tried them yet).

Quality of the hotel is exceptional, all details from the bed or AC to simple pen you sign the bills with are top of the class. It’s not possible to describe hospitality of the staff, if you want to spent relaxing holidays with a grate atmosphere, full privacy, grate spa and restaurants on highest level you must try Nana Princess. I will return and hope to meet same lovely people taking care of us again.

We had a fantastic holiday here celebrating our honeymoon. The hotel, rooms and restaurants/ bars were fantastic and very new. Everything is high tech, clean, and catered to guests. The seafood restaurant by the beach, the spa treatments and the library bar were our highlights. I highly recommend staying here I can’t think of a bad thing to say. We loved our concierge, Angeliki. She made sure our entire stay was seamless. We hope to be back one day.
