Location: The main highlight of the hotel is the location. For example for going snorkeling there are plenty of companies in a very short walking distance from it. Also on Saturdays there are a street market in the area. Room and Facilities: The room was big, clean and very comfortable. Nothing else needs to be added. The pool is located in the rooftop and it is very small, although nice. In this moment it is facing a construction site. There are only a few chair lounges and no extra space at least to leave clothes and use the pool. Do not recommend. For the price and type of hotel a better rooftop and even a different pool in another location should be added. Breakfast: all good with plenty of options Staff: the worst part. People are educated and kind, but no helpful. Arrived early and although it was suggested for me to go to the room early and that I would receive a message warning me when the room was ready, nothing was done. I would prefer no offer was done. In the breakfast not a lot of help around, even to get tea. Unfortunately again for the type of hotel I was expecting more. In summary, if you need to stay at Al Mouj, it is a good option due to the location (walkable everywhere within that area) but a part from that you have plenty of other options at a friendlier price that can deliver the same

Nice and modern hotel in al mouj. Nice open plan lobby and restaurant area. Rooms nice and modern. Staff were courteous. Breakfast buffet had nice variety, specially healthy options like porridge and muesli with nuts and honey. Downsides: pool area very small and congested. OTaxi did not work for pick up from mysk. Only their premium service was available to pick up from mysk which was manyfolds expensive. No beach in walking distance and other than tours, not much to do in marina. Loads of kids playing in marina area on their bikes and similar things, which might not be pleasant for some.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Lovely Stay at Mysk Hotel – With One Important Note I had a truly wonderful stay at the Mysk Hotel on Al Mouj Marina. The property is absolutely flawless — beautifully maintained, stylish, and set in such a stunning location. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the staff deserve special praise. Every team member I encountered was exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to make my stay comfortable. Their professionalism and warmth are a real credit to the hotel. However, I do feel it’s important to mention one disappointing moment during breakfast. I witnessed the breakfast manager speaking to a waitress in a manner I found quite rude and unprofessional. It was appalling to see, especially given how hard the staff work and how well they treat the guests. This behaviour stood out in contrast to the otherwise outstanding service across the hotel. Overall, I still had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return but I hope management ensures that all team members are treated with the same respect and courtesy they show to guests. The staff here are amazing and deserve nothing less.

Mysk Hotel Al Mouj is a wonderful place to stay with a nice location and a calm, relaxing environment. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even more pleasant. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained, and it offers a beautiful view of the sunset and Marina Al Mouj, which is truly enjoyable. Special thanks to Shashin, who works at the swimming pool he is very attentive, and professional, and his excellent service really stands out. Highly recommended!

Room was generally good. However, we booked a marina View - could see it by going to the window and looking to the side i.e. was not directly visible when looking out. Should have been part marina view. With regards to the room, the bedding was clean and the room generally looked clean, but it hadn't been restocked properly - tea/sugar and bathroom accessories. Also, the shower was blocked and flooded the bathroom - this was resolved quickly tho. On that note, the service was generally good and fairly quick. Back to the room- the toilet leaked - they saw to it it, but was leaking again the next day. We just left it as we were out most of the time. Location wise was okay with a few food places and a nice little walking area. Not much for activities except for a boat ride and jet ski (both of which were good). No shopping centre close by either. They did have bouncy castles just behind the hotel - good for the children.
