Immerse yourself in the beauty and romance of Oia in Santorini with a stay at Mystique, A Luxury Collection Hotel. Everything about this adults-only hotel oozes style, with crisp white walls perfectly complemented by the natural bespoke décor. A heavenly infinity pool overlooks the sparkling blue of the Aegean, and there’s a spa carved into the cliffside to create a relaxing haven away from everyday life. Later in the day, pair fine wines with exceptionally fresh cuisine and local flavours – the chef uses organic ingredients grown at the hotel’s farm in Megalochori. Each of the three restaurants has stunning al fresco tables, so you can enjoy your meals in the glow of the Greek sunshine or Oia’s famous sunset. Add to this the spacious accommodation, with options for private pools and whirlpool baths, and you have the perfect setting for a honeymoon or romantic break for two.

Our stay was wonderful! The property is beautiful with a perfect location to Oia town and Caldera views. The service was impeccable and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Konstantine and his entire team were amazing and he made the stay even more memorable! Would highly recommend this property!

This hotel is very close to being the perfect hotel experience. Friendly staff, perfect location, great amenities. The gigantic improvement needed here is that only 50% of the rooms allow you to control your own air conditioning. The other 50% of the rooms have their temperature centrally controlled by the hotel, which wouldn’t be a problem if the hotel chose a reasonable temperature for these rooms. But the hotel has chosen to keep these rooms at a very warm 25 degrees Celsius (77 degrees Fahrenheit), which makes for a very unpleasant & hot experience when trying to sleep (or just sit on the couch) in the middle of the summer. If the hotel is going to control the temperature, then it should choose somewhere around 22 degrees Celsius (71.6 degrees Fahrenheit). When I asked about making the temperature cooler, no improvements were made, so the customer service isn’t quite up to the level that I would expect it to be. The uncomfortable temperature soured what would have otherwise been the perfect hotel experience for me.

Not sure you can have a better view of the caldera from a pool / balcony in Oia. Rooms are nice, private hot tub in each room, pool area is great, pool bar has great cocktails, and the breakfast/lunch is great. Fitness center overlooks the caldera so great view while working out. You also get your exercise in from the steps but that is the norm in Santorini if you want a view.

We stayed at this hotel with a large company. Perhaps this is one of the best hotels in Santorini, but the hotel definitely does not have 5 stars and the luxury prefix does not belong to it. The rooms are poorly cleaned, the towels are dirty gray, very washed. The minibar is not replenished, as well as clean glasses and cups are not brought. The breakfasts are disgusting. I do not recommend ordering gravlax salmon, it can be dangerous for your health. No matter how much you ask them to cook something for you, they will still do it their own way, even if you warned in advance what you are allergic to, you can still easily add it to the dish. A story that was repeated every day. When the hotel is fully occupied, there are not enough sun loungers around the pool for everyone. Also one of the inconveniences is the lack of an elevator. Be prepared to walk up and down steep stairs. One of the advantages is the good location and the work of the concierge. Everything I asked him to book for me was done.

How unprofessional can one be? Let me tell you. They call us telling us we have to go to the front desk and pay cash for our room. We are on vacation and already stressed in the few days we had in santorini. Cash rate for our room was 2k $. We did cash+points but apparently our account was compromised and marriott thought it was fraudulent.
So we go to the front to try to resolve the matter as they forced us to, which ended in them calling marriott to resolve it. BINGO. That's what you do from the start, call marriott, not the guests and try to force them to pay cash for the room otherwise kick them out?
Anyways, turned out it was entirely a mistake on marriott/the hotels part and they eventually resolved it. Not to mention the suite we stayed in looked nothing like the suite in the picture, it actually looked exactly like the cheaper suite which is 1-tier lower and significantly cheaper. although I will say our room was slightly bigger than that one. However the suite we booked in the picture had a jacuzzi in a cave in the room, it was the "wet allure suite", we didnt have the in-cave jacuzzi or even dining table. This is completely false advertisement and I would not have paid the whopping additional 700$ on top of 125k points for the room knowingly getting a room that was just a slightly bigger "allure suite".
